Medium-sized hotel in very good condition. Everything very clean. Hotel offers full-board plus to. Guests came mainly from Germany and the Switzerland. Wireless worked unfortunately not perfect (you could not permanently logged on left). read more

    We had a baghira suite and received a löwen-suite. These are new and really great. Here there were now really nothing to moan about.

    The food is above average. For children there are for dinner buffet and for the erwachsenene a multi-course menu, which the day before can be ordered. The selection at the kids buffet is not huge but it was enough. The following bothered me: for those, which the aschaber booked, it is impossible for lunch to the hotel back to eat there. It ranges from the time not. These should include a packed lunch made available or should the possibility give to book half board. Furthermore were the prices for the beverages extremely high. Especially the wine was very expensive. Here the hotel should consider, if it is not there should be, which is included in the price.

    The staff's hospitality is really great. On request was promptly. The staff speaks several foreign languages. The child care is also very good, you could maybe a more the children deal, which the 'alone remain' more difficult than to the other. Furthermore, we had the feeling, that the entertainers though very friendly and hard-working but it was missing the crucial kick... It was missing a little enthusiasm.

    For children there is an indoor pool, a large bällepool and indoorspielgarten. There is also entertainment (see above). For us it was already too much animation. Because we at 17:00 o'clock from skiing back and at 18:30 o'clock wanted to eat, there were only little time the whole offer. Thus was our son keeping up with the offer.

    The hotel is in the centre of serfaus, about 5 minutes' walk from the nearest u-bahn station. You can also on foot to the gondola station and requires about 15 minutes. As skiers it is not so ideal, since one from the hotel up to the middle station about 50 minutes had to plan.

Good managed family hotel of a high standard. Positive especially worth mentioning is the warm and well-organized child services, the for children sensational bath range with the slides, the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness. To eat: the menu is high quality, great presentation, a bit small in the portions. Somewhat a pity therefore, that the salad bar so carelessly comes along; little fresh products and no variation. We had somewhat bad luck with our noisy russian table neighbors; but on request immediately another table get. Good drinks at the cosy bar with friendly service on ... request we could even soccer look. Lunch snack and cake buffet we only from time to time use it; everything was delicious. The tea or coffee could here but also 'inclusive' are. A mini bar in the room would be a 'nice-to-have'. The gym was very generous and on reconverted into. Wasserwelt great for the kids and nicely done. The family pool, where chairs available are, it was however partly very loud. Overall we were completely satisfied and would gladly come again; the kids were also impressed. Value for money is okay perfectly we felt that. read more

A hotel, where everything is true for parents and child(er). The rooms are very spacious (with integrated baby phone), you can eat and drink all day (everything children like but also a very good kitchen for the adults), there are great employment possibilities for children (huge games room, cinema, massive ball pit, pool for kids, slides...) , baby carriage is possible available and for sportequipment is possible 2 rooms available. We have a week skiing and had nothing to criticize. read more

We had a very nice vacation in the Hotel Löwe. Elfi, headmistress of the child care is a real pearl. My children issues all year: 'when we return to Elfi?' The ski area with its ski lifts on modern beach and the local ski school is also very recommendable. Pure relaxation. read more

Our first holidays in the Hotel Löwen was very enjoyable. We were thrilled from the large room, although the tv probably a bit bigger would. The shower was wonderful. The bathing area was for children as well as adults a dream. The restaurant was perfect with lots of choices. The waiters, vokalem the Steffi, were simply brilliant. The entertainment for kids, kinderhütte was perfect. The children were from the 1. moment enthusiastic. Disappointing is probably rather, that a buggy can be used. However this must be every day repolled are thus must one each evening the beanbag chair and diaper ... bag from the buggy subduct. This could in my opinion to be adapted. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. The opportunities for skiing for children there is both in the valley, as well as on the mountain. Us thought it, that it in the valley of parents crowded and we chose the skiing school on the mountain decided. In short: we were thrilled and are definitely coming again! read more

The hotel is very beautiful, modern, clean, plush, manageable and features its own underground garage directly connected. The room size was completely sufficient. The kids club is huge with the theatre/ kinobereich, closed babysitting/kids club and the dining area, as well as the soft play area. The water park is one of the exciting attractions. read more

    The meal is very promising. Is arranged beautifully, portions at the mehrgangmenü are small, tasty skin i am not from the socks. Since the fish drying serves, the truffle not herausgeschmeckt and the angepreiste caviar also was not detectable. Meal gives it from 8:00 to 10:00 p. m.. The skiers were only from the breakfast buffet, sweet or snack and the menu in the evening. A bottle of wine costs average proud 50 Euro. Tip: in the spa relaxation room has free wasserfläschli with different geschmackrichtungen.

    The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and tidy. There is a high proportion of foreigners in staff. The pleasant, genuine and outspoken friendliness is rather of austrians known. The coffee costs except for breakfast additional €3.80, although only one offered full board. I recommend the nic-nacs from home to take, except you reut the money. We drink usually much coffee. Mini bar does not exist, there must be no glasses to the room to be taken. We had to tap water from plastikzahngläser drink.

