Clear only stars, but also for 3 stars you expect a clean and neat furnishings. Pool partly dirty, ' bungalow' very dirty. Each detail costs extra, for example also the pool use. Complex as such, quite run down and very spartan. Once and never again! read more

Who 2.5 its suns Bay, must not 5 star luxury accommodation expect. All together a nice, very dogs friendly ( large dogs ) complex in good condition. The food in the restaurant is Sunday We have even cooked. Besides that pleasant staff, prompt service, very short way to the beach. Room/ bungalows are very basic but OK. read more

This week I was actually shocked. The bathroom was dirty and the shower head was completely calcified. The bedding itself and you must cover the beds were quite nice and certainly more than ten-15 years old. The food each day noodles it was nothing special only with a sauce and vegetables other (only maize and carrots from the box). The breakfast dry baguette coffee or cocoa. As a holiday with children the property is highly recommended, even though the bungalows but very basic equipped are ( no walk atleast inside only on the terrace with a table and chairs, the beds are not much easier on a bad back and creaking terribly noisy, the bathroom is so small that you almost couldn't swing). Great were the gaming, the entertainment and the pool is a dream for kids. The sea and the beach were clean and the kids had to not only consideration for others. The food in the restaurant is highly recommended and the staff was ... always friendly and very kind to the children. In the whole area in the pine forest and there were lots of lizards, after a thunderstorms at night were unfortunately everywhere frogs traveling ( the kids had their fun) and no screen you should not ( but the travel agent). Whoever is planning a family holiday here. read more

the complex itself is really nice designed, lots of trees and hedges between me the individual bungalows, so you can not directly from the neighbor could be observed. The rooms but the best times behind itself, the mattress was very old. The bungalow is divided into two floors, the upper can be reached by a very narrow spiral staircase. On the ground floor were the bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a kitchenette and two sofa beds. In the upper part are two single beds and a toilet. The cleanliness left (especially in the upper toilet) ... to be desired, it seemed as if it was not cleaned at all. The personnel was not very pleasant, because of the kitchen in the upper to get you had to walk through the bedroom or the whole bungalow block (as townhouses). The upper the area was more like a gallery (no locked room) designed. Due to the late travel time( middleEnd September, a week after the complex closed) it was quite empty, there were no activities and pools were not very clean (although the swimming pool in contrast to the pool for the kids was acceptable). We were once in the area with the food, the food was okay, but not outstanding. The place in which the complex there's not a lot to do, there is only one restaurant, where we twice the food (the waiters were mostly unfriendly, as our Italian is not very good), otherwise we had to go away. For shopping there was only a small (and expensive!) store, which we also in a market drove a bit further away. The beach is just across the pine grove from the complex and in a few minutes reachable. The advantage of the beach is, that it is primarily for guests at this property has been used and therefore not overcrowded. During our stay, it was mostly very windy, whereby it was very cold, if one from the water came. read more

Great holiday for families with ( or without) dog. Much gaming and entertainment for the kids (unfortunately often very noisy), but not get bored here. Really appreciated the hound looking forward, the proximity to the beach ( Hundestrand! ) Was great (200 meters), before a pine forest for walks. Unfortunately no large restaurant advice or shopping possibilities in direct within walking distance, but all in all at any time again!. read more

My family and I just got back from Mare Pineta and we found it wonderful. The bungalows are big enough for a comfortable 4. We had only three with us and there was more than enough room. The upstairs room has two twin beds in it but even if you have bought the air conditioning option, it would still be quite warm. If you decide to take a fan with you, please make sure you take the adapter for Italy's outlets. We had the All Inclusive plan which was well worth it. It was warm and I cannot tell you ... how often we walked into the various restaurants and grabbed a large bottle of water or something else cold to drink. Also with the AI plan, the air conditioning and tv is included in the price. read more

    The bungalows are more than adequate. They could do away with Bidets as there is now something called toilet paper to use. This would bring a little bit more room into the bathroom. But it was big enough to do what one needs to do.

    If you can"t find something here to eat, then you are too picky. The pizzas are out of this world. My son and husband loved the pasta dishes. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. Salads are large and various. As I said, with the AI plan, we could try everything and not worry about the prices. It can be a bit pricey, but when you think of cocktails or wines, soft drinks and waters, unlimited ice cream for the kids, sometimes the adults too, and then the menus at both lunch and dinner, it is well worth the prices. Oh, I forgot to mention, you order whatever you want off the menu. There is no preselected items.

    Boy, I have never been to a Vacationresort where the staff has tried so hard to please. From the moment we checked in, the staff was extraordinarily friendly. They go out of their way to please. FRANCESCO in the main restaurant is a dream. He told us flat out that he loves to please the customers. Let me say this, we told him on the night before we were to go to Ravenna that we would not be around for Lunch on the next day so they should not set our table for us. He asked if they should make a packed lunch for us and we could pick it up at breakfast the next day. And what a lunch it was. Sandwiches, drinks, snacks and fruit. What a treasure!! As for languages, there is always someone that can speak whatever language you come in with. German, English, Spanish. It's all there. My son enjoyed all the aspects of the programs and sport options they offered. He never complained except when it was time to go back to the bungalow.

