As a family with a 5-year old daughter came we do not, all details of the hotel to get to know, so we have sauna and swimming pool only visited, not tried. Stay in large room 262 (a separate bedroom, a living/bed room with double bed ) was very pleasant. The furnishing is not always new, but in good condition, only the width of the shower curtain and the length of the brausenschlauches for use as shower were to complain about (if you take a shower in the knees).
The staff is extremely courteous, nice and helpful, also special requests ... were fulfilled without problem. Especially the ladies at the reception are noticeable here, but also the service at the breakfast buffet and the cleaning of the rooms were exemplary.
The way to the ski and ski boot storage room in the basement was a bit far, but this well heated. The parking right behind the house over the bridge was a bit far, but our daughter enjoyed at the great 3 metres long eiszappen the adjacent hall.
Sleigh ride from the hotel to the cabin ' goldener hirsch at night was wonderful romantic, very recommendable!

Were now 3 times in the hotel after the renovations always better and contemporary, the kitchen as well as the last male excellent, regional, international and the hotel is vital. Very nice breakfast buffet and very wide choice. Only the coffee is not my taste but surely personal matter of taste.
For family with a dog in the winter still more recommendable, since the winter sports extremely varied miss. There are various ski lifts and cross-country ski runs are easily accessible even with its own shuttkes or transport.

had this hotel in the short term booked all inclusive and it was a great vacation vitalhotel!
The location of the hotel is for excursions in all directions great. Many lakes and mountains in the area.
The atmosphere was informal and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help.
Our room nr.255 simply huge and clean. Our kids had their own bedroom. The furniture was all right and not worn, as some other before evaluated had!
The food was really good and always diverse. For children there were every day kids -menu to order. Also special requests were ... lunch and dinner fulfilled, for example viennese sausages, chicken nuggets for children - of course, without a charge!
Sauna and relaxation area completely fresh renovated. Swimming pool a bit small, but perfectly adequate. Other hotels offer this not at all in the price range at! We have the in the evening often used.
table tennis, pool, table kicker and fitness room are available.
In short: we really enjoyed it and will come again! The vitalhotel absolutely recommend.
Naggers there is always, the can go to 'white knight' go!

We are glad, that the negative review not davonabgehalten have, to book this hotel. We were very warmly welcomed and briefed. The hotel is large, what you didn't notice. The rooms are clean and ours was large with a couch and table. Also the balcony was very desired. The view from the room very nice. The hotel is located outside, but not far from, around 150 to 200 meters in place some shops are. The tourist office is also there. The area is very nice and there are a lot of things to do. The hotel is it very quiet. ... in the dining room everyone has his table from beginning to end, of breakfast until dinner- very convenient. The food was very good in terms of taste and varied. Buffet style. For breakfast there was, sausage, cheese, quark, different fruit and vegetables, eggs, muesli, various jams and honey, different rolls, bread, toast, brioche and so on coffee, tea cocoa one could get from an automat service. We were glad in the evening on the next day what there probably again delicious there was. The staff no matter in which area is very accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful. We wanted to definitely times marillenknödel in Austria food, as we didn't have tavern thought that we could offer, our friendly lady the front desk started and calls, whether or not it nevertheless somewhere is possible, unfortunately without success. It invited us the hotel a these dumplings at the vitalhotel gosau to try, the chef made only for us 4 the daily offerings for afternoon coffee were also lunch to try-and they were excellent. Four star - far from it. Especially the pool and sauna area is a strong dated to the other quite dirty. Dirt as plaster and so on for several days the pool away.

Hotel has great exit-location for excursions and hikes, value for money fits. Dogs are also no problem.

The rooms are clean and well equipped ( only the hair dryer missing ) flat screen was available, the mattresses were very good, balcony with a beautiful view, room daily from friendly staff cleaned. The cleanliness in the entire hotel was excellent. We had booked all inclusive with buffet and the was perfect. One could so often and as much as you wanted. We had the first time a hotel booked all inclusive and were actually with not too high expectations arrived; but were a better informeth. The food in the hotel was unique. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and the daily evening buffet was just great. Not as often already usually a ' schickie mickie -kitchen', but finally once a really good austrian kitchen with different motto evenings. Also for our 8-year-old grandchild was always something for everyone, if not there was daily extra a small kids buffet. We had a room of approximately 30 meters² with everything you ... on vacation needs. ( safe, balcony, flat screen and so on) this was still not renovated but old does not mean bad. More than generous outdoor behind the house with massive terrace and with a large children's playground, sunbathing area with direct sauna access ( sauna and relaxation area everything new presented ), as well as in front of the hotel with different possibilities a coffee, a beer, Cola or shop wine. The swimming pool could perhaps a bit bigger it was but sufficient. The staff were without exception, even if it hectic was, always friendly and attentive. For small and large children are Kicker, table tennis, pool and Tennis really more than sufficient. Approximately 100 meters next to the hotel, only a stream separated is additionally a huge facilities the common gosau, with playground, football field, skaterbahn and so on you could also beautiful hikes or cycling directly from the hotel start. ( one even gets packed lunches with)

Yes getting a bit old the hotel but despite all very good children freely without coupon to 11.99 years of my knowledge our kids was 3 and 7 and included. The pool a bit small but also very pleasant. Beautiful sauna present but unfortunately no soft drinks nearby for example delicious tea for self aufgiesen like it wellness hotel knows. All the usual drinks were until 22:00 included even with those three-quarters guest house. At noon a lunch or a package to carry forward also possible. In the afternoon coffee cakes evenings buffet and theme evenings but no ... choice menu but nevertheless at the buffet very lots of different food to choose from and very tasty. read more
