Around 50 hotel guests were food poisoned after 1 day in the hotel. In stead of taking appropriate action, this was disputed by the management of the hotel.

For new year's we were 2012/13 with two adults and 2 children (16 and 12) in the club med. First, the house itself. It is in fact a three stars hotel, which one already noticed, but also know. Therefore also no activities other than skiing. Both of our rooms were large, because we still at short notice an up-grade had received. The noise nuisance (we had the rooms directly over the bar ) wasn't a problem. The bathroom is however tiny. The food in the restaurant, in the always quite loud with so lots of people is, was nothing to ... complain. One found here afternoons and evenings always something tasty, if you look a bit more and not indiscriminately on the plates put. For children is the buffet form anyway the better option. Amazingly we found, that it in spite of the large number of guests for the food not really increase queues gave. The drinks offer in the all-inclusive we found good, several cocktails etc., only the red wine we found not edible, elsewhere i had to time the name 'la migraine' read and the true. The ski cellar is too small, for the ski shoes also no possibility the drying. If all the concurrent los want, it will be really tight. The so-called 'go' (animators) verdienden the name (exception like here the service the small children, that we cannot judge), but apart from that everything rather amateurish if not so-called amateur, especially the evening shows, the not at all. But were other guests not so strict with the rating. Great we found the internationality of the guests and also the offered skiing courses. Our ski teacher was good and our group consisted of 9 people (a dutch couple, 2 south african brothers, 2 german (we) and three young guests). We thought that was very nice and we have not only learned a great deal, but had also a lot of fun. Overall a mixed review, but if you only at the skiing festmacht and the chance, other people who have to learn, were fulfilled our expectations. read more

Activities other than skiing zero. Has what of senior residence. Demonstrations were well intentioned, produce but rather unprofessional. Entertainers are very willing to make an effort, but it has no right pleasure. Food very varied, but something from cafeteria food. The noise level in the dining room resembles a station restaurant. The ski cellar is an impertinence. No possibility boots to dry. Completely normal shoe shelves. The lessons are zeitmäßig very unhappy. In the morning 2 hours, then down to the hotel and in the afternoon again 2 hours. Only on one day the possibility, be all inclusive -food on ... one of the huts drives. Value for money does not fit. Winter sports region is good, slopes well prepared, après ski none. Facilitation of the train not reasonable. No ski storage the skis train to leave. For children only 2-3 plastic slides. No possibility after the skiing lessons to keep you occupied. In short: I am a experience rich, but will probably not more go there. If you are not yourself titillates it is all around (except for skiing) a fairly boring vacation under somewhat bad Hotelbedingungen. read more

In the Annex, the so-called ' edelweiss 'it can relax after an exhausting day for ski get a good nights sleep. The small room you want to purchase, if one before a night on the first floor of the palace had spent. The room was really nice there, but there were running bed and toothpaste glasses in lumbering disco beats in the night until late. If you don't have to go skiing, that may very well bear. For families with small children, however, it is a disgrace. In fact, we have been deceived on our arrival also, since we had ... booked originally for the edelweiss and the other room 'upgrade' beaming as assigned. Our joy at the beautiful room only one afternoon. it is true that the noise problem is the management and the front desk ladies and gentlemen of course already known. You informed of its own opinion please. read more

We, our group of 30 people, were inspired by the Club Med wengen. The special atmosphere, the great ski school with their instructors (Miscellaneous Levals), the gastronomy and also the evening shows our skiing holiday in fantastic weather again an experience. We were back at the edelweiss rooms, which was enough for us, because we all want to ski and not in the room. 1 couple had booked the room, was above the bar, the theater on the third floor and was much to hear the music. Perhaps you can change, the music/party not to 1 o'clock in the night ... at the bar. Otherwise I cannot understand the reviews. The ski school with the ski is excellent. German was understood everywhere at the front desk. Well, the chief de village spoke no German and the translation was not available, this is perhaps the only complaint, as at our time a lot of Germans were there. Everyone travels, should consider, which Switzerland costs (and this is really all inclusive). For the price you get these benefits in any other country. It is a three star hotel and not a luxury hotel. Grumbler will be very happy but the somewhere else, there's a place for us. All, without exception, it very much and we are already looking forward to next year in a Club Med. read more

As last year, the 'best in the skiing' is. Great ski instructor (Guenter is not top). Top-Hotel (even better as last year shows & food). Our group went into five different classes and all, without exception, loved it. Last year 27, this year and 31 next year? -There are more and more! Price/performance ratio just top (to 200, -EURO more quickly book moderation). Great mood and great atmosphere during the Lauberhornrennens. read more
