Hotel Da Vinci Royal^{(3 stars)}

The studio apartments are for the price (55 € with half board a night) very well equipped: two huge beds (actually 2 double beds), table with 2 chairs, desk, kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes, but missing wine glasses, corkscrew-you should probably the bar of the hotel use-and paper towels), balcony furnished, flatscreen tv with a german transmitter (ZDF). Bath with a bath, hair dryer. Air conditioning, the march for warm rooms made.

According to the price performance ratio and the massenfütterung an extensive and balanced and often nationaltypical offer at moderate prices for beverages (mineral water 1,50 Euro, 1 fl. Wine 8 €). To cleanliness one was endeavored, but during the mass of not more so movable and concentrated guests (myself included) difficult to bargain. Evening was dishes prepared by a chef (neudeutsch: show-cooking).

Very friendly staff, communication at reception in english. In the restaurant because of the spanish rentnerflut atmosphere of a waiting room to the high season with slightly stressed waitresses. The car in the hotel's garage (6 Euro per day) windsurf board or (at least in the low season) the white parkfeldern in the back streets.

Typical apartment building in as typical spanish apartment seaside resort, but the whole place very well maintained and the beautiful beach promenade upgraded. On 6 floors the many studios to one side open courtyard with a pool and beach chairs, but march stayed unused. The kitchenette in the studios you can self-catering, can but also the restaurant in all variants use (f/half board/all-inclusive). In march was the building full of spanish pensioners, the wintered.

The hotel is located in town center, surrounded by other apart-hotel. Until to the beach it is only 150 metres away, the bus stop approximately 200 meters. To the nearest airport (reus) buses (about 13 kilometer ), to Marina 2 kilometers on foot. Bus to Tarragona half-hourly for circa 3 Euro. Moreover, salou train to Barcelona and valencia. Nearby there are shops, small supermarkets. Many are but only in the peak season open. In march can you peace (if you like).