    You walk 150 meters through a beautiful shady pine tree lined path to find the Middle Adriatic in front of you. The beach was very nice and the water temperature perfect. We had heard stories about jellyfish, but did not see one the entire time we were there. There are large grocery stores as soon as you come off the highway and little shops in the center of the village for shopping. But as we had the AI plan we didn't need anything. We took the local bus transportation into Ravenna and walked around the town. We bought the tickets directly on the bus so they were a bit more expensive, 3 Euros per way. IF you go to one of the local shops, ask the tourist agency they will tell you which one, you will get a price of 1,50 Euros. It was lovelry as you got to see the countryside without having to look for signs to tell you which way to go.

It is a beautiful not far from the small village remote bungalow area! In terms of size very good ☺ the complex is relatively clean and well maintained! we had as a family however no additional services such as a full or half board, as it was for us not would have been worth it! the guest structure consists mostly of Swiss Austrians and German, however there are also French and Italians! unfortunately, this is behavior the Swiss for the most part rather less good, as they were very loud and many things broken made! The average age was from ... small children to retirees everything present! very good in the area that was the by car arrived tourist only on Saturday by car the complex traffic could ☺ very, very bad area however the abnormal there were many mosquitoes we had partly after 1 or 2 nights 100 mosquito bites it was really a plague and spraying has against it was really not helped disturbing and disgusting! read more

    The bungalow was in terms of size adequate for 4 people it had 2 floors however it would more than 4 people very, very tight! the furnishings was very low, as in bungalow not even a table available was just in front of the bungalow there was a beer bench with table and a few additional chairs. apart from that you have to bring your own dishes everything except in bungalow was somewhat less which contain very sad was in my opinion.! the bungalows were partly freshly renovated however dives at the top of the wood unfortunately mold, as well as also in the bathroom on!

    the staff mARE Pineta in was first class, friendly helpful and very interested ☺ after about 1 week we knew all service forces and nobody was misbehaving all attempted with us entertained even if her German not always the best was however it was mostly good enough to entertained and no German could you just in English entertained ☺ the rooms will cleaned before you arrive and afterwards one is for the stay it ☺ the Selbste can tell you to the entertainment team ☺ everything was very nice attempted the language and always for all children present ☺ and the morning until evening ☺ if the bungalow or at the plant some problems and we complained they were mostly implemented however had one sometimes already sometimes patience through the concierge (no German could) with his Vespa three wheelers threats came ☺

    There is a huge large swimming pool with animation and a pool only for swimmers about 2.20 M was as it was ☺ the pools were however always very clean and well maintained as well as the complex around the pool! at the large pool there was almost the whole day activities for children children and young people however also for older people in the form of water aerobics ☺ the complex also provided a small supermarket of the prices it was slightly higher however nothing noteworthy except meat the however everywhere in Italy expensive!. however very bad Internet. The complex offers the front of the front desk a ancient Computer with which you could go into the Internet for about 1 euro the hour... However the Internet is very slow or work not at all.! in some things you should not the highest expectations have ☺ evenings it was in front of the stage until 12 o'clock entertainment the animation team are however in the second week already quite has repeatedly and has made no more fun...

Positive: Large clean pools with a huge nonswimmer areas for the kids, very dedicated entertainers ( very friendly and accomodating), decent sea, near super friendly staff ( partly. We are in August 2009 for two weeks in the Residence Mare Pineta icy. Comments in particular: The arrival: short and sweet. No note on the program of the week. Very limited on the fact, first the final cleaning, the entertainment program for 140 dollars. There's a nice glow wristband. The surroundings: In summary: Dead. Excursions: Venice ( about 1.5 hours by car) or stray smaller towns with so-called attractions are at least 1-15 hours away. A larger amusement park ( we didn't visit) in about 1 hour away. So: for it has preserved its original WHOLLY inappropriate. ... Recommendation: Bird watching tour by boat ( Comaccio) - brochures are available at the front desk. To the beach: very nice and within walking distance from the holiday homes. About 200 -300m through a private pine forest. The beach was quite clean and there was a very good and inexpensive beach bar. Beach chairs and umbrellas you can wash your clothes for a few euro rent can also cheaper if you an umbrella in the area for 11 Euro buy. You can walk very far into the sea. Very good for young children. Very nice sand. nice and clean. The accommodation: The holiday homes are functional. Without TV (which is a plus, or? ) Air conditioning is optional and costs extra. We had the 6 person house, which another separate entrance for a Art Logia. Nothing to complain about. The restaurant: Is good, and reasonably priced. Do not recommend half board/full board. The price/performance ratio is not. You can also order a pizza and with the cottage. Pools/pools: Two very large and beautiful pools. A pool with 50 meters length and a more child-oriented bathroom with a small slide. In addition to a small baby pool. Entertainment: Completely in Italian. So for us and our not fremdsprachlich multi tasking children not suitable. The programs were very late in the evening (21.30 ) and thus only for nap-children really ok. Intents interesting and dedicated. Some deals during the day ( archery, pool gymnastics etc. ) - The usual. Discreet entertainment. Sport: 2 tennis courts (6 euro for an hour for rent) - but you can just go there and play. A volleyball court and a football field. tennis instructor you can book for 10 Euro per hour. Overall impression: Very large area with mass treatment. Very good for a vacation at the seaside, excursions too far "the beaten track" The Italian entertainment for the kids was sub-optimal. read more

