With great pleasure I would also I the hotel rate. It is a very nice clean hotel. The well-located location of the hotel it was very calm but nevertheless you are not far away the beaten track. From the start have we relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are no luxury but nice clean and perfectly adequate, with a large bathroom with window! The complex lies directly at the beach and by very small street cut, on the street or better promenade many good taverns and good beautiful clubs. Because we quite late our vacation on Santorini there were the already ... pretty empty. But nevertheless were all friendly. Okay with couple exceptions;-) we can tavern korali recommend and helas and cyclades on the main street. The guests were very mixed and mostly older but also very relaxed. In general the holiday was in santo miramare very nice where you left alone and where you like to come again I would like. read more

We had in the autumn 2012 a two-week vacation on Santorini in santo miramare booked. We were really glad, that we in this hotel were accommodated. It stings absolutely clear, because the staff are really friendly, the beach is on your doorstep and the dinner is very tasty. We had usually also luck, because the fall was on the island very warm (27 to 32 °c). The beach is volcanic sand. As it is recommended, bathing shoe take away. Two streets further there is a small grocery store- however also the only. It is worthwhile for example a scooter or ... a car to borrow, to to Fira or oia to drive. There you can enjoy the sunset in Caldera enjoy. For us it was very nice! read more

Very nice and clean room. The complex is very clean and the swimming pools shop for swimming and splash around. We had a family room with two large bedrooms. We booked room with breakfast, since nearby very good taverns are. We have but also the dinner buffet in the hotel tested. The food in the hotel is very good and we were happy, that on the menu also greek specialties were. The nationalities of the guests were mixed ( English, swiss, German and greek). What the age everything was represented ( families, younger and older couples). As but rather end ... of the season is, the hotel is not more completely sold out and thus is everything not so crowded. read more

    The beach and also the pools are clean and tempt to linger. For the beach we would the next time bathing slippers carry forward, as it outweighed by sand also plenty of pebbles at the beach has. In the hotel no sport possibilities and also no animation ( luckily) offered ( end of the season). The loungers and screens at the beach were free of charge and for the hotel guests reserved.

    The hotel is directly at the beach, only through a little driven street separate. To the airport it is by car 25 minutes. Therefore, that the island is not very big, everything is in a relatively short time by car, bus reachable. We have at home over internet a car rented.

The hotel has 85 rooms distributed on a v-shaped complex with only two floors. The entire area looks very well kept. Also the rooms are really reasonable. On the grounds are located, nestled in a very nice pool area with palm trees and shrubs, the pool bar and several swimming pools. Through the gate of the yard is accessed by a narrow street to the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are included. The guests %blank% amongst others from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, uk but also Eastern Europe. From the child to the pensioner were all age groups represented. Small note: ... for people with mobility problems is this hotel because of the many stairs rather not recommendable. I had a double room for single use (number 217) and booked half board. A view from all rooms, the to the inner courtyard/pool chairs, towards the sea, however one sees this behind the trees just not. From the sea you can probably only on the top floor speak. I was on the first floor. read more

    The room with a balcony (with view towards the sea) was great and big enough and had a good working air conditioning (and safe and telephone and a tv and a fridge). The bathroom was for one person also big enough. The bed i was way too hard. But i know the almost all hotels in Greece, in which i was, not different. Who problems with the cross has, gets certainly problems. The fridge, as useful as it is, was so loud, that i him at night always had.

    The hotel has a restaurant and a pool bar, i did not use however. I found the restaurant very attractive, can imagine, that it in the high season already very nice could. For breakfast can be said, that it was so quite everything, which one for breakfast need, so coffee (was from the staff serves), tea (self-service), juices, cereal, bread, toast, sausage, salami, cheese, tomatoes, eggs in various configurations, jam, etc. Etc. I have breakfast gladly and much and didn't miss anything. However, i have similar hotels already omelet or crepes freshly get served; gave it here not. Nevertheless, i would the breakfast very good. The dinner was as a buffet offered. There were soup, cold starters, multiple main dishes (always at least one meat dish and a fish dish), cheese, olives, peppers etc. As hearty dessert and of course sweet dessert. The drinks were not inclusive and were served in the square. I have to eat always a glass of the open wine (3 Euro), wherein both the white wine, as well as the red wine also freezing are served. It is better well, you treat yourself to a bottle of wine. Basically, i the food very good tasty, whereas you certainly not for very high yardstick should. I would the quality with a good cafeteria compare. It disturbed me however, that it, with the exception of most main courses, really everyday the same there was. So every day convenient the same starters (may be, that in the soup a little variation was, but the i did not try ), the same desserts, whether sweet or hearty, in the main dishes every day french fries, rice, spaghetti and pizza. Only the meat and fish courts brought something alternation. I found that it was somewhat a pity.

