Good place to stay midtown. The rooms are clean, with a reasonable size for NYC and modern. Bathroom also has a reasonable size for NYC. There is also a kitchen in each room, but we did not use it. We unplugged the fridge to avoid noise. Internet and breakfast are included in the price and the internet worked well. I have been there a few times and I would not hesitate to go back. read more

Central location, very convenient to explore from Manhattan. U-bahn-station in the immediate area. Because of the location next to the large parking garage and bus station and on each card easy to find. Room was functional and clean, we even had a free upgrade to a suite, which a complete kitchen was integrated. Buffet breakfast and wi-fi included, breakfast buffet however not huge selection. We were right after new year's eve of 02.-05. january at the staybridge, on 02. and 03.01 in the evening free eating and drinking been processed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located. By the bus-train station the situated right in front of the hotel and therefore, that the metro also a few steps away, are all destinations in Manhattan and environment as quickly as possible to reach. The room was spacious decorated and always clean. read more

A relatively new hotel in a central location, many highlights within walking distance, good asian restaurants nearby. The rooms are according to the catalog (the ) 32 meters² large, which however grossly exaggerated is. Good view the rooms 23 -25 meters² and other, larger there is noisy front desk not. This maximum 25 meters² are a good equipped kitchenette, a mini bathroom, a closet in the two hand luggage fit and a 1.60 meter wide bed squeezed. We were traveling with 2 adults and a 10-year-old child and asked us, as one to three supposed to sleep? 60 centimeter ... per person for sleeping? After interminable discussions about the size of the room and the catalog, the clearly is wrong, we had to put in the saueren apple bite, 40 $plus tax per day for a room with two ever 1.40 meters beds drauflegen. Inconspicuous hotel in the 40 st, corner 9 av. The hotel is as far as we can say very clean. Every guest gets the possibility his laundry facility on (free), this is in the basement 5 washers and 5 tumble dryer available. Furthermore there are three lifts for 32 floors, this led to long waiting periods. Wi-fi there are in the whole hotel free. read more

    The room is very small. In the bath we found never enough space to drop the toothbrushes. In the room there is a kitchenette included fridge ( this is very loud). There is air conditioning, tv, safe, an alcove (a wardrobe are) and a bathroom with a bath. We had a room with ending 01, that means we had a lift as neighbors. Unfortunately you could hear this exactly, since it is only by thin wood walls was divided. The 10. Room each floor has two elevators around itself.

    The hotel lies 5 minutes away from the Broadway. To the Times Square it was about 10 minutes. The bus station Port authority is right opposite the hotel. We are however with the taxi arrived.

If you don't often in the hotel is the hotel is perfect to stay, because is right in the center manhattan. Subway bus everything on the doorstep. The food but there is every day the same and the choice was very limited. In the breakfast room are very few places for so lots of guests. To most nerves the elevators we have on the already times almost half an hour waited. read more

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Were after posting a little shocked, because some of the few elevators reported, but this is something we can do for our case not confirm. However I think, that there is a difference, whether in March or July/August in new York. Room big enough and also the bathroom. Both always clean and tidy. The hotel is very central at the port authority bus terminal, and you can also book from to the airport. Furthermore you are on foot in 10 to 15 minutes in the middle of Times Square. On the ninth street ... there are plenty of restaurants and bars. We can only recommend it and would book it again any time. read more

This hotel was the best, that we have ever been to new York had. The hotel staff is really very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean it was every day cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and you even had the choice, if one feather pillows or non-allergy Kunstfaserkissen to have would like. In of the kids kitchen was really everything available, that you need -even a dishwasher. Also the bathroom was very clean-I am actually very picky, but here I had really nothing at all to complain about. Every morning there was a rich breakfast buffet with ... toast, muffins, scrambled egg, fruit, juices, delicious coffee and much more. There is something for everyone. We were somewhat skeptical when Aufzugsproblematik, which we in advance in some reviews had read, however is it really so bad: during rush hour, so in the morning and evenings, can it times a couple of minutes take however it is in 3 existing lifts really no end of the world-you finally vacation and is not on the run ☺ We will definitely come back and the hotel with best conscience further-recommend! read more