    The metro leads the way steeply beside the church high, which for the small children with boots a bit of a hassle to walk. Skis you can directly above on the slopes and insinuate against payment, they should not be carried. The ski school for children is very recommendable, unfortunately only all day offered. Lunch is as a tip recommended. Otherwise one around 12:10 a. m. table reserve and get the food, the other gets the children and walk up to the restaurant. Otherwise it got crowded in the restaurant, since want to eat all simultaneously. The ski area with 200 kilometer tremendous, everywhere are practically large armchairs or gondellifte.

In principle, we in the lion very much and we can the hotel also further-recommend. Nevertheless, there are a few points, the high price a bit into question bodies. read more

    We had a panorama suite, the view was wonderful, the furnishing in principle nice, even if already a bit worn. Beds were comfortable. Two flat screen tv's, rather a bit small but one is on vacation and it is enough. Closets are abundant, and the in the room integrated baby fon work so great. In this price range but not at all is, is the old, totally worn yellow leather sofa. The would have long disposed. In the same pit is the decrepit age-old hair dryer, which after some minutes use just turns off. Until i itself and the hair my daughter blow-dried had, were the nerves already hot. In such a suite belongs a decent hair-dryer, firmly installed, and not a black small old thing, that next to the sink is. Also toothbrush glasses from plastic -2 piece for a suite with 3 bedrooms? - in this price range a no-go.

    We the atmosphere in the restaurant suits well. The breakfast was not so varied, but alright. The freshly prepared eggs tasted great, only the orange juice sometimes smelled after detergent, why we eventually not drank. Lunch, cakes and snacks are alright. The dinner was mostly very good, and if sometimes not so tasty, was always alternative offered.

    Room cleaning was done very pleasant, daily and thoroughly, we were satisfied. The kids club and the team Elfi were really great. There are nothing at all to moan. Our large there were hardly away! The tinker and spielideen are amazing. And the show in the evening stirred us almost to tears. Thanks for that! Free wi-fi, a bit tough, however therefor free of charge. Laundry for a fee. Nevertheless there were also a few points, those is negatively noticeable, especially if you noticed, that it a 4 star hotel is and the prices high: - buggies are high quality and available, but daily again be reserved. In the winter would one gladly its daunensack and other things in the car i, and not every evening all into the room high-including child! It is a pity that families with small children the car during the holiday week keep. - buggies are on the whole hotel not permitted, what little sense with a developping power. That one straßenbuggies not to the hotel should, because otherwise the whole dirt from outside inside is, we understand. But then it would be beautiful, if the hotel buggies are offered. We had our 10 month old daughter always everywhere wear. In the evening would have against 19 hours at the food easily in the buggy to sleep in, but this was not allowed, the actually beautiful food always very stressful, as they are overtired and not just at the table sit/wanted. In the kids club was mostly very busy, so that we do-overfatigued-not want to give. - to bring drinks the room was not allowed. Unfortunately in the room but also no glasses available provided. In other hotels there was daily a bottle mineral free and of course glasses in addition. We felt with plastic plates supplied, because the children often evenings were still thirst. - other houses we were used to it, that the children with journey a small attention, or on the pillows to find. Unfortunately there nothing at all. As well as check out: from other hotels we got wine, jam, honey and the children present. Often became also drinks on the journey given. When the lion got the children a fluffy toy, but otherwise no attention. A small bottle of mineral water for the journey costs not all world, drink on the trip is healthy and it is the guests happy...

    Kids club i above already rated, great and top. The pirateland area and the slide for larger children are the hit, there are nothing to complain about. Unfortunately missing but for the smallest a real spielbecken. Only a small round flat, partly rusty pool in the midst of a rapid passage and without any game consols available is available. Not really great, a shame. The spa area and the piratenbad unfortunately only in each case from 15 hours open. On days not good! There is a beauty centre. I had a massage and must say, that i first gladly would have known, that it masseur was. Some guests this might be, but i personally it would have been important, to know. The massage was not very relaxing, however rather 'sporty '. The next day i was then also everything hurt. A shame.

    Location is very nice! The subway can be reached in a few minutes walk and the hotel is centrally located, but quiet. Everything you need you can within a few minutes' walk to procure. Super is the underground car park, directly the hotel connected is!

A house in which one felt be comfortable should. Sensational cleaning lady everything very clean! Serving staff attentive but not pushy. It is also time for a conversation very easy going very good cuisine. In the bathroom i missed a make-up mirror. You can only recommend this hotel. read more

Completely perfect skiing vacation. We were in the Hotel Löwe for the 4. time and as always has it all really enjoyed. Elfi, the boss of the child care, as every year whole work and the children took with enthusiasm at the show part. Our recommendation for a relaxing and great skiing vacation with children! read more

The hotel was in some respects, not our expectations: on arrival we were not our room run, also we had ourselves for our luggage take care of it. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent and diverse except for the bar-b-que on hot stone. The service in the restaurant very friendly and skilled. However the ambiance in the restaurant to be desired, with plastic inflated banks not to sit and chat. In the sauna area the door from the start not really, why the optimal temperature never been achieved. The relaxation room was the water not refilled, was in the ... wellness area never staff to see. Our room, a löwensuite we liked, unfortunately, we were on time every morning at 7 o'clock from the vacuum cleaner woke us up. read more

Over christmas we spend one week in Hotel Löwen - apart from the great food we were in many areas disappointed: beds rather unclean and a trash can was still from the previous guest to be found, our suite we could not fresh air as the smell came in.
