Again and again! We can also after the 6. stay tell. Everything was great. The buffets are always better. As we were told, there was a new executive chef. We could already the new starters buffet and loved it.
As always the staff was very accommodating, the cleanliness without any complaint. We felt very comfortable here. In the evening at the bar there was a small programm, it was good. read more

We are from the hotel enthusiastic. My husband and i have before nothing comparable seen. Starting for breakfast, where we because of the diversity not know, what we first and last food should be.
We were although it is only 4 days there (long weekend), but the us already convinced. We had a double room booked and without an extra charge and without demand a suite!
On my birthday we even got an extra table with candles and chocolate decoration get. Later in the room was also an attention.
The hotel-staff are also very friendly to our 1-year old daughter ... have been. It was from all sides always greeted.
It was simply great, even if Cala Millor in march still a bit sleepy-the power with the hotel but purely nothing at all! read more

We booked because of the good reviews the hotel and were negative surprised by the, what we in fact found. Right through the hotel is a busy street, we, to from our room the restaurant, always cross had! In the pool no water! The outside area is completely visible and carelessly, the lawn filthy! Nowhere thrived (at this season) flowers! The pool bar (with bahnhofsvorplatzcharakter ) was closed! There was only 1 restaurant for breakfast and dinner, for lunch were the dark bar small one of snack is offered!
The 'good' things during dinner only at der' show-cooking ' station. ... This meant: queue to order them, wait until everything was ready. If you this as we (we also had no desire in a '5 star') has not used, had to take the rest of exp. The service was in the morning and in the evening never good. Coffee took long, drinks in the evening mostly about 15 minutes, twice we had to order (after 20 minutes) even with the waiter to ask service. Fudge was not possible, as there are no further restaurant (5 stars of houses have actually still a speciality restaurant) is. Newspapers at the front desk also offered, for example the picture newspaper at the special price of 1,40 Euro (instead of 1,10 Euro). For the zeitaufwendendige (30 seconds permanent) enable the room card to use the safe to be able to 14 Euro the week charged extra! The room that we booked, a suite, has it fully convinced. It was large, clean and pleasant to move into. Finally, one must naturally take into account, that for the week suite halfboard included only Euro 506,- per person paid. In that respect we can thus say, that at least the 'value for money' not bad. But 5 stars are for the hotel in our opinion just a too much. The lots of great reviews are not comprehensible for us. read more

The Hipocampo Palace convinced by a huge, varied and tasty breakfast and dinner buffet. Otherwise rests the hotel a bit on its laurels. The hotel lacked the charm and that certain something. You can see from the excellent food from, i would the hotel based on the facilities, ambience and service orientation of the staff only stars give. The pool was at the end of our vacation filled, although with 18-20 °c air temperature perhaps a first bathroom should have been. Partially worked at the time the pool irrigation in our suite not flush, even under the shower there was ... no cold water, only scalding hot. Mallorca is always worth a trip. The island has lots to offer, a rental car is recommendable. read more

After technical difficulties at the start, the probably due to the season were due, we a beautiful week experienced. Our complaint hinsichtich air conditioning and hot water was unfortunately only after the 3. call fixed. The service in the restaurant was very concerned, however for a hotel of this class superficial and hectic. Here would be an increase in of the staff have been necessary. The dishes to the breakfast and dinner were excellent, but there was before, that on the starters buffet several plates longer time were empty. The bar area we really liked, light evening entertainment and very ... good service. We had a suite in the side building (other side the street) occupied, the interior was good, lots of closet space and a nice balcony. The hotel is located in 2. number to the beach, but quiet. read more

A top - hotel the same hotel - group with earned 5 stars! The dishes were in every aspect absolutely outstanding. Room ( suite ), service etc. Excellent. Price for beverages not overpriced. Some guests bear evenings formal clothes, but why no pressure is. Of course no shorts or similar for dinner.
The swimming pool is quite warm (too warm), this is matter of taste.
Many golfers. Excellent (separate, not belonging to the hotel) tennis court/school very good trainers on the/at the hotel area. 6 top aschenplätze. read more

There were 5 beautiful days in the hotel. The food i found even better as in april. This time we had a suite. As there no place? For the people, the time on a 'beach boulevard' want to walk, i can Port de Pollenca recommend, of course not in the vacation time. Since it would be my opinion also nice apartment for rent! Definitely, we will be back! read more

The hotel complex consists of two buildings. The main building, where the double room are and the auxiliary buildings where the suites are located.
Both houses are spotlessly clean and in very good condition.

The we can definitely recommend the hotel. They took our room wish into account. Everything is very well taken care off and clean. Wifi is in all the rooms available free of charge. The staff is willing to help and friendly. The breakfast excellent.

Only a review for the restaurant, a coffee machine was simply too little! Quality of coffee from the served pot is bad, because no taste. Meal times, fr: 8:00 until 10:30 o'clock, dinner 18:00 until 20:30 (state 11/2012) otherwise everything was already said.
Indoor swimming pool is too small, about 4 times 4 meters, 2 massaging jets and at the corner a jacuzzi, deep only 1.15 meters.
Billiard room with a small table a joke and subject to a charge. Safe costs extra, week 14 Euro. Internet on the computer subject to a charge, only ... wi-fi with code from the reception is free. There is a positive feast place at the table in the restaurant and the magnificent tranquility in the November, in addition to the relaxed great nature from Mallorca. Room was not noisy, extra door to the mini hall available.
In short: a relaxing week in this hotel. read more

Even in november, shortly before end of the season, a relaxing week. Three days after our departure the hotel the hibernation resigned, but neither friendliness of the staff, nor the cleanliness or even the quality of the food was neglected. Of course if you still parties and party, is at this time of the year at the wrong place, almost all restaurants have closed. Besides in Palma is dead.