This hotel is really recommendable: big room, even with kitchenette and fridge equipped, modern bathroom, flat screen and super beds. Good service, breakfast with enough choice, however limited seating capacity, it can to the rush hours already times close. Wi-Fi in the room free of charge available! For complaints immediate and competent, friendly Help. The location is great: subway station and bus station in the immediate area, a lot of attractions in Manhattan are also to reach on foot ( inclusive Broadway/musicals )! Enough restaurants middle price range and supermarket in the immediate area available. All together a successful stay ... and would recommend! read more

Am almost attempted 6 stars, because this hotel really great. Sometime in 2010 is opened in a Traumzustand and leaves little to be desired. Only faults as often described here the lack of number and breakfst tables and lifts. read more

    We had a suite with 2 double beds, a kitchenette, a fridge twice as big as our at home. Well lots of space was not however for us 3 still okay. All great well maintained and clean. Only what we found was, that the remote control only on a 1/2 meters distance worked. Heating has great works.     Quality of the breakfast is good and all great clean. Even the coffee and the orange juice were perfect. It was missing at nothing.     Am almost attempted 6 stars, because this hotel really great. Sometime in 2010 is opened in a Traumzustand and leaves little to be desired. Only faults as often described here the lack of number and breakfst tables and lifts.

Hotel is in a new condition. The cleanliness was outstanding, especially in the rooms and in the bathroom. Breakfast inclusive, which I find for a NY-stay absolutely recommend can. Nationalities all art represented, while our stay however many Germans. Average age mixed... From 21 to 60 years everything was well represented. read more

    the rooms for new York-proportions really big, and the kitchenette came. Everything very modern and tastefully decorated. Particularly the bathroom was great. We had a great Glass Cornershower. the kitchenette was with everything equipped, which one for fast food required. The kitchen also had a dishwasher( the staff caring for the washing dishes), as well as a microwave and 2 hotplates. The fridge is huge, however unfortunately also very loud. On the first night I could hardly sleep, because I constant from the hum of the fridge was woken up. Since we fridge not needed, we have it change. the safe without fee directly in the room used will. Very simple handling. the rooms were very clean.

    The breakfast area is very modern and as in the other reviews described, relatively small. However we have as a couple always found a place. Usually one sat with other guests of the hotel at a table, which but also always nice conversations led. the breakfast was OK. There is absolutely no 5 star buffet expect. The coerced is available, but only the. Eggs, Bacon, fresh fruit, 2 juices, coffee, water, muffins, toast and bagels etc. but to start the day it was sufficient. Particularly the Schokomuffins were quite fast. When I but with the staff inquired, I immediately a muffin brought. The staff at breakfast filled constant all food and cleared the dirty dishes rapid from. Hitherto, the staybridge is also one of the few American hotels where I was, the real dishes used, the count I have high, since usually only paper tableware is used.

    the staff were always friendly and hard-working. The complaint, the fridge in our room very noisy and please should be shut down, was immediately arranged. Also on our check out was the staff accommodating with the suit and the help of a taxi stop. the cleaning of the rooms was tadenlos. We had every day fresh and sufficient towels, the toiletries in the bathroom was with every cleaning new filled, the garbage bin every day emptied and the beds carefully. Equally with the use of the dishes, all in the room's own dishwasher removed.

    Whoever in new York in the middle of everything you want to be, is right at home here. Times Square is only a stone's throw away and options for shopping you will find in new York anyway. Directly next to the hotel is the new York terminal (we had our room on this side, noise gave it with us however not). Therefore one is very fast to the bus gates( for example for excursions in the outlets outside the city).
