Nice hotel with puzzle It was a successful vacation in this hotel. But after a few days, absurdities on. The building in the middle of the catalog pictures looked is the former reception and is now empty. As is the 'waterfall' paralyzed, the 1st floor in the pool rippled. Who exactly look cognizes down the bar stool in the water. The pool is a poem. Definitely 60 meters long winds by the complex, great for morning swim. Our room was in 2. floor, was nice and spacious, but it lured the bungalows in the tropical garden. To my question to ... a 'upgrade' was said, we would have for a bungalow per day 200€ pay more. What will this' mondpreis'? Obviously they left the bungalows rather empty. All was the hotel hard to 30% occupied. Where were the guests? It was high season! The audience was international: scandinavians, russians (well behaved), german, japanese, french. In a remote corners we found a 3. pool, its surroundings neglected it looked. Vacant building, broken equipment-everything was a bit strange. The remaining restaurant was very well maintained, breakfast plentiful. Evening the tables outside in the sand very stylishly decorated. There was evening entertainment, the was hardly used. read more

The hotel is a bit outdated, which continued to disturb us not. It is a quite large area, the not at all was fully booked. So there was never difficulties still two loungers at the beach or pool, no matter what time you want. We only booked with breakfast, internet gave it in the 'lounge' free of charge. The guests were very mixed and all in all it was a pleasant atmosphere. read more

    Our room was big enough. The only, what i have to complain about, is the closet, which was big, but actually no shelve space offers. Kettle is, tea was always refilled. Exactly like the free water. Mini bar and safe are in the room. The bathroom was huge and clean. And the air conditioning, the was also a thing. It was really noisy and even on the lowest level, the still blown. We have during the night start must, as it too stuffy in the room would. But since everyone has to look.

    We only booked with breakfast and in the evening we were always eat out. However the breakfast was more than enough. There were several kinds of sausage, two types of cheese, jam, honey, Nutella, cereal, salad, warm dishes, fruit, 'bread', sweet particles and of course eggs in all variations. We hardly anyone in the hotel food, but it was probably season limited. There was a bar by the pool, but also there was almost nothing to do. However, from mid-afternoon always dancemusik run, which unfortunately not for all ears pleasant...

    We were with the service for the most part satisfied. For breakfast would have the staff sometimes a bit attentive can be, but the cleaning of the rooms was always spotless. Once we had problems with the airconditioning, but it was immediately repaired. The only thing which we noticed, was a day after rainy days and storms, was the beach full algae and garbage. But nobody from the staff has responsibility felt, the beach to remove again. Although several thais at the bar rumhiengen and obviously nothing had to do. Then we went to another beach for swimming went.

    There is entertainment no. A fitness room, we saw it, but i don't know, whether the devices still working were. The complex has three pools. A huge, with a part the hotel attracts, a close to the beach and a small somewhat hidden, we only discovered it by accident have. The pools were always clean. Beach chairs were while we were there sufficient, what it however not gave, were umbrellas. But you can the loungers partly really good in the shade drag.

    The location of the hotel was good. Directly at the beach and within walking distance were more than enough restaurants and shopping. For everything else, we have a taxi or group taxi taken. From the airport it's about a 20-minute drive.

All in all a very well run hotel, staff service, cleaning of the room (top) I was all in all really happy, join this recent top reviews in! Desk on neotravel book, really nice contact, and very good prices! The only drawback from me, was that i on the day of departure at 20:30 o'clock from the hotel picked up, checkout already at 12 o'clock was, so you were forced for this period 1000 Bath easy to make! Other int. Hotels is this already long standard, in the room to remain, showers, etc.! Only when the hotel only ... half full! read more

