Our 14-day stay on Bali was great. Despite the end of the rainy season, we had great weather. A few it times rained. The hotel itself was a real winner. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere excellent. Small complaints were immediately the world managed. Great pool area and direct access to the sea. The flying seller at the beach were very well arranged and quite reserved. When desintersse we were also not further troubled. The breakfast buffet has left nothing to be desired. Of balinese cuisine to sushi to european food was everything available. All the restaurants on ... the premises were great and have good food prepared. The price level of the food and drinks was however also on 5 sterneebene. But is to be expected when you such a hotel choose. A very good alternative was nyoman's beergarden in the nearby located place. Really pleasant staff, shuttle service and great food. Here sometimes speak german. Our day trips, to discover the island, with the balinese Hans Region and its driver i made do. It was really great. Genuine geheimtipps secluded from mass tourism and lots of fun guaranteed-and even on german.
All in all, it was a long journey but definitely worth it! read more

The hotel was extremely inviting with an open reception area, plenty of seating, gardens and surrounded by the pools, which, like lagoons designed. Wi-fi was free (even great front desk at the beach!) , the beach for a romantic evening perfectly. The grounds were often and lovingly maintained. read more

We had 15 days overnight stay with breakfast booked. Lunch let on vacation after a rich late breakfast always way. In the evening we wanted to spontaneously decide where we eat out and what we eat. The we knew from Thailand so and so it should in Bali will. Our plan was full on. Laze around by the pool or at the beach after a good breakfast in the hotel with its area was magnificent.
However sometimes spontaneously in the hotel a beer, we, after we for a 0.33 liter beer almost 8, -€ have paid, only once. Also ... all other food and drinks it is value for money in the hotel not at all! Also for a 5 star hotel are the prices our opinion totally covered.
From 18 o'clock we have generally the hotel complex and outside of the tourist area, behind the south or main gate in Nusa Dua the night. There you will find at reasonable prices good restaurant and shopping. The restaurants bring one generally after eating free of charge to the hotel back. In the small supermarkets we daily with drinks for the next day set and so for a small beer only cost 0,90 Euro paid. The drinks with to the hotel to be brought, is common and from the hotel tolerated. The hotel's four bars, which on the beautiful grounds were distributed, were actually almost always empty. The prices no wonder!
Friends, which we on vacation met, booked half-board and also the dinner as a buffet very praised. However one had to without half board almost 40, -€ per person without drinks. For the price we have to 2. with drinks outside regularly very good.
The again and again mentioned Bali Collection we only 2 times. Although you can also cheaper than in the hotel shopping and dinner, but still with a tourists additional 20-40% opposite Nusa Dua.
For excursions we have on the local tourist guide Hans Region from 'Bali romantic tours' accessed. Have we already Germany by e-mail contact. With him, we have 3 great tours, which generally apart from the mass tourism were. We can Hans absolutely recommend. Writes him by email before your Bali holiday and Hans with you in touch. He proposes you gladly tours before, but it is also for your individual needs. With his joke and charm he makes the tours for an unforgettable experience. read more

We were for the 2. time in laguna (2011) and noted with pleasure, the the quality the hotel not continuous is, but still improved! Great hotel!
Neos spa and gym, culinary great, but is worthwhile half-board, since one can select between buffet or à la carte. The prices 'normal hoch' for a 5 star hotel, but absolutely acceptable. Only drawback, the wine prices are beyond good & evil. But food in laguna is worthwhile definitely, especially directly at the beach.
Alternatively there is the Bali Collection, approximately 3-minute walk away, with lots of shops and restaurants.
Our tip to eat ..., myomans beergarden! An amazing restaurant with international map and german management. Perfect quality, cordial staff and a free shuttle bus from the hotel. At the lobby and they call the transport of myomans beergarden. Here are also the wine prices brilliant ☺
The laguna has by far the most beautiful beach section, here, the ' neighbors' melia and Westin just look at. Also the loungers are with thick comfortable mat just a pip better than left and right next door.
It would have much to rave about soutenant, but short and sweet, the hotel is the hit! We will have a 3. back. read more

So in december/january you should definitely not to Bali -if at all.
In 'the laguna' there was so quite everything, which one in the 'paradise' not wish... Unpleasant people, not to behave itself can and a hotel which for money all power and dultet.
Food in the restaurants was rather average. The employees are all very friendly and tried hard, but technically not really well trained.
Note: in the december and Jan is on Bali rainy season. read more

Bali is very varied, we stayed at the laguna for a beach holiday and for the 2. time on Bali. The beach the laguna is very nice, because he through a reef is protected and therefore no large waves prevails. The beach is top cleaned and is great, only the tradesmen are a bit too much. We wanted furniture and pictures buy and our leaders Hans very helpful. We had his contact hc and have them from Germany contacted. He spoke german and helped us with its faher to 3 days with individual trips a 55 Euro by best Bali ... run. We have certainly 8 galleries seen from local painters and 5 pictures with muji in ubud bought. Furniture we have not bought, since these included shipping then but are quite expensive. Hans also the rice from the film eat pray & love, a real balinese house, what visitors open is. The hotel was ok but as a 5 star tourist we were not very impressed. Drawbacks makes you with the room and bathroom which quite old, food was okay but the prices not appropriate, therefore simply out eat out. Our favorites: bumboo Bali is mega delicious balinese, and the best restaurant was kendir kali directly at the beach with the best fish from the grill in balinese sauce-taste explosion is the keyword. Kuta you can try with the taxi visit, is however loud and hectic touristy. The kudeta is a nice oasis at the sea for lunch, evenings to the club. A trip at the end: fishing included lunch of your fresh catch. The was fun and can also Hans be arranged, because the concierge in the hotel inexperienced was. Oh and the massage in the hotel was great and if you as a woman time alone wanted to go shopping. Simply shuttle to Bali Collection with foot massage in between! read more

A really beautiful hotel for relaxing. We had a room with access to the laguna, a funny, but definitely not necessary, we would next time no longer accept it. Nice location at the beach, you can also good walking, and there are numerous restaurants and shops in a nearby located 'touristenvillage'... One runs about 5 minutes. The food in the hotel is really good, but overpriced. Drinks spick-and-span. read more

The hotel is located in a beautiful garden area.
With various pools and beach chairs with cushions. It was the whole complex and the rooms always very clean.
We had only with breakfast and there was really something for everyone.

