Good hotel, that its stars. Free wi-fi in the room. In the room there was a bathrobe, disposable slippers, toothbrushes, razor, kettle etc.
Breakfast and evening buffet was variable and sufficient (fruit, hot food, cold, european and asian). read more

Nice on the westlake, on arrival i was upgraded sold, than me to point out the pool a few days didn't work, i get. Furthermore one is endeavored with personal problems to help, ultimately happens but nothing at all. Windows can not be opened, air conditioning system blows on the bed so that the room difficult with oxygen adjustable is, environment very loud, especially from 5 to 6 o'clock morning frühsportveranstaltung with loud music, the one in the floor 10 very good overhead. Bottom line, nice, but with drawbacks! read more

Large, very good breakfast buffet with Asian and Western dishes, there was even cheese! Clean, large room with free safe, tv equipment, multiple-EU-outlet, tea/heater, mini bar. The rooms on the main road you should avoid because of all the traffic noise! Very large bathroom with complimentary toiletries and channel speaker. The non-functioning Abflussströpsel in the sink was repaired as soon as possible. In the evening there was a good/night-service: the bed was turned down, mat and slippers postured, there was chocolate and a bedtime story to read. You really felt as guest! read more

Sofitel Plaza is a very nice city hotel. It was located directly at the Westin-lake, so that a few steps you can have your peace and (insofar as it has been in Hanoi is possible at all) and the oldest pagoda here can see. The centre of hanois however you need to take a taxi, it is a bit too far.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe rooms are very large and with everything equipped, which one could think of. Especially nice was the large bathroom. Everything is very clean and well maintained.HCLFHL'HCLFHLThe breakfast buffet has a very large selection, everything was available and ... in a very good quality. You served yourself from the buffet, but the coffee is served. Omelets and other egg dishes are freshly prepared. Although the breakfast room for the size of the hotel a little on the small side and thus very full, you could eat breakfast in peace. Although it is a bit hectic, but one didn't have the feeling, to have to hurry, in order to make room. There are a lot of business people stay here, the breakfast was not so extensive, there is free tables again and again.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe hotel has (?) in the ninth floor swimming pool, with bad weather that is concerned. During warm weather, the roof can be opened. There is also a fitness room (which is very good is used) and a Spa centre.HCLFHLHCLFHLOverall, I would highly recommend the hotel for a city stay in Hanoi. read more

We had from Germany, to the hotel, an e-mail wrote that we wanted a room on the upper floors (view) want. Our surprise was not bad as when we arrived a suite on the first floor (free of charge) 18 was given. Was actually booked a normal double room. The suite had a great view of Hanoi and was huge. Equipped with tv, internet, mini bar, safe, telephone, coffee and tea facilities, and a very large bathroom with separate tub and shower. The hotel itself is, 30 minutes walk, in immediate proximity of the 'old quater' in Hanoi. Directly in ... front of the hotel is a large lake where it was only by good restaurants abound, some of them are directly on a ship building! The hotel is very large, has a pool and restaurant on the roof, there is a large gym, sauna, massage and wellness area on the roof. The arrivals area, lobby is very large and very great furnished, right next to the lobby is a flight of stairs to the first floor and meeting rooms. Also right next to the lobby is the breakfast room and a bar, very nice furnished. The breakfast was very extensive and very tasty. All the staff from the hotel which we had to deal with were very friendly and helpful.HCLFHLThe lobby is multi-lingual and very friendly and helpful too. Everything is very clean and well maintained. A really nice hotel. read more