After we because of our numerous travels a picture of it, what works and what does not work, i am about this hotel very dissapointed. We stayed at the Royal Wings a deluxe room booked, what its size and facilities was okay. If you however the standard of a 4 star hotel rated, you have, in the bathroom between the tiles also the joints, the shower head on the bathtub is available, that the front door is closed. We were on the 3. floor accommodated. We had also the air ventilation- and air conditioning directly on the room on the ... roof, and thus permanently vibration and sound in the zimmerzwischendecke. In the bathroom were huge there was mold on the ceiling, the indicate, that it here many times by rain. After we this complained at the front desk had, it was with a axelzucken dismissed. Only when we the travel guide on the unreasonable condition informed, came on the 3. day movement in our complaint. Point out was the showzimmer (for photos and shots) offered. As the hotel wing however in the immediate vicinity of busy main street was, we asked for an upgrade to a beach bungalow. From this moment we were very accommodating treated. For 1000 Bath per day we have the rest of the vacation in a bungalow spend. Here, i can nothing negative to say, to this, that this obviously are somewhat older. In the following days, we have several people learned, which it like us is. Generally were all german or swiss. You could the impression win, that you could always only the worst room awards and then hopes, that then someone for expensive upgraded. The had a ' schmeckle'. What we also very strong negative noticed, was the breakfast buffet. If you stay here at 09:00 is must be already hard to take in. The sausage is without cooling at 30 degrees and sweated before itself, because the ice under the plates already has melted. Because of the high share of russian vacations is the buffet in a few minutes after their appearance geplündet and the staff is hard to here to unfortuntely. On my request after a fresh scrambled egg i was with a research note said, i should with the leftovers at the buffet satisfied. Only after vociferous intervention hard-working the cook on the stove. As mentioned, that are our impressions. We were very disappointed, because we three stars hotel much better hands were. Due to the short time our reservation i missed it, this hotel on holiday check to check. With a recommendation by 77%, i would this hotel, even if it was so cheap, not booked. The hotel is split in several complex, one in two larger building and to the other in garden villa and beach villas. If you're lucky, as we, and a garden villa booked, you will have a look right on the sea. The hotel complex was always cleaned and even after a small wind during the night, were on the next day no leaves more to see. It will be breakfast and half board offered, but you in Thailand does not need. It were too many German in the hotel. It was not crowded, but you had more space at the ... beach. read more

Omelet, scrambled egg, pancakes, french toast, various noudle dishes, a variety of juices and milk, daily fresh typical fruit, a rich selection of bread and toast, croissants and a rich selection at cereals. Also evenings before it to Chaweng is, you can eat there, then three hours time in Chaweng to spend. The prices for dinner also went. Circa 15 Euro with drinks for two people.

    The main pool was brand new and well maintained. However we were anyway always in the sea baden. There was a small pool, the however already older. The hotel consists of the ' royl wings' the are 2 large blocks right at the entrance and several bungalow' s on the complex. We had a front beach -bungalow booked with breakfast included. Just amazing! Directly at the beach and the without drinkers, randalierende russians and Poland! Total peace. For breakfast the selection was large (I in Dubai, Egypt, Rhodos and Cuba less experienced) and consisted of: very much fresh! Fruit, toast, 4 different fresh breads, Croissant' s, different danish cookies, pancakes, french toast, several kinds of sausage and cheese, omelet, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, asian and English warm ... breakfast. There were all sorts of guests there and pleasant. Except for a 6 -headed family and a 4 -headed from Sachsen, with their morning tischunterhaltungen, the whole dining room spoke. Our bungalow daily perfectly cleaned! So I have not even in Dubai experienced, and it was great. Towels and bed sheets were changed daily. The premises were rausreichend; large bedroom, large bathroom with a bath and shower. Everything very clean! And great! read more

    Our bungalow consisted of a large bedroom with mini bar, the daily fresh, free bottled water was filled up. 1 large bathroom (have been much smaller experienced ); bath tub with a shower; 1 chair and a desk; 1 kettle; daily teabag and schnellkaffee refilled. The safe could be used free of charge; As already mentioned, our bungalow daily excellent clean cleaned; bed sheets and the towels were changed every day.

    As already mentioned, there were for breakfast a wide selection. Unfortunately changed the sausage- and cheese not at all... But I am anyway no early -sausage and cheese-eater. The fresh fruit... Unique! To the comparison: we had in may 2012 in Dubai, where there is tons of fresh fruits there, in the holiday Inn too many canned fruit! Canned fruit! The breakfast room was in any case spotlessly clean. The breakfast stock as already mentioned, from: fresh fruit, toast, 4 different fresh breads, Croissant' s, different danish cookies, pancakes, french toast, several kinds of sausage and cheese, omelet, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, asian and English warm breakfast. The breakfast was any time perfect and delicious. The asian and English hot food changed daily, sausage and cheese unfortunately not.

    The staff are suuuperfreundlich! So friendly staff I neither in Dubai, Egypt, Kenya, Rhodos and Cuba experienced... And they were just 'a little nice'... But this was simply brilliant! As already mentioned, our bungalow was daily and cleaned! At the day of arrival we got after our bungalow had referred, after about 1 hour 1 fl. Champagne in with ice stocked wine cooler and a large platter ' appetizers' and fresh flowers (see photo) Spoken only thai and English. Once was our water tap defect in the bathroom, he shot as wild; you won't believe, as I at the front desk had said, it took 2 minutes (in words: two minutes) and my water tap repaired. For breakfast the staff were always and at all times very friendly and very attentive, hardly was the cup emptied, we got without you fresh coffee. Since I latte drinks (half coffee, half milk) after my arrival in the breakfast room, every morning and without a word, milk on my table... I'have never experienced something like that!

