Very pleasant hotel directly at the beach (50 metres), have for the 5. time there the vacation spend,
Important (as at almost every hotel ) the location of the room!. Area : very quiet no animation on the complex, service desk (emilio), perfect and friendly!
Staff, very friendly
We can the complex highly recommend, if you peace and quiet search.

The hotel is about 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. Shops are abundant. The check in and check out was very without any complications and the reception was friendly. With questions/wishes we were friendly at the front desk welcome and it could always be helped. Altogether was the complete staff very attentive. We had an apartment, which big enough (included fridge, safe and balcony) and appropriately equipped. The breakfast/dinner was okay but could varied and especially evenings warmer. The swimming pool was very well-kept and it was always enough chairs and umbrellas. The audience was mixed both from the age ... and from the nationality. read more

We are a little surprised at the negative reviews, which we had read here. None of this is met.
Large luxury, here one finds surely not, but otherwise everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The complex is obviously as part of a renovation, so that maybe not all apartments in shot are. Our but was clean and reasonable, as all other parts the hotel, we were seen. The staff are friendly and make an effort to fulfill every request and problems out of the way to vacate. Especially emilio, the ladder the front desk. If need be, it is ... really the stuff-exemplary. Left we are with the wish to come back again.

We have already been for the 2. time in the Lagos de Fanabe. We had booked a 'superior' apartment, which supposedly renovated would be. There the apartment in the last vacation, cards about 3 years worn and needed renovation was.
Unfortunately was from the renovation mostly, especially in the bathroom, not lots to see. Even if now an actually beautiful wide shower cubicle has been installed. The floor was still old and dirty. The grout on the floor and wall were totally dirty and moldy. So all as. The southerners know stop still no silicone to the lute. Waru also ... always.
Without beach shoes we would have the bathroom and the shower do not enter.
The living room and the bedroom was okay. The complex in the large and whole also. It is worse, but also better. Stupid also, from 20 o'clock is only the entrance in the complex, over the front desk ( main entrance) possible.
Because of the state, of the bathroom, i had even considered, to complain about. Because a superior apartment was most certainly not.
What needed to be changed, the dinner is from 20 to 21 o'clock in principle lukewarm to cold.
Probably, because it only until 21 o'clock meal gives. And eventually of course nothing fresh more reinstated. So earlier eat out! Solution?
If we go in Lagos would spend our holiday, we still do not know. read more

We will this hotel again next year book. Emilio at the front desk always has an ear to lend for the guests. The hotel is immediately on the spot, for smaller problems. The food is okay. You always find something. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar is always in a good mood and really friendly. We have and very comfortable and relaxing. The complex is with smaller garden and several pools set up like a village. In spite of the size the hotel was always space in the restaurant and all together very quiet. In front of ... the hotel is right the beach promenade, to the public, shop or go jogging invites. Are already looking forward to a reunion. read more

We have a three-star hotel and this is exactly what we got. We had superior room booked so that we luckily air conditioning had. The room itself was really nice, a few small flaws there was at which you saw the it still not so newly renovated was as we thought but that was not bad. The complex is really great designed and you can hear if you're in the internal area room only a little of the streets around. In the outer rooms is this a bit noisy, we heard. The food was rather monotonously however you have always ... found something which one magt and if you expected more must one stop book more stars so that's why really OK. To the beach you can skip across and also enough bars are in the immediate proximity. The only thing which you can tell this is more English all set is however it is also time really beautiful if you not always only German can hear as you are on vacation to something else to experience. Evenings there is usually a small animation now not stools travels however therefor the we thought it no is it was then still good:-)
The staff are friendly and there is a lot of effort to speak German. All together the hotel you can really recommend. read more

We have instead of the Vergleichsrechner offered low Cost offer a superior apartment booked, what's on 150 Euro more expensive for two people for 2 weeks have been. But it was worth it. We have clean, freshly renovated room with air-conditioning and a balcony with a view of the sea, what low cost offers do not have. An excursion offers from the tour operator Its was much more expensive than local offers. So is worthwhile always comparisons and action. It was a very good offer from the hotel, on the day of departure, a shower -possibility before departure available to ... bodies, because time of departure in the afternoon was and many travelers the last possibility to the beach go to use wanted. General in short - best location in this place. It is worthwhile also because of the price and Versicherungsbedienungen from the Germany for one day rent a car by wonderful Serpentine -streets for the see-worthy volcano Teide, 2. Largest Observatory in the world and other Landschaftsschönheiten to look at. Observatory-leadership before the trip on the internet be booked. read more

