Quiet inside tip in dreamlike environment

In the first half of October we could still hot days (30 degrees during the day, 20 degrees at night) experience. We had a very spacious Two -bedroom-apartment in the old part the hotel. Different than expected very comfortable furnished and there as a private building built-perfect soundproofed. Own fridge and kitchen available, otherwise impressive many utensils for the beach ( sun screen!) and pool. Breakfast very versatile, but the desserts were bit sticky and the coffee not enjoyable.
By car one is in about 5 minutes to the neighboring town of burgau and Luz, where beautiful sandy beaches and ... good restaurants wait. read more

Very nice hotel consisting of several houses. Not very simple to find. Had sea view booked, but in the end furthest villa, top floor with a corner sea view. Therefore worth it these Extrabuchung not really. But otherwise was all great.
Breakfast in small garden leaves nothing to the imagination. Very personal management with a lot of heart.
Approximately 3 pools load for swimming a. The beach is about 1 kilometer away.
At all the hotel is rather to relax and rest thought. For access to city and beach you need the car.
Very close is Lagos. Whose old town ... is a visit (or even several) value! read more

I can only recommend the hotel. I would book it again. Even when the hotel only a breakfast buffet for offer has, so you can in the surroundings very good eat out. To a lot of beaches it is not very far. A car is recommendable. read more

Very nice, quiet facilities for independent travelers! No address for package tourists with' all inclusive' -expectations! Breakfast sufficient and lovingly arranged, pool great for a beautiful hiking day or for a 'morning dip'. The rooms are partly very small, better a studio with kitchenette book, since one themselves must (except breakfast)! Of the hotel you can go directly to wonderful küstenwanderungen with got break! Burgau and luz could be reached in a beautiful küstenspaziergang (30 to 40 minutes) a rental car makes nevertheless sense, around the country and the area to get to know you! Particularly noteworthy was the friendliness ... and the helpfulness of the staff! read more

The hotel is wonderful - because it however somewhat outside of the town is, is a car definitely recommendable to beaches, restaurants and shops in the area visit to may.
We were already the second time in this hotel and there were not for the last time.

Quinta do mar is a quiet, extensive bungalow complex with double rooms, studios and apartments between burgau and luz. Three small swimming pools are located on the property. Several small with frogs populated pond there are also.
It is merely - however a very good - breakfast buffet offered. The older part the hotel is the cliffs back, the newer closes the inland to. The cleanliness the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. Wednesdays, sundays and on the day after the journey there is no cleaning of the rooms instead, for our terms however absolutely sufficient. During our stay were ... almost exclusively German guests on the complex. Almost every age was represented, however few children. There is entertainment fortunately no. In the reception building is located a small bar. A room with washing machine and tumble dryer ( ever 5,00 Euro per aile) and ironing iron is on the grounds available. read more

It is an extensive hotel in a sort of' bungalow-style '.
Nestled in a dream plants, flowers and swimming pools.
The hotel consists of a older part and a newer, the 2004 newly built. We were in the newer part accommodated. The room was beautiful. Typical portuguese style, a great bath and above all clean. The bed was unfortunately somewhat worn out and made noise with every movement. Save and tv were in the room available. However no phone, which apparently a reason it is, that the hotel 'only' three stars has. The pools are very nice and clean. There ... was no fight for the chairs and sunscreens, there lots of guests during the day at the great beaches in luz or Lagos were. read more

We must first make it clear, that we have never before in Portugal were and therefore relatively impartial on vacation after luz drove. We are as a couple traveled and have the property actually only as place to sleep seen. But that we then in a wihnkomplex only 200 meters away from a wonderful cliff used to have us then positively surprised. Also the reception was great. The lady from the reception us directly to the room brought. 2. very positive surprise! EA went through the top maintained outdoor areas the settlement really very nice. The room was small, but ... comfortable, romantic and in good taste furnished. The small drawback were the lumpy bed, which really beautiful narrow. Unfortunately we could to not particularly good sleep. We recommend also all, the this hotel choose a rental car and the wonderful Algarve to explore. In 30 to 45 minutes you will to luz or burgau run, then one has however the most beautiful beaches in Lagos or belize missed.
In short: definitely again! read more

Wow! Wow! Wow!
From praia da luz,
We send you a greeting,
It was so beautiful to 2.,
Therefore we are coming again anytime.
Whether rugged coast or nice sea,
Also the beach to leave was very difficult.
Pizza corso in burgau was our first choice,
Because the pizza was simply great.
To that a bottle of water for 50 cents,
And every day there was a happy ending.
With mountain biking we were fast,
A car we needed no way.
The cave trip was wonderful,
Then came the delphinenschar.
Quinta do mar da luz is firmly in women hand ...,
Therefore everything was in good condition.
The breakfast buffet is simply top notch,
Love everything that is no question.
There is so lots to see and to discover,
Stop you in your chair at home to hide.
The small bays are wonderful,
But also a trip to Faro is really great.
Algarve my heart beats for you,
I am coming again i promise.