Since we a front beach -bungalow had, we could either on a couch at the beach in the sand or just 5 meters from the beach for our bungalow quite in peace couches and vacation enjoy... And the without limits. The beach is very wide and very clean. Also the water is clean. Own loungers with umbrella and cushions we had on the estate 5 meters from the beach. Next to the reception is a large internet room. There are 2 pool areas, the we didn't use it have, because the beach before the 'door' was.     The hotel- and bungalow complex ' samui Palm beach' bophut is located about 25 minutes from the airport in a bay. Noise from the planes none is, not any determine. The hotel complex is located directly on the dreamlike, broad beach. You can go shopping ( and mrs of course) if you the hotel comes, right, in diagonally across the family market and 7 minutes from 7-eleven market at the gas station ( lks. From the hotel) Thank god there are no animation! Opposite is a moped rentals' neo ' only here definitely all excursions ( safari and ship island tour are a must) book. Great price, honest and fair! Money can also very well be exchanged. According to peace at the beach... The one has (and mrs of course ) a bit of entertainment ( Halli Galli) to have wants, can relax in the 'fisherman's village' romp around; dancing, dj music, under circumstances Live music you can enjoy... And shop to the doctor comes. Fisherman's village is 25 minutes from the main road. Along; at the beach along, only 15 minutes away. At the friday there is from o'clock - 22 hours market; visiting is a must. Locals offer from sizes pots typical thai dishes. Pad thai... A pasta dish with seafood or chicken is for 40 o.50 Bath = 1 euros / 1.15 Euro to get. This great markets are: sunday in Lamai, on tuesdays and thursdays in mae nam and thursdays in Chaweng... Also you are a must! Trip not with the taxi! If you act! Rather drive with the' small train' these are car' s the rear covered banquettes. Room very big and sour, every day the bedding and the towels were changed, although it not necessary would have been. Very nice hotel, garden wonderful, pool also, all around the rooms are, sometimes it was in the evening rather noisy, because guests at 10:00 o'clock still in the pool hopped are. Breakfast was sufficient and varied, something for everyone. Only drawback was the reception, English not really all, since we had at the beginning of already rather problem respectively us the late pick-up in a trip unfortunately from the reception first after the excursion told, were often details. ... But overall a very beautiful area, quite large, but since we in the low season were there, we noticed many other guests nothing at all, beach super, location great, in 10 minutes on foot in fishermen's village respectively before at the beach very nice restaurants. read more

A beautiful hotel, great near to the beach located, with small defects. But beyond these you can really be overlooked! We booked about 3 weeks very much, felt super comfortable in the large room respectively on our small terrassenecke and were very impressed by the friendly hotel staff. The opening of the new beach bar we would have liked to have seen, but it has limited didn't work. Unfortunately! We are definitely coming again in a couple of years. read more

We were last July in this hotel and US this year immediately agreed, that we this year on KOH Samui also again Samui Palm Beach a visit to want. A very good decision, we even this time again good. All were very nice, a majority of the staff knew us from the last year. As thanks, that our return, gave us a dinner in the trade wing restaurant. A correct nice guests. Beautiful room with climate, mini bar, safe, large bathroom, wardrobe. Every room also has an umbrella and flashlight, the you may need. The service works reliable and thorough ..., good cleaning and regular refills of toilet paper and amenities, soaps and shampoos. Fear, that the service already at 8 o'clock on the door knocks, you need have none. The girls have a good sensitivity. Furthermore the fresh pool and beach towels were already on the eve brought to the room. For breakfast at the sea, which from 6-10:30 A. M. offered, starts in the day. With Croissants, fresh bread, and at least 10 hot dishes every day, also from day to day a little change. New is the free Wi-Fi in the restaurant for us and also the free shuttle bus the popular, a bit strong populated, but nevertheless still very nice beach Chaweng with a large purchase- and promenade. Much quiet it is in the hotel to, either with a relaxing Thai -massage in the massage Pavilion at the beach or 3 massive pools, which one of the biggest on KOH Samui is supposed to be. Forget the everyday life, is here not difficult, the lots of trees and tropical greenery around the pool create a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. The Departure from the hotel is difficult. The hotel is totally neglected. Beach looks nice, but you still drowning in the mud. Pool area reprobate, no chairs, or sun screens. No service by the pool besides in the restaurant. Water in the pool too much chlorine. In short this hotel is not recommendable! read more

