    The employees at the reception seemed the tiniest auskunftsbitte completely overburdened. The waiters in the restaurant was unprofessional, hard-working itself however to be friendly.

We would like to highlight the service at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly! The dinner (3 and 4-course menus) of the integral restaurants were ideal prepared and tasted very good. Bad EMS is a Spa. For Parties and disco you have to go to Koblenz. read more

The hotel is located directly on the river Lahn, with a wonderful panoramic view to the Lahn, on the Lahn river and the promenade of bad EMS. The view from the balcony you either in the room or on the lovely rooftop terrace, which is accessible to everyone. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was also large with a window. On the balcony one could sit together and enjoy the wonderful view good. The breakfast room is located on the first floor with view of the Lahn. The breakfast buffet was very rich and good, the ... service was friendly and courteous. Parking is right in front of the hotel in a public parking in the immediate vicinity and in a garage owned for 6.50 euros per day. During our stay we couldn't fault it. read more

This hotel was recommended to us by local friends and we were very pleased. Also the hotel restaurant was recommendable. Until 10:00 P. M. was just the opening time to get used to in the immediate vicinity we have found a pleasant pub in the proximity of the Kurhaus. read more

The hotel was well arranged, well-kept (and or renovated) and in shape. Hotel rooms, halls and other areas were clean, seemed however also generally somewhat antiseptic. The lift was large enough and ok. Breakfast and other meals were offered. The breakfast was somewhat better than usual for 3*. The tourists seemed to be mostly hiking and spa tourists (middle and senior aged) from Germany. read more

    Rooms and bathrooms appeared to me unusually large and were clean. The furniture was rather new and in good condition, seemed however somewhat anonymous and plain. The balcony was small, possessed however nevertheless one balcony table and two balcony chairs. The view from the room and at the same time from the balcony was quite nice. TV and telephone were available. No air conditioner, coffee preparation possibility, safe or mini bar available.

    The hotel was located with view of the Lahn. Before the hotel a halfway still street. Along the road were small coffee shops and restaurants. In one of them mostly in the evenings particularly on hot days we unfortunately could hear in the hotel their bustle. There were parking lots in the parking garage around the corner or with parking meters along the road. All touristic interesting points were within comfortable walking distance.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Also has the sauna until 22 hours open nice left. The room was large and clean. Maybe a bit too little decoration and seems it cool. The food in the restaurant was very good. All in all, there was nothing to complain about. We cannot recommend this hotel. read more

Right in the centre of bad EMS. The hotel is very nice, spacious and newly renovated rooms. We had a room with a balcony and view of the Lahn-really a dream. The cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast buffet we didn't miss anything. The staff is very friendly (especially at the check-in). Highly recommended is the hotel's own restaurant Aramis-great service, great food. read more

Stayed over the weekend guests in bad emser Hof in bad EMS the hotel is obviously newly renovated, only the sauna was unfortunately not ready. Special tip: the restaurant ' Aramis 'on the ground floor of the hotel. read more
