We have our stay very much and can not fault it. Merely in the 2. Week it had loads of children, and the hotel however nothing can. Especially the food is very recommendable, even if the selection was always about similar. Should be emphasized also the cleanliness and kind design the hotel. read more

20 years ago we have a wonderful vacation in the pilot beach and nice friends met. Together we have here this' anniversary ' celebrated. At that time there were only the hotel area at the beach, we also now again chose ( room 2161 directly at the beach).
The whole complex is exceptionally well maintained, the entire staff is very attentive, efficient and friendly ( especially Gabriela understood it, already for breakfast already laugh!).
You feel, that this resort to a large (and mostly impersonal ) hotel chain belongs, but still a ' family business' is. After 20 years the ... hotel is naturally very much increased, without however at quality to lose.
At the large number of reviews there is obviously often something, what someone complains, whether it be a soft boiled eggs, other 'intolerable' guests, a missing towel, too loud children -disco and so on and so on
It is but also something on a itself, as you are in the forest in-calls, so echoed it out.
We in any case have our vacation pilot beach until the last minute fully enjoyed and will gladly come again. read more

We had a total-albeit short - very nice beach holiday. The children (10 and 11 years) were very satisfied with it. They were from the sea and the pools did not want to be out-gotten. read more

The hotel is very well maintained, there is no fremdsprachenprobleme, food is excellent and diverse, the service is accommodating, friendliness could however will be even better. The hotel is very well-kept, the room service was good. The hotel lies at a busy motorway, accordingly you hear noise from the street. Beach is through the street from the main building separated and through an underpass. View of the sea is almost not or only limited given. Outside hotel no shopping opportunities in the area. Drinks in the restaurant and in the bar are expensive. Safe without programmable code number, but with ... key: very cumbersome. Great: loungers, sun screens and beach towels free of charge. Beach and sea are exceptional!
We are a gay couple and were the only gay guests. Felt a bit in the wrong place, there almost only families with children locally were gladly under remained. Therefor in short: great hotel for families - singles, couple or even gay couple should again consider, if it is not yet other alternative they are. read more

Very nice extensive hotel area, no high-rise, with a lot of pools and a private beach section. The staff was always friendly and helpful. At first we had a room on the ground floor without ocean view, but when we at the front desk had asked a room in the 1. top floor with partial ocean view. read more

Hotel almost perfect, only somewhat remote located. Good bus connection to Chania and Rethymnon. Beach great. Rich breakfast buffet with delicious rolls. Three restaurants to choose from. Altogether a magnificent vacation. read more

The complex is architecturally simple outstanding. It is in the lower area at the beach, as well as the upper area divided. The bungalows are in small semi-circles set up so that one wonderful escape to to read or just the peace and quiet to enjoy. We booked half board which for us more than enough was. For breakfast are drinks included during dinner you can which order. Costs: 3.50 1l of water. We had a very relaxing vacation here enjoyed - the complex is architecturally really well done, everything was appealing and furnished to a high standard. The staff are extremely friendly, preferences memorize fast (tea instead of coffee, two instead of a straw, -impressive, after all, lots of guests and from) and worry unobtrusive but caring order to all your requirements. Since the communal areas spacious are, also has not the impression under lots of people -and you can always find a lovely place, even at a rainy afternoon. Breakfast shortly after sunrise at beach restaurant is our special tip. read more

The vacation was very relaxing. Free lunch buffet for children with the half-board very handy. Sporting activities very good. The breakfast and dinner varied and very tasty. The only factor: the traffic noise from the street - depending on the location of the room can get a bit annoying, so that the balcony door at night better closed remains. read more

Selma in this hotel and would continue to benefit, if Kreta our aim is. The place is well within walking distance, bus number is right in front of the hotel. So are the nearby cities Chania and Rethymnon fast maximumly. Pools and beach very clean, for children very good possibilities the care.

It was a successful vacation overall. There was actually nothing to complain about. Great, fantasiereiche
Swimming pools with lots of space for individualists. Very well maintained installations great bepflanzugen.
The gastronomy was very diverse and offered something for every taste.

We have a beautiful week in the pilot beach and altogether there is nothing to complain about.
Some points of criticism but I:
In our room there was on the ceiling a Revisionsschacht for the air conditioning. There were hoses, the whole time very loud rustled. This was very annoying and I could only sleep with ear plugs. A craftsman it looked at, but you could apparently not do anything. I don't know, whether it all the rooms was so loud. The next time I would a room with individually controlled air conditioning choose.
Otherwise there were in the room ... very many hair when we arrived. In the bathroom, on the bed. Not very nice! read more

A wonderful vacation in a very nice hotel, the more of a bungalow village reminds. The food is extremely good. There is buffet, however also a restaurant, on the main from a menu select.
The beach is very clean and wonderful fine sandy. The whole complex is every day each smallest sheet cleaned, by a tree like could be.
Here we would definitely again check-in, if the next Kreta-visit next. read more
