That was a great holiday with my daughter. You can recommend the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic plant, much green and very well maintained. The beach is beautiful, but with a lot of stones. Disco nearby. (summer garden). In the hotel lots of russians, some have with tips reserve a table (restaurant). We had a nice waiter was called Mehmet. The alla carte restaurant was closed because of season end. Entertainment was not because of season end. A shame for the vacationers. The cleaning ladies Emel and Hatice were very friendly and the room great cleaned. And even i ... was very surprised with the beautiful bed decorations. The only bad was at the bar( lobby) were the beverages not all-inclusive. And the fitness room was not clean hygiene zero. The devices were nearly all broken, only 2 treadmills went. What i didn't like the small children to the devices go, no supervision was there. But otherwise in general it was a great stay. Would definitely again again. read more

We can only each of this hotel advise you not to go there. The hotel isn't worth 4 stars like in the description. The staff are also more rude and very keen on the Russian guests with the friendliness and fixed. Furthermore the staff is very the tips from. Also this hotel of guests from 80% Russians and their neighbor countries, which unfortunately also in the cleanliness and in the restaurant very negative effects! At the beach it is very close and also unclean as the guests their garbage and the loungers very old and dirty are.

Initially we were very satisfied! But when the staff in the middle of the booked time began everything to build we were already disappointed. Many families the hotel is just into another hotel moved. The hotel closes simply, insolence! The tables where you to lunch/dinner eats, are being dismantled, the restaurants are already long, the chairs at the beach are taken away, by the pool the cushions, no animation more, everything lukewarm. The beverages and shops selling snacks are being removed. It seems as if one a pass. The absolute joke is hotel manager: the me with the fist has ... threatened a beschwerdegespräch! I am yelled at me and has been threatened. Literally came under witnesses from the manager, ' I no matter wether they paid, we just will soon be, complain but at your travel agent, or travel just ab' so easy makes you the here.! An absolute disaster this hotel, it is actually very nice! You get the impression, you want only your money, and that's good! Midnight soup? Unfortunately in this huge hotel hardly any children, especially no German speaking, that changed only against the 10 October the russians were altogether somewhat civilized and horteten no desserts on their tables. The only tennis court concrete had a moderate net, at the front desk you could rackets and balls to rent, we bought then but rather neuware. The ping pong table available key a remoteness.
The massive hotel is good durchkonzipiert, no crush for the food, a lot was freshly prepared, the freshly squeezed orange juice was its Euro value.
The animation was not pushy, the garden neat. The ... beach was from gravel, as it was well, a footbridge from the swimmer painless into the water could.
Beautiful large hotel, but boaring mixture of the nationalities: 90% russians, little young people rather: we around the fifty! read more

The hotel is huge'with many green areas. It is unfortunately somewhat far from Antalya away. The food is very tasty been, naturally repeats itself it after some time. The waiters are very hard with mealtime everything fast and clean tidy. However after cleaning of the room like for instance the mirror or in the shower the soap holder still dirty. Otherwise you can't complain. Which really great and rarely, the beverages as Cola, Fanta, Sprite were original brands and no ' cheap ' Cola etc. But were in the evening the alcoholic beverages not very edible (warm for example) however ... gladly to this hotel again. read more

First time Turkey would always come back
The hotel is really clean and the outside area very well maintained
The hotel manager isik saral is always very friendly and hard-working all quite close ( good German language skills)
Great also the small insects on towels on the rooms ( by maid arranged)
The beach boy Zeki is super nice and always in the use he also spoke very good German

The hotel has 422 rooms and is therefore very busy. Since we before the holidays traveled, we thought, it is quieter. It was full.
The complex is very green and well maintained. Nicely prepared and well arranged.

Great holiday, the hotel is, for children, very convenient, slides, playground (2 piece) kids club everything was there. The staff was always very nice, many speak german. Everything was clean too, food available actually something for everyone, but some have always something to moan about. A lot of russians, but i am good clear came with them even if some even have one over the eight ☺ unfortunately, i also which to criticize,there is rooms in the hotel where you at night with open windows no eye to power. Next to the hotel, there is a huge disco these ... blasts every night. Otherwise could the hotel once again freshening and few upgrades are made. However for the price we paid should not one not so much to complain about. We liked it (even if at night with closed windows) very much. read more

Very nice hotel by the beach located. Large spacious well-kept complex. The entire hotel was very clean. All inclusive included at the normal meal times also were late riser breakfasts and midnight soup. Nationalities are very mixed. It were while we were there both German, dutch, English, as well as russians there. It was however not a problem with the russians ( as here so often criticized) read more

This hotel was of russians covered and behavior as the worst.
To the hotel:
The hotel itself is partly very dirty. On the toilets it smelled disgusting urine and clean they were also not. But i have to say the staff were always eager to help to keep everything clean and was also great friendly. Since the guests however like the latter behaved it was thus a bottomless pit.
Our room was dirty without limits, and the dirt was the way can, in our room there was carpet and this was so dirty that we only with shoes through the ... room ran.
After we at the front desk weighted was our room again cleaned and then it was ok. The interior was not worth 4 stars, very old and partly broken. The beds were surprising way very clean and very comfortable.
To the hotel:
The complex was very tidy and nice, also the pool was really great. A to relax and a in the mega loud music and the post office went off.
The hotel's own beach against was not great, the loungers were before dirt and oil hard to use.
Nothing against russians but if i in Turkey drive, i would like to the turkish culture, as well as kitchen meet. The buffet was too many the russian kitchen adjusted, it was virtually broke and looked afterwards as had 1000 children since a essenschlacht organized. One had as said around the food fight. Queue was at the wrong place, but those who dare not nothing gained. Lol! I have never been so much excited about the behavior for the food of other people. The tables with food so packed and it was not eaten, but dent.
The staff were always friendly and hard-working.

Who a relaxing hotel searches, this hotel isn't the right place cared for! Russian knowledge is of advantage, since the staff better Russian than German or English. Very many Russian families. You should also not much value for cleanliness and a large variety dining set. On complaints is from the hotel, as well as the travel guide no response. We were quite ready after a long day of travel, 3 hours flight and then the almost -hour transfer from the airport to the hotel. But when we arrived we were immediately a warm welcome. Two nice men took us the luggages from asked us after our arrival and escorted us to the front desk. The team at the front desk was very eloquent in languages (German, Russian, English etc.) we had no problems what so ever communicating. The lobby was totally sends and with lights and other details nicely decorated. The outside area was wonderful. Everything was neat ... and the gardener hard-working itself always everything to prepare. Our room was big and very clean, in the small fridge there was a water bottle. On the bed had the nice maid nice guests presented. The staff were very accommodating and always make an effort, we could but also understand if you have your smile to 14 hours working days a little lost. The pools ( 1 peace and 1 active pool) were clean and in very good condition. The own beach ok, the loungers had a bit of their years behind it, and the gravel/ sandy beach is not everyone's thing. read more