    The staff i as very friendly experienced. With english one comes really good by, with german it could a bit cumbersome are. My room would be cleaned daily, the bed covered and the towels were changed (a beach/pool towel you get at the front desk). I had no complaints to register. Only on the first day i have at the front desk reported, that my in-room safe was closed and not open. It was immediately sent someone who, the problem in my presence has resolved. Since i know, that the room safe playing easy to crack are.

    The swimming pool i really liked, however, i am for swimming always into the sea gone. The loungers, the screens and the bath towels are inclusive. You can also drinks to the beach bring. For children is my opinion the beach for playing ok, but since one after maximally 5 metres in the water an adult no longer stands can, for swimming rather less suitable. Shopping, i would, at least for pedestrians (not hikers) rather poor call. The basic is however guaranteed. In the hotel, you can use wlan. The access you get at the check-in.

    The hotel is directly at the dark sandy beach with enough chairs and screens for the hotel guests. The shuttle from the airport took about an hour. You leave the hotel through the gate of to the beach, one goes left towards perissa past various taverns and strandbars and right, past a few tavernas and bars in the solitude. Left comes after a few 100 meters passed a small supermarket, but the end of the season quite emptied looked. The bus stop could be reached, if you the hotel by the lobby leaves.

Have rarely experienced, that a hotel really like on the catalogue pictures appears, but with the Santo Miramare is this true! Every room has balcony or terrace, in the U-shaped complex find 3 pools and 1 jacuzzi. Directly in front of the hotel extends the fine Pebble beach (almost sandy) of perissa. For the hotel guests there are reserved chairs and sunscreens and you can drinks and food from of the pool bar at the beach bring-) every day there is also new beach towels. Half board book is hardly from, if you evenings at the buffet want to ... eat, you can the price (15 Euro) to the room book-if you half board bay you pay also 15 Euro per meal. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. We have all excursions over hotel and are clearly cheaper exited as through our travel agency, although exact the same trips are offered. All together a smooth recommendation for this hotel, there can't go wrong:-) read more

We were in the summer 2012 a week in the hotel santo miramare and it was the absolute dream! Had only booked breakfast, the buffet was super delicious, everything was very fresh. At noon one can into 'pool-restaurant' and meals, is very good menus as spaghetti, various salads, sandwiches, fries and so on the advantage is, if you rent a scooter, so you the island discover can. The staff are correct and friendly. We would go there again! :-) read more

For us who travel a lot was this hotel for us one of the best Versus in the European comparison. In the comparison with Griecheischen hotels it is above average and does not deserve its 4 stars all the time. Service all around was excellent. Staff was perfect friendly and accommodating! Only the nature as you the breakfast buffet constructed led again and again traffic jams! As you could in the management maybe a few Worry about. Apart from that it was a great place for a relaxing and quiet vacation to enjoy! Tip on the edge: out of the ... hotel and the street to the right next, after approximately 500 meters there is the restaurant sea side! Excellent kitchen to a very high standard! read more

A really relaxing vacation on a wonderful Island! All negative reports in the media despite the people in the hotel and on the entire island extremely friendly and helpful. Santorini is definitely worth a trip and I can only recommend the hotel! Room clean and spacious - also the bathroom ( with bathtub!) the breakfast buffet left actually also nothing to be desired and it was varied. The extremely friendly waiters wore a good part to be comfortable in the hotel with! No matter wether about destinations, a hired car or unfortunately required Dentist-the crew the front desk was always ... available. The hotel's own beach features chairs and umbrellas ( included!) and otherwise there are 3 pools and a jacuzzi. What does it have a relaxing vacation?! The only negative point of the vacation was, so quickly to end of was. But we will be coming back defitinely again! read more

