This hotel I inhabited a TUI-trip for about 1 week My room was on the fifth floor (from 6) and had a partial view of the sea The large lobby has opened the view of the beautiful pool with water fall free The hotel area was well maintained and is under German management The staff was very attentive and friendly, if not always with very good English The food and the breakfast was nothing to complain Most of the guests were Chinese (for Chinese new Year) and a few elder Russian couples A few German couples and Japanese The hotel ... is located in the north of pattaya, about 1 hour walk to the city center (along the beach) The hotel shuttle back and forth must be ordered There are fixed schedule Right next to several large, new apartment houses In front of the hotel on the beach you can reasonably priced massage (2 hours 500 baht (11, -€) The pool was very clean and warm and cozy A quiet place to recommend read more

Together with a friend I was in February 2010 for three days and once again in the garden cliff resort in pattaya I knew the resort of a stay in September 2007 (then Sofitel line) At that time I was thrilled It is incredible how bad is this hotel, from the first to the last moment, I saw the contrast of which one by Asian hospitality and cordiality understands and appreciates At first glance everything was as 'early ', a very nice facility-at least for the moment The front desk was sketchy Surly, rude and only minimal motivated staff require ... a passport and credit welcome in peremptory tone As a 'welcome drink' becomes a tiny bowl lukewarm, (Apple?) sugar-sweet tea 'enough' -a cool glass of water, and/or a voucher for the lobby bar (as 'early')would be nice former The credit card was charged with the full price plus one 'deposit'. 3,000 additional THB As we both a double room, Junior suite booked (and paid for) had, immediately and without being asked and were told that, if you don't check to two, for possible 'visit'. 1,000 THB charged Then I noticed, that it is quite unusual in the world, once again to pay therefor booked and paid for a double room with two people to reserve Loudly called the 'duty manager' instructed me and my company at-but you are unlikely to move us and bulk to face out again and again, that this 'here as usual ' is At my request the 'general manager' Geschäftsbedingung-which this in my eyes is fraudulent-almost to give, I was told that this was not in, but could I speak tomorrow I welcome this form of debate was, I asked my 'Junior suite' (and again by E-mail when requested non-smoking rooms) may relate to No 'smoke shall be prohibited', I could go on the balcony Now was the last straw, I wanted to look for another hotel (since there is plenty of in pattaya is) I should like to go, as I have already paid, the 'duty manager said', now with a smile on their face So I 'suite' I am thinking, it was only for three days and 'visit' I had not planned The room is with the previous front desk quality.
