Convenient 'deluxe' -apartment-hotel near airport, bus and metro. High-rise at a large crossing with a magnificent view until the burj Khalifa, the airport and Mamsar beach (forward -upper floors -silent, Soundproof windows), backward city view with mosque and school (quite loud- Muezeen and schoolyard-, also I. d. 12th floor ). From the outside neglected, mirrored green glass' blind ' and dusty. Probably only all couple years times cleaned. Rapid, professional and friendly check in/ check-out. Bellboys to' golden' car, 3 lifts. Large apartment ( about 80 meters ²) to uncomplicated room changing back to front: living room with dining corner ..., Satellite/ internet-tv ( no German speaking channels, not DW) free. Wi-Fi, bedroom with good mattresses, protectors and daily fresh, white, but partly tattered Bettwäscher, bathroom meter Tub (calcified, only warm to hot water, no cold!) separate toilet, balcony ( slices of blind of dust, floor sandy, will never cleaned, and large kitchen: with partly strong badly stained interior of the previous users. Washing machine with tumble dryer ( but be careful, the broken power from 700 Dirham at the hotel pay-instruction a. D. machine note ) stuck Sink and drains, age 4-plattenherd (dirty), very little cutlery and crockery, pots and pans dirty and scratched. Nothing to wash, everything yourself, no coffee machine, not on request, so bring along. Good microwave, Toaster and freezer combination available. We recommend for a longer stay an overall wash of the kitchen and the things therein. This is a so-called 'Durchgangshotel' seems to be for passing trade (1A 3 days), is the kitchen only accordingly well maintained. -on long term like us the hotel is not prepared and the staff reacted accordingly. No European guests, many boisterous locals and African extended families. Quiet sleep is not guaranteed. There is a daily tried to clean, but in 10 minutes the large apartment not too clean. There are daily fresh, white, but again worn-out hand and Bath towels, shower gel and shampoo, soap and creams, toilet-paper for Europeans, apart from that depends on typical of the country a handbrause beside each toilet. Textile -shower curtain okay. But only warm to hot water made possible no refreshing showers at outside temperatures around the 50-60 C degrees, if you for example from the beach comes ( free shuttle bus the day before order (with frequent use sometimes forgot!), then it means wait. -10 minutes -drive, because once around the block-. Also the showers on Mamsar beach only warm water. Here clean toilets and water machines (0.5 liter of 1 Dirham). Lovely, menschenleerer, clean white, gently sloping sandy beach, turquoise warm water ( the 30-35 C) with a magnificent view of the skyline. The beach cove of Mamsarbeach is far stretching; a highlight with palm trees on a well-developed promenade with benches under palm trees. Security forces pattroulieren regularly. Only on Fridays romp around here a few local families for short time in the glowing sun. The hotel is a decent construction, but not well maintained, a shame. Merely the lobby, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the corridors are meticulously cleaned. The entrance area is dirty. From the rail ripped down curtains, a defective safe in the closet, broken light bulbs, dirty carpets, dirty doors and windowpanes are not European standard, but certainly not ' deluxe -hotels' in Dubai. The consistently very friendly and hard-working staff ( and that is why we recommend the hotel further) can do well alone nothing change. Here is the management asked. This is why the property for long-term -tourist only partly suitable, unless you will find nothing and puts itself hand and made it your way as you need it. Then this is a decent address in Dubai. For Pingeliege better not. Many supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, Massageshops pharmacies and hospital with er, banks, Busstops on the doorstep. Metro within sight (10 minutes footpath) or bus (2 stations). The Bell boy in the hotel gives information and maps for everything. read more