We inhabited apartment 610 ( approximately 30 meters²). As the apartment about us guests got it was partly quite loud. In general is the condition the building but good. The bathroom with a shower was definitely too small and partly worn. The breakfast was OK except for the lack of fresh fruit and the coffee. The pools are too small and in the immediate area to the apartments, so that the 13-year-old kids only with a bad conscience play around leaves. The other sports facilities concrete -tennis court, concrete -soccer/ Basketball court, playground seemed somewhat neglected, you will probably not ... often used. The whole idyllic complex lies in camas since vaca at the end of the world. Without a car goes to there nothing. Next wide sandy beaches are burgau 6 kilometer and praja da luz 12 kilometer we had strong offshore wind and very cold water (16 °C) swim only for hard guys. Should be allegedly a Ausnahmewetterlage have been. We will stay there not again book. read more

A very nice comfortable complex to relax from daily stress. For all the peace and quiet and on vacation no Fremdanimation need. It is even possible even to broil. Recommendable is a rental car, then you can all great beaches and worth seeing in the area look at. Great holiday, we are definitely coming again. read more

A wonderful place for relaxing day of vacation with small child. The charm of the, maybe outdated, complex and the unsurpassed child friendliness are everything else in the shade. The complex is mostly by couples visited, the small but with all the available toys and treats. The small spielturm is a bit of renovation and in the pool it was our daughter too cold. On foot at the steep coast along in the next town, there is a gently sloping beach, restaurants, bars. ( the way is however partly not Buggytauglich ). Rental car is required. read more

The Quinta do Mar da Luz is a small romantic Paradise. We have ourselves supplied. The cooking facilities is very good equipped. You could also in the garden crickets.
The garden is totally sweet, the apartments with much attention to detail ( each apartment has its own charm) equipped. The 3 pools are more to plant than for swimming. But they are so sweet.
We have the week very enjoyed. It is recommended however Insect repellent with you! A rental car is recommendable nonetheless, because the purchase- and possibilities for going out without a car not reachable are.
I can ... the complex really recommend. To be highlighted is the extreme cleanliness the apartments. The beads the the complex keep clean, really time and make everything fastidiously clean-) I was thrilled and I have to say my measurement regarding that. Are very high. read more

The garden area of the hotel is the attractive and well maintained, the hotel staff very friendly, competent and accommodating, the rooms are in Portuguese style (darken furniture) decorated, which definitely not everyone taste should be (but however clean ). read more

We were self catering, we had a very nice T1 -apartment, with 3 sun terraces and a great view on the country, the beautiful garden and to the sea. The rooms had their own atmosphere and we have the front desk only during the check in/-Out seen, a complaint in the bathroom was within an hour passed fixed.

We can all previous speakers join. The hotel ( it is rather a holidays complex) was not fully booked, so we under three apartments could choose. We took in the new part, which was a bit more from the coast away, but very nice decorated and very comfortable was. We had two large rooms, two! Bathroom, a beautiful Kitchenette and a very comfortable and refined decor, what you in the South otherwise not expected. The staff were very nice. Cleaning daily (except Sunday) you are on a car reliant, if you want to be mobile. We were with the rental ... car lisbon old. This cost in the Kompaktklasse risk 200 euros for 14 days. So really no assets. The' luxury' you should afford, particularly no meal times except breakfast offered and the area very much nature and sights offers. read more

Our room at the Finca was nice and clean. After a strenuous Prior to we were very pleased with the friendly and accommodating staff, without exception top, which also in the further course of the vacation anytime again confirmed! The attractive hotel complex with its different houses, some swimming pools and the beautiful garden-complex we really liked and we felt very much at ease there. read more

Clean small apartment; wonderful view; friendly staff, which we only for check in/ out claim had, since it nothing to fault gave.
If one of longer walks you left, you can also on foot self catering. Easy however with a rental car, which recommends when you to the wonderful Coastline in Carrapateirra and around Aljezur want to drive. read more