A worn down hotel, with termites in the room and cockroaches in the wardrobe. 2 longer Electricity and 1 water shortage in one week! The breakfast was always lukewarm and without variety. Partly broken loungers by the pool many of the tiles broken were and a high risk of injury. No functioning sun screens. The swimming pool water was very chlorinated and burned therefore in the eyes. A dredged seabed and the fact that in closer environment everything water the very polluted rivers without clarification free into the sea ran and ugly white crests partly with oil film left. The ... bungalows were partially vacant and overgrown because of alleged (lukewarm) replacement. Around the hotel everything dirty and broken and therefore unusable! All together a total catastrophe. Go there we won't be back! read more

Since four or five years annually in Palm beach and go there. The hotel is not the newest, but one can recognize, that the hotel gradually modernized/is renewed, and one by the measures that didn't bother us. It's not perfect but pleasant quiet, the breakfast is great, the complex spacious and very pleasant we found, that we already mornings at 9:00 without extra charge able to check in. The/ the pools could be a bit better maintained his, this means the other tile is broken and the pool could be a little less chlorinated be. The staff in the ... gastronomical area was in this year's visit to a lot friendly and more relaxing than the last few years. read more

A hotel for a stress-free and very pleasant stay ( if not just 3 stupid Austrians at night racist and fascist songs play) in peaceful surroundings. In case it someone to quiet, the Chaweng is not far. At other Body reported inadequacies, such as dirty pool and so on was not found. Also became photos from the alleged pool published, the however Tank show, the not as pool serve, but as separation of the living areas. At least in the regions, in which the guest is present and looked. Apart from the small Cubby Hole at the beach, which years ago an evening bar was.     We travelled five of us and had two bungalows were located directly on the main pool and a room in the royal wing with direct pool access (on geschlängelten!) both variants very spacious (room was a bit larger and with extra couch) and at all times spotlessly clean. The doors are the bungalows tinted and you see, whether on the door or not. Unfortunately, at the royal wing not Sunday town center a clear pane by one of us' durchgerannt' is. Therefore probably, the free shuttle bus(see above), in spite of everything: housekeeping was always friendly and the rooms every day really clean. Evenings there was fresh beach towels for the next day and every day there were two bottles of complimentary drinking water.

    The selection for breakfast was always full reasonable. Totally untypical for Asia: there was always 4 types of sausage and 2 sorts of cheese. In addition everything you needed apart from that: fresh fruit, toast, croissants, bread, Danish cookies, pancakes, French toast and Asian hot breakfast. A egg station, at the you your wishes could. It was missing at nothing. we only once in the restaurant eaten. The food tasted, was however rather little and were higher than elsewhere. The restaurant was evenings also hardly guests used. It's a pity, because the service covered every evening very nice the tables A.

    the staff at reception was very nice and helpful. We had for example a small Accident and had to several times the Bangkok International hospital and every time was a free shuttle bus available provided. The driver every time maintained, until we were finished. ( at this point thanks again, many thanks for that) the staff in the restaurant made occasionally a Müden and bored impression, but when we us one morning our own coffee got and to the delight of some Asian guests which still coffee einschenkten, leave but all laugh and the ice was broken.

    Sport, animation etc. pp there is thank god not. There are three pools: A very small in the back part of the area with the old front desk. Then a direct at the beach, on the reason chipped tiles and the broken ablaufgitter with rocks hidden,. However that didn't bother us and injured has none! And then there is still another, the royal wing building winds. The Trees around throw unfortunately often leaves in the pool and hardly makes a way or they fall too quickly?

    the hotel lies direct at the beach. The village fisherman's village is good 20 minutes to reach. If you'have stayed already once turn left, takes you on a beautiful beach promenade. Directly to the hotel opposite there is a carand Mopedverleiher, a laundry service, a family Mart, money exchange. Everything other located on the road in the direction Fisherman's village. After maenam beach, one could walk. The bamboo bar of the emigrants reached after good 20 minutes on foot. Just went out of the hotel and to the right run...

We had a Superior room. The rooms are new, large and really nice and above all clean. The complex itself is very spacious. Except for the superior new building is the garden (near the beach) even older bungalows. We can't say anything but unfortunately, as we have seen from the inside. The guests were mixed, but mostly German. The staff are all very pleasant. The restaurant was good, maybe a bit more expensive than the other along the beach, the breakfast buffet was very extensive. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of sunbeds. Beautiful beach, even if the sand ... was not so soft, as in other beaches. read more

Hotel is older but generally well maintained. The rooms are large and well cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful, also special wishes like other bed sheets (individual sheets) were immediately fulfilled. The beach is clean, the water was a little murky. Breakfast is good and plentiful. To eat in the city, it was cheaper. Neighborhood is quiet and cozy restaurants. For action, to chaweng beach, complimentary shuttle in the evening from the hotel. Massage on the pool from 6 €per hour must you, great. We were very satisfied and didn't regret it. read more
