Helpful and friendly staff. Nice hotel overviewing Tunis city.
Refreshing carpets and paintings would make it even better. It needs a refreshement.
Overall, clean, nice people. Sunny location . read more

The hotel has its best times in my opinion, probably time under Holiton line, behind itself.
The staff can't really help me; if I Öffnugnszeiten of a restaurant or the pool asked, arrived at least three staff of four different responses.
A code for the Internet could not really give me. Four different combinations, I was given, to connect to Wi-Fi Internet access, but unfortunately all of them were already expired. So I am glad about my blackberry, receiving at least email.
The room was not vacuumed and was not vacuumed during the stay, as the floor was very dirty ... and I even in the room was very happy, flip-flops my took.
All in all, it will be difficult to find, and an overall better hotel in Tunis. But I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone. read more
