All together we had a very relaxing beach vacation.
Staff were always friendly.
The beverages and the food good ( price-performance should be aware of).
Room tastefully and well equipped.
The beds clean and very comfortable.
Bathroom clean and spacious.
The drive to the beach indicated beachhopper always quite merry, since the beachhopperfahrer fito always in a good mood and funny sayings had.

Staff were always friendly and willing to help. The kids club was only on the paper.
The all-inclusive offer was not what was promised in the catalog.
Luckily there were amazing pools and water slide which the children the long while somewhat vertieben has.

The hotel is one of 4 Mitsis hotels at this beach section and was located above the sea next to the Norida beach hotel and a bit above the sun palace. The hotel complex is very clean and tidy. You should only be good on foot even if a beach hopper constantly between sea and hotel lobby goes. In the hotel were all nationalities available, German, austrians, English, Italian, russians, czech republic and so on but all very pleasant and relaxed. read more

Family village is one of 4 hotels in the ' world of Mitsis', a large holiday resort at the foot of a mountain and right next to the sea! Through the beautifully terraced arrangement of the hotel, the top the hotel is, one has a dreamlike view of the see! The dining room of the family is too small for the many guests, otherwise it was very lively, which was because of the many families with children is! When our second stay on the Island of Kos we chose this time a hotel the Mitsis - group.
Norida family village certainly deserves the name of a family village. Children are welcome and in good hands.
The European audience was balanced composite.
Especially pleasant, in comparison to many other all inclusive hotels, we found, that there are no drunk hooligan gave. Also the dress code for dinner we found adequate good.

We just came from the extremely beautiful and relaxing vacation and criticism of this hotel can't understand. Cleanliness, friendliness, location and hotel were great and much, much better than we expected after reading the other reviews. Absolutely incomprehensible how badly some here-because of ancient Hotel, mold, unfriendly, no German U. S. W. fly since 15 years we in the holiday and are demanding. Because of the bad reviews, we wanted to change-thank God has not worked. We have stayed in Crete, Rhodes and Kos.
As has been written: do not book this hotel, you will regret it! However, we are where you can spend a very nice holiday.
To all families-and this is reality:
A good hotel, large rooms, quiet in the night no thump music from clubs & Co, and the sea view was fantastic ..., food freshly prepared-of course, this time you had to wait five minute. FYI: there was pizza, pasta, fish (be careful that the good is), pork steaks, beef steaks, melon, ice U. S. wireless. No, we were looking forward to a good food in Germany-here there was everything for the kids and parents. Absolute friendliness of the staff, sea water pool despite reserved beach chairs were always space, since family Sheringpools have their own. It is very slippery-as in every country! Children should be encouraged to go slowly. The beach is rough, but the water was glass glar. No bathing shoes had none. Reception rather small-was OK. Internet access in the reception area, always someone there who speaks German. The steps to the ocean are stone-because of life-perhaps for the fat loss = never want to walk. You will also with a small golf cart the four minutes ride to the beach if you want.
Some must remember-this is not Germany-thankfully.
The leisure activity options at the hotel were so rather unsuitable for handicapped guests.
Tip: with a rental car to go back to Kos city and Paradise beach, with free hotel bus after kardamena harbor.
Nationality: 40% Russians, 20% German, Austrian 20% & Swiss, rest pole, Czech and S. W. The was a problem-all behaved. Only Russians adults face up to scratch.
Very good doctor care-and that was after 15 minutes to get there. But English speaking.
Criticism: in the evening there was only one guy on the bar-40 °C in the room, the slaves like game, but can never achieve. That is not acceptable. Are We Trying to save money?! Either the Hotel manager completely or sleep it is wanted.
The Rep from Lthur-full hippelig and wants to sell-no trace of service.

The hotel has its best days behind itself. The staff gives itself a ' huge effort and was very friendly. The main restaurant is simply not designed for that number of people (high season, if all rooms are occupied). A bartender during the main toss time at the main bar for us in modern slave trade-the poor chap has 34 degrees inside temperature in harmony with drinks served. The 'dine around' -the food in other hotels in the whole area was a thick, heavy catalog error from Neckermann-we had a rental car for one day replace received.
The location-in spite ... of the stairs or just because of the stairs is phenomenal-the view simply stunning. read more

All in all we were pleasantly surprised. A clean hotel with huge rooms with private, personalized pool and good diversified food. The short walk to the beach only good indeed given the food. Those who are still too lazy can with a small funny shuttle to the beach.
My tip: absolutely rent a car and a whole day to discover all the beauties of the island: Kos city, Therme, nice mountain villages, kefalos, fantastic beaches. read more

We have stayed several times on Kos, but this was with distance the worst hotel.
It was an older area, many things broken, for example tiles at the pool, the ladders in the pool directly from the rooms were very rusty and dirty.
Also the staff consisted mainly russians, and also the most guests and was not particularly friendly and motivated. Here we have the Greek. Hospitality and warmth missed.
The food has us not tasty at all.
A small tip, please see the hotel reviews in other languages, the says a lot of, as only very few German guests ... were here, I assume, is why it also the so few reviews by German tourists. read more