The best about the hotel is really the location, great near to the beach. The hotel itself is also beautifully put on, unfortunately you can see the age. Very nicely arranged, with palm trees, flowers and pool area. Unfortunately had the gardener probably also vacation, so neglected as it partly appeared.
Tourist were mixed from the age and nationalities. In the 2. Week of vacation were reinforced Russian families there. read more

A village style built, quiet, clean facilities, friendly staff. It is about 100 meters to the beach on the extensive promenade. The hotel is absolutely recommendable! Great location! A view of the sea only the superior apartments on the first floor, in the spacious laid out Terraced pool area not missing. This are cleaned daily! A very successful relaxing vacation. The hotel's location is unique; only by the promenade from the Playa Fanabe separately.
The architecture of the hotel we enjoyed very good; the winding construction brings a pleasant atmosphere in the complex and ensures that plenty of privacy. We noticed the peace and quiet on the complex;, although fully booked there was no yelling or noise. The vacationers saw all satisfied. Otherwise there is on vacation always which constantly nag-is not happen, but we can of course not guarantee, that you also so is ☺ the guests were spanish, english, german. Lots of regular guests.
Our apartment (2 separate ... bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area ) was very big (3 balconies) and well equipped. Local furniture (enough closets), air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, microwave, dishes and pots.
The pool pleased us very well-it is actually yes 2 pools like 2 winding lakes by the complex drag. There were always free beach chairs (at the end of august, the shady places were stop at the fastest way.
The food was ok, begeisterungsstürme but it was not worth it. The salad buffet was plentiful and fresh; there were always some different main courses, a soup and a good choice in desserts and ice cream. The selection was enough for us; we need no super rich buffet as in some other hotels offered. One can anyway not so much food. There were many local dishes (we found commendable) but it was often too few seasoned. The breakfast was similar: coffee, cappuchhino, tea, choco from the vending machines; cheese, sausage, jam, Nutella, fruit, vegetables. It was plentiful and fresh. We were always full and can often not at all nice. But it was sometimes already lästereien on other tables. If you're looking for great food sets bay, perhaps room only. Essensgelegenheiten there were very, very many in the area.
The area is again a super plus: lots of shops and dining make for a fun holiday at the beach there are a lot of leisure facilities. Opposite the hotel is a parking garage where you can get cheap parking (necessarily in the hotel after special tariff ask!) i believe, for us it was 20 Euro per week.
In the hotel itself there was some evenings loroshows, dance shows, reptilienshows. Costs nothing (unless you want to at the end a photo buy) and is fun. At the pool bar there are a relatively cheap drinks and ice cream.
The staff are actually always friendly and hard; you are after a short time and with name (both in the restaurant, and also at the front desk). With questions they were always ready for information. Worth mentioning at the front desk you can buy tokens for a washing machine purchase. After a few days is the towels a laundry just good (detergent to bring their own or in the supermarket).
Our summary: the hotel is perfect, to discover the island (if you did not it is your own fault; Tenerife offers much more than beach). At the front desk one is always helpful, if questions arise. The question, what native ones recommend was always well answered, and so we came in some corner, which we otherwise not triggered could have been. Rental car places there are several in the more immediate vicinity (one opposite the hotel); a rental car was for us as a family of 4 cheaper than the bus and we were not date on them

The front desk employees very friendly, speak several languages, are really interested, the vacationers feel well and do everything for the! Strong praise!
The food varied and very tasty, always nicely decorated and there is something for everyone. There were theme nights for example romantic, mexican, canarian dinner and one evening even duck, brussels sprouts. Dessert and salad bar - massive selection and everything was delicious. Stomach problems gave it not! Huge praise for the food!

Animation and child care does not exist, for this evenings in the pool - bar ... every evening shows/ events!
The beach and the location a dream. Much popular attractions and shopping options in the area.
The state of the hotel is. - needed, I would call it but not dirty or auslandend. There are stress marks ( abgeblätterte paint for example) to see for example on the facade, stairs! So it didn't bother us.
We are going again over there, as it was a dream holiday! read more
