The waiter in the pizzeria wanted us at 20:00 pm not entertain and another restaurant in the house recommended. There are plenty of seats available we were on demand with the waiter and its reluctant release in the pizzeria taken a seat. We were but only reluctantly and very slow service. For example with the neighbor table three times asked, whether everything ok. Is when we dirty dishes were left sitting. For an otherwise great hotel no good behavior. read more

The hotel has over 1000 rooms, respect before the logistical achievement!
The architecture is unique...
Yesterday the 3-gänge evening menu was excellent, also today the breakfast buffet was very diverse and very tasty!
The room was functional and furnished in a very modern, everything was very clean!

We were with a travel group on the occasion of the green week in the hotel. It inspired all our travel express taker. From the first moment we felt really good in the hotel. The service was both in the restaurant area, as well as in the bar area very accommodating. The standard rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and enough for a short stay. 3 days city journey in january with 10-year-old. Scheisswetter, severe cold. Nevertheless it was a unforgotten trip. Child was of hotel completely overwhelmed, mother has enjoyed thoroughly ( particularly the kredenzte breakfast in the wonderful atrium). Convenient evenings the show in the adjoining Convention Center, no long ride and then had a little hang out. We will definitely come again. read more

All in all a very nice hotel in a rather dubious area.
Rooms, lobby and aufenthaltsaula very nice.
Chargeable internet (via lan and 3, -hour) absolutely not contemporary and large point of criticism.
In every youth hostel and in all 30,- Dollar motel in USA for example i get free internet (even wi-fi) read more

As busreisender to bargain rate (the green weeks in Berlin visit) are already very nice differences between ' normaleingecheckten' and by this tour operator booked cheap all-inclusive price. The already started for breakfast where our clientele in a other area crowded than the conventional booked audience. Simple but good three stars-breakfast, but no more. I find that altogether as and is a pale taste. Also the rooms are although really clean, but about complaints of defects device has jumped over or this sat out. Clear the one for a very reasonable price with the highest a luxury suite can offer ..., but also here should be any complaints short notice fixed are. Because only the guaranteed, that one the hotel also sometime on regular way again bay. read more

We enjoyed the short vacation the estrel combined as business and city trip (family). Already on arrival we were pleasantly surprised, instead of double room with extra bed we got a generous family room. The upgrade was free. The rooms are modernly furnished and very spacious. Capacity for clothes is sufficiently available. The bathroom we found very small, when opening the door, one with such the toilet. The mini bar was sufficiently filled, but we didn't use it. The breakfast buffet was very good, fresh fruits, cheese, sausage, eggs, different salads and marmelade. At the sunday the hotel was very ... good mood, therefore it came here already times to small bottlenecks in the seats and at the buffet, but everything was still as a part of. Praise goes to the employees, the really were very hard! The fitness room is well equipped, however worked a treadmill. Apart from that does not exist lots to whine about, except perhaps, that the wifi is subject to a charge, there is even in the smallest hotels now free. Nevertheless we recommend the hotel and will definitely again again. read more

A very big hotel with appropriate facilities, such as conference rooms, various restaurants and a kiosk. Clean rooms, whereas the bed linen always very verknittert appeared. Basically very decorated up to date. The hotel is in Neukölln, that means the area is definitely not for shopping and nightlife suitable. So the hotel was well, but for a 4 star hotel i would have expected a little more in the normal rooms there was not even a säf that was not so good one had always his whole value things with tow if you the room leave. Yes and the breakfast was very boring there was nothing which one at home not for a 4 star hotel i would have something else expected already in other 4 star hotels have. But there was also something good to say about the new year's eve event was so great that we would ... definitely again join in simple and the food was amazing dar was definitely everything defendendo. Yes and the pizzeria you should avoid isn't recommendable not because of the food the was all right only the staff are grotten badly so conceited and with zweilei standards is one more tip then they are nice and there is less then you are not good for this house i think that the every since its training makes more class than the firm employees you should time in a 4 star hotel thought, if you don't want to change. read more

We had a voucher for 2 nights in a suite with breakfast. The suite was great and