From Germany it is already a fairly long trip to Bali. We had booked a small tour, that means a couple of days here, a a couple of days in a hotel, each in a different area more a bit more from Bali to see.
We booked this hotel, a long transfer after the flight to be missed. Thus we were within estimated 15 minutes from the airport in Nusa Dua.
To the hotel general: it has a nice welcoming lobby. In this lobby we took in a beautiful corner space and from there we were checked in, with a ... welcome drink and without bustle.
Our suit-cases on our room brought, there told us what we where in our room could find, when and where breakfast was, where we eat and the one occasionally coffee to the room to order.
The hotel has over 280 rooms. We had a laguna deluxe room booked. A really large room, great furnished in a balinese style. The bathroom big and nicely furnished. From the balcony from we could on the landscaped pool/lagoon views. To our room we had only booked breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful, but we found it produce not so great, because the scrambled eggs was too liquid, the pan cake was dry and the other sweet things looked very delicious aus, were however all as dry. The garden is huge and despite the large capacity of the hotel, get lost the guests in the large garden, so that you never think, the hotel is crowded! The types of people were piecemeal and every age, and asians, europeans and australians. read more

Regarding the atmosphere a really magical hotel. Merely ageing to be, seems the bathroom and shower. The lime and the humidity shall probably especially help. Besides that there are no faults. With a view of the sea and the beautiful beach is it almost perfect. The service in the hotel wasn't pushy and made the stay completely. But to say, that Nusa Dua nothing with the real Bali to do. It is a protected area of just different than the normal part of Bali ( in the positive meaning). Recommendable are in any case the tours from the hotel ( ... except for the affentour ). There is so lots to experience, 12 days were almost too few. Small tip-the flight to equalize offers a 3 day trip in Singapore at. We would have liked to had known. On taipei from Germany to fly should be 2. choice, the trip is just too long (about 25 hours). read more

The laguna hotel is after opinions of many (among other things. Also native ) the best hotel in Nusa Dua and you really not disappointed.
Pleasant size, very large pool area, directly at the beach.
Condition the hotel great, well-kept garden, daily pool cleaning, more about that later.
The hotel has a super modern spa, a top modern gym, several gazebos to rent (about 20 Euro per day), 2 breakfast restaurants, a small shop, free wi-fi in the whole complex, a beautiful, not too large lobby and beautiful seating.
In the evening the hotel is with torches lit. Beautiful! read more

Very friendly staff. Food and drinks a bit expensive, but still acceptable. Bali Collection is located around the corner, so that this can be circumvented.

All-around extremely recommendable hotel with a variety of great pools (partly with sand). Our room (deluxe studio room with access to the laguna) was spacious and very clean. Direct access to the pool i used extensively.
The beach belonging to the hotel was in a perfect condition. Beach chairs in the hotel in sufficient number of free of charge made available. There are at the beach traders, but not pushy at all are.
A specific recommendation the spa deserves, where i a fantastic massage was allowed to enjoy.
For my next Bali-stay i would go back to the laguna choose. read more

After 2012 to the second time spend our vacation in this hotel and were delighted again. The design the hotel and the pools, as well as the rooms are wonderful. Everything is very well maintained.
We also have innovations opposite 2010 discovered, the we find good: the breakfast is now also in a 2. Restaurant by the beach offered. The offer is somewhat small than in the 'large' restaurant, but also here it gives nearly all of the delicious food, the service is very attentive and friendly you sit directly at the beach.
There the food in the restaurants of ... the hotel is quite expensive, we find it positive, that now the computer a small sale of less expensive dishes ( for example sandwiches, soups) is. Otherwise there is delicious ice.
Of course, you can also at the beach and the pools, as well as from the room service seat.
If you Bali travels, then you should keep in mind, that ebb and flow very much to be felt are. During the low tide, you could hardly in the sea baden, however therefor one has the wonderful pools. Our favorite was this time the pool with sandy beach.
During our vacation were the hotel guests very international and we found all our ' holidayers' as very pleasant.
If you evenings not in the hotel food, then you should consider the many offers restaurants use, the transport service to and from to the hotel have. One can with the concierge questions. Many holidaymakers use the restaurants in Bali-Collection, to the good from the hotel can walk to. But if you a longer vacation or as we after a previous Malaysia-round trip Appetite for German food has, then we can NYOMAN'S beergarden restaurant under German management recommend. You can also a lot of Asian food food-everything good prices. Also for this restaurant there is a transport service.
Another tip for an excursion: if you like catamaran runs, should even on the homepage of Waka look. We have a full day excursion trip to lembongan made, the we liked a lot. We have it at the concierge in the hotel booked ( there, there are also a flyer that) and it has everything worked out well and was also exactly, as it on the homepage respectively in the leaflet is available. read more
