The rossalm has a wonderful location with a dreamlike view of the mountains included outstandingly beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The alpine is completely newly renovated and very nicely decorated with much attention to detail. Here you can only be comfortable. The rooms have a great south-facing balcony with-round subshine record and a spectacular view on the mountain landscape. The rooms are super clean and are every day with a lot of love presented. The extensive and delicious breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired ( fresh fruits, fresh juice, fresh rolls, cheese- and sausage variations and foamed up milk to ... the coffee). Every evening there was a varied -course menu ( just delicious), as well as lots of tasty wines from South Tyrol. Peter and his team are just the kindness in person and make for a really beautiful time on the alpine. We are definitely coming again! read more

    The rooms are all very nice and every day with a lot of love presented - here you can really a cleaning lady speak. She are provided with all have a private bathroom and a beautiful south-facing balcony (except a room). Well-being guarantee!

    Without movement you will in any case with a few kilos more to travel home. Every day there is a super extensive and delicious breakfast buffet ready. In the evening expected us a varied and regional -course menu - couldn't be better! Also the wine list with over 60 wines offers for each wine lovers many delicious regional wines. The atmosphere is very comfortable and one evening was us plenty of musical entertainment by Hans uS Peter offered.

    The alpine has its own sauna with a beautiful view of the mountains. Many sunbeds tempt to linger. After the hike stands also a washtub to relax and get some rest ready. From the alpine you can many beautiful hikes, mtb-tours and excursions undertake. Even for children very suitable, as a special arranged 'woody walk' children's' hearts beat faster.

    The alpine located on 2200 meters and is very good reachable ( with the gondola or by car). From the alpine you can wonderful hiking and mountain bike tours undertake. A guided hike included gipfelpicknick with Herbert is a must! Brixen, Meran and Bolzano etc. Are easy to reach. But actually you want anyway the whole time on the alpine in a sun lounger, sauna or badeszuber spend.

We went uphill with the cable car Brixen to summit station Plose. With a hike of about 50 minutes one comes to the rossalm. The trail is well marked, it can also with the baby carriage celebrate. On the way to the rossalm are several small games ( slides, forest telephone, treading water and so on on the rossalm arrived we were immediately from the staff welcomed friendly. Should be emphasized our waiter - ( we sat in the outside on table 22) the US served. Despite stress ( the building was rappel crowded) he remained always friendly. Also the ... food was simple great! We are definitely coming again. read more

Thus we come already since 2006 on the new Rossalm. (old we were 8 years good). Unfortunately I can tell you the rossalm not recommend, because once you have been there are, you can get anytime again and I get no rooms more. Host Peter and his sommelier Werner - the expertise in person. The food a' hut' n'easy unbeatable. So more negative is on the fast not. But that is nothing you don't. read more

Very comfortable small hotel. (6 rooms) everything very clean and modernly decorated. For breakfast there was a buffet, offering a clear view but of the finest quality. The dinner (5 courses) simply indescribable good. I actually wanted to leave after the second night a walkway, but this would simply have been too bad. unfortunately, there was at the beginning of December no snow and the skiopening had to be delayed a number of times. It said many guests met we. Mainly Italian families, but also couples from Germany and Switzerland. read more

    The service is amazing. Competent and very warm, without slimy to work. Everything seemed very honest. All the same, or whether bubbles plaster thermal pack, everything was immediately since.     The rossalm is situated in the heart of the skiing or hiking. Therefore, you can save a great drives. Unfortunately there is as yet no snow, so we had to drive about 20 kilometer Brixen to undertake. But we knew that in advance and it took the panorama gladly accept. During the day at a few Hikers on the rossalm and I think that it is very quiet up there during ski season, however entertaining is.

... Because the rossalm is actually way too good, that you with other would like to share. We were end of September with most beautiful weather on the Alp and were completely spoiled. During the day we were hiking or made a daytrip and evenings we could before the 4-course menu still the sauna and the washtub in the open use. Simply great. Because of the few rooms (of 7 couples ) everything is very informal and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are a dream, the kitchen alone would have seven suns deserve it. Absolutely courteous service. read more

    especially for the price Hikers and bikers is the rossalm a very good place to go out. If you like it. On the plose however, you can also parachute flying and in the winter skiing. Or simply on the lounge chair relaxation. Only during the day (10 until 17:00 o'clock ) is a bit business on the rossalm, if the daily visitor there are. But you're usually even on the way ☺

    the location is unique -2200 meters hochgelegen, surrounded from high mountains, beautiful peace and a great view. Since the car for six days left! Because until after Brixen are 17 kilometer or at least 20 minutes. As one considers oneself, if you really want to drive. You can on the plose also the whole week hiking and the glorious one has a magnificent all round views. Beside the rossalm there are still some other ALM huts, in the you entertain.