We were two families with one child. The upper room couldn't be used due to the heat. But was ok. The only downside is that the terrace and garden are not a hit, as it was not properly maintained. From the kitchen we were absolutely loved it a lot of storage space. For us it was sufficient for us. The entertainment was absolutely impossible only on Italian for our children does not really matter as you are only five years and were completely overstrained. read more

Mare Pineta residence is a great place for families and children.I would say around 50% of the guests are Swiss 25% Italian and the rest a mix of German, austrian,Scandivanian,French. 220 bungalows in rows of 4 with each bungalow having 2 floors. The upper floor with a seperate external entrance with 2 beds which is great for kids of say 6 years old or older or the grandparents.(for little kids its not ideal due to the external access and no internal direct access.)Downstairs has a double bedroom for 2 persons and a lounge/kitchenette which can ... sleep up to 4 in it although that would be tight. I would say Maximum of 6 is comfortable in a bungalow. Bungalows are in good decoration. Difficult to keep bathroom floor clean as it gets pretty wet when you have a shower and stays wet unless you mop it and there is no mop just a brush. read more

    already described earlier. would say ideal number is 4 persons, 6 persons are comfortable, 8 is crowded. This is not a hotel more like luxury camping but in a half brick half wooden bungalow. Ok for sleeping and eating and sitting outside. Decoration of bungalow was good, kitchen also ok, enough euipment and cupboards. As an englishman took my own kettle to brew TEA. Bathroom floor difficult to keep dry and gets quickly mucky. no mop provided only a brush.

    Staff try very hard to please. somteimes to hard particulary in the restaurant where at peak times 7pm it can get crazy with all guest wantng to eat at the same time. A great fish restaurant on the end of the Jetty in the wooden house in Casal Borsetti plus a couple of good pizzarias all within easy walking distance. We ate both in and outside the residence. Food in Italy is good if you like pasta, pizza and fish. We do, so cannot complain. prices are also reasonable. Restaurant on Residence is ok. Resonable choice of menu and tastes good.

    Management understand Italian and German and english very well. Some staff as well. Cleaning of rooms is up to the guests themselves. This is not a hotel holiday but a high level Camping type holiday so its not to be expected to have cleaners in. you pay i think 35 euros for cleaning when you leave. Safes are available at the reception so you have to watch the opening times as its not always open. Reception staff are very friendly, not all speak english. doctor or emergency help is quickly avialable if needed. The big boss is often there and reacts quickly if a problem arises.For wxample we had a case of someone setting chairs so they collapse when you sit on them. In the evening the boss mad eit clear if if finds out who it is then they would be expelled immeadiately from the residence as the risk of injury to guests is not acceptable. I fould this communication good.

    Lots of activities going on, tennis,Football, competions, areobics. no pressur eto participate. If you want to do it then its there. Animation trys very hard to please. good atmosphere but evening program a bit repetitive with music and all dancing together in line. kids love it but for Adults a bit of a bore after 3 days or so unless you drink alot before you do it. NO internet zugang for 10km around which was a pain for me where i neede to read my work mails..On the other hand i could concentrate on relaxing. Pools are both great. Water clean, big pools planty of space around them. Beach sandy and close by . not very big but how much space do you need. !! Bungalows have showers but also public showers available by reception area. not always spotlessly clean but used a lot so fifficult to maintain perfection i think.

    two great pools in the residence. One for serious swimming the other for fun.Excellent condition. Good chairs and umbrellas. Sandy beach just a walk over the very quiet side road. Nice beach, not big but safe for kids. Closet airport Bologna 45 minutes away by car, bus also possible. Shopping in local village which isin walking distance is ok for immeadiate requirements, otherwise hypermarket(bennet, eurospar) in Porto Garibaldi 10km away plus other shops by Bennet. also Ravenna 16km away has good selection of clothes shops and great historical sites to visit. Only entertainment is animation in the residence.Its ok for the kids a bit lacking for Adults.