The hotel Santo Miramare is an very nice, well-maintained hotel. The architectural style is very attractive. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly. However you should a bit of English can. The hotel lies somewhat outside, about half an hour to perissa on foot. You can however by bus back. One comes however by bus bad from the hotel way. Perhaps it was because of the off season. The bus station is not right in front of the house, only twice a day one comes directly in front of the hotel way. The complex is for a relaxing ... vacation very, very suitable. In my opinion is this hotel in the immediate vicinity the nicest and the best beach area. Pool- and beach towels are from the hotel to get. Loungers are both by the pool as also at the beach sufficiently available. By the pool is a very nice pool bar. The staff are everywhere very, very friendly and accommodating. From the hotel you can also excursions book. In May is it still of a manageable size, the hotel was about half full. It has a great Erholungsquarakter. Great taverns and restaurants nearby. Who however a newspaper want to buy, have to walk a bit. But this is not a problem, on vacation one has time. We would come back at any time. read more

Since we only booked bed/breakfast, we can't comment on the quality of the hotel restaurant; the lunch at the pool bar offered meals were all tasty and reasonably priced In the direct to surrounding area, there are many very good tavernas and restaurants, which is why we enjoyed it to eat, each 'out'. Highly recommended is the 'volcano' in perissa (but you have to walk 20 minute investing good). We have felt ourselves very well in Hotel. The guests were International, consisting of German/Austrian, Italian, English and Greek. The decor of the rooms is 'appropriate ' but fine-you should make ... sure to ask for a room in the upper (from 3) floor. (Almost) all rooms have direct or lateral sea view. The decoration of the bath was however not up-to-date and not a four star hotel-but clean, functional and bottom line is OK (we didn't spend the whole day at the pool or on the beach). The staff is very attentive and friendly. Especially the cleanliness of the entire plant notice: The rooms were cleaned beside the usual beds and towel service daily; the area daily swept and the pool daily from smallest sheets etc. and cleaned. But the hotel could once again new beach chairs (at the pool) buy-the one or the other was a little worn-but there were also enough Ersatzliegen 'available' (the beach chairs were much better). We have felt ourselves very well in this, surely the best hotel in perissa. The area is very well maintained and clean. Our room was modernly furnished with television, air conditioning, refrigerator, free safe and a beautiful view of the sea. The room cleaning was reliable and conscientious. It was varied, plentiful and exceptionally good food. A lot of vegetables, fish, poultry and above all a great desserts. Chocolate Mousse to the inside. The service staff was very friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed the week, end May, season, very quiet, very much and would go back in a heartbeat. ... Directly in front of the door of nice tavernas with cheaper, traditional cuisine. The ' tomato balls 'try. It is only on Santorini. read more

Hotel and beach there was a much-driven street, whereas these from 14 hours actually pedestrian zone is listed as a consequence, this but without the noisy auffrisierten being denied, scooters and motorbikes. Further befnidet to a two street you will se the hotel complex. Nearby there were to the left and right of the hotel noisiest techno-bars that they were of no nightly Ruhegrenze commonplace !! Every morning from 6 o'clock one would be enhanced by the Vogeljagdsaison Gewehrsalven could be heard in Santorini, the for hours in the morning attracts. Furthermore we were stranded diverse Ohrenzeugen weddings at the hotel with undesirable loud live entertainment in the hotel bar ...

    The location is great in that respect that the airport is easy to reach, but unlike the neighboring town virtually no hear the aircraft noise. The hotel is located almost directly on the beach, just a small street is not really bother frequented, lies in between. Apart from that, there were a few sights of the island with a rental car or scooter quickly reached.

At the pool and, last but not least it also on the beach for all enough pool chairs, so we can't reserve the annoying with the beach towels complete and is also according posters not allowed by the pool. read more

    The room was a very good size for our standards so we could also very well inside. Whilst it also a TV, but the choice of channels is more for non- German speaking people. We have only with ZDF (but with a humming chatter) exp. But since we were actually made seaside holiday. in the evening with or without a rental car, was the drank wasn't so bad ...

    Over the years we have stayed hardly booked a hotel in which the cleanliness so big as written here. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and the laundry was changed every day too. The staff was always friendly and we came back from breakfast, was the room had been cleaned! The staff can hardly any German, but with English ( ... And in an emergency also with gestures) is very easy.

    The hotel, which was built 5 years ago, is separated from the beach by a boardwalk. Apart from a few motorcycles and quads (which hardly our Mitteluropäischen noise and other rules would match ... ) You will find it here the peace, which you want for a relaxation. In the proximity there are a few very good tavernas and bars, which you find pretty much everything you need. Greek specialities we certainly found enough, where the price/performance ratio absolutely true.