The price/performance ratio has voted on the rossalm always. For 2011 the prices almost doubled, however. After several stays at the rossalm now we will not go there anymore (because you don't want to 'old' response to the guests. read more

My husband and I were completely happy and relaxed left ☺ We will be back next year on the rossalm ☺ The rooms are very clean and equipped with love. The welcome from the owners and staff are very friendly and the whole. From the breakfast to the great dinner, coffee and drinks locked, everything is, not only for those palate, also very beautifully prepared. Special requests, such as delicious, fresh waffles, will personally by the chef (Peter) served ☺ For the great hiking, there are offered, for the snacks on the way to the next hut, always Juicy apples ... ready. The tub and sauna are a pure delight and then relax body and the soul for those total. The view from the balcony, you shouldn't forget! The view on the Dolomites is simply fantastic, genausso as the quiet in the evening. After dinner, you can withdraw, at the cozy bar pleasure, or take part in a wine tasting. It becomes boring as no guest. With a gondola ride down toward the Brixen, you can go shopping and relaxed. The gondola ride, as well as the bus rides and much more costs nothing ☺ With Peter there is a 'Brixen card', which allows free trips. We have tested it and it worked great ☺ Was nice! read more

The rossalm is an excellent Hotel, away from the mass tourism. In winter you are in the middle of the slopes close to the lift. The transfer from the parking lot to the rossalm made by the chef Peter perfectly with the Skidoo. The service was excellent and very plentiful. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, especially, when in the evening the tourists off into the valley. read more

    The rooms have balconies with a fantastic view of the Dolomite Alps. Each balcony has a table and chairs. The rooms have solid wood furniture and wooden floors. The bathrooms (shower stall, sink, toilet, towel warmers) are new. There was sufficient room in the closet. The room had a TV, but we didn't use it! Everything was clean and bright.

    Breakfast could satisfy the most demanding skier: various breads and rolls, cheese and sausage from South Tyrol, various jams, granola with yogurt, milk and fresh fruit salad, teas, pastries. Peter prepared fried eggs with crispy bacon upon request. Fresh carrots and apples were available to be pressed into a delicious drink rich in vitamines. In the evening, the hungry athelete could replenish the calories burned by enjoying a 5-course meal. Special wishes (allergies or dislikes) were respected.

    All employees were always concerned with the well-being of the guests. Peter always made sure that everything was in order and Werner, an aspiring sommalier, was highly competent at advising the enjoyment-seeking guests during dinner as well as at the cosy bar. The rooms were already spanking clean upon arrival and remained that way!

    In the middle of the Plose skiing region, the Rossalm cabin also offered tobogganning. Toboggans were available free of charge. It started a short walk away from the front of the cabin; furthermore, a new toboggan run has recently been made available. Depending on the snow conditions, you can be driven up to the Trametsch slope chairlift or to the gondola. They have a new sauna in use since this winter season: with a view of the sunset and the peaks of the Dolomites, it's easy to completely relax! Beside it is an enormous, hot whirlpool: wonderful! Bathrobes available upon request.

    A better location during winter vacation isn't imaginable: out of bed and straight onto the slopes, the next ski lift is only a few turns away and the Plose ski region can be immediately explored. The small mountain route to the valley "Kreuztal" is good to drive with winter tires, the innkeeper will pick up his guests with a snowmobile if they phone him.

The rossalm has a great atmosphere and is very tastefully and comfortably equipped. Since everything is simply right. The team, led by Peter and Werner-was extremely attentive and very concerned about the well-being of the guests worried. Is not there was not. The kitchen-apart from the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine-with a five course menu with half board was great and really delicious. It is also placed emphasis on local produce. The plose-lamb is spectacular. If you are in a skiing holiday really want to spoil, then you have the rossalm. read more

Just a gem... Well, not anymore... The food was super good. Since everything is simply right for a reasonable price. The skiing area was for a longer stay and good driver was a bit too small. So for a slightly shorter skiing thought. But only for drivers want to drive each day other slopes. read more

We have stayed twice at the rossalm and will be back. Just a relaxing and fun vacation! Food is great and the hospitality was great. The 'pool' is unique and we are already looking forward to the sauna. read more

In the vacation. The service is being few days completely. It everything is just right... Brilliant! The food is wonderful. Even the eye eats at every meal walkway. Fantastic is also the unique location of the ALM is located above the tree you to an altitude of over 2000 meters with a wonderful view on the Dolomites massive. The Almwirt and his crew were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The direct access to the front door of the rossalm by car designed in the summer easy. read more

The rossalm is located right in the hiking and skiing area and plose. After a busy day outdoors you can a lovely time in the evening with a great 5-course meal in the cozy lounge. The bath tub is heated outdoor 40 degrees on, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Dolomites. read more
