third time in Turkey and until now the best hotel. Everything very clean, people very friendly and great food. The aqua park is varied. For large and very small kids and was well guarded. Family room was somewhat unfavorable divided, but if the weather is nice it is only for sleeping:-) read more

It is time, that individual spaces complete makeover. Especially also at the aqua park need urgently the fasteners be replaced. We were the 5. time in güral Belek. Unfortunately was noticeable to us, that the food tasted a bit step back, especially with the Italian and chinese food. The shows are still entertaining, but the wow factor remained this time from. read more

For a families-beach vacation the hotel was okay. Unfortunately we didn't know that it was old and new building there is. And how should it be different than the we an old room got. Totally old grumpy stinky closets and everything shortly before the collapse-) was house nr.10.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a little to be desired. Nails and hair from the previous guests.
agesehen of the room we would again and again there, then stop a different room book.
The aqua park both small, as well as for large super great. We all had a ... huge fun. Also the daily food from 13 o'clock was varied and plenty of choice.
Evenings the food in the restaurants was also great.
On every corner got the children the whole day packaged ice, great thing.
The beach was also easy to reach. Loungers you were always. The sand was so fine that you walk without shoes could. Hardly a stones.
While we were there, there were lots of swiss people since, very pleasant so;-)
With our daughter I am more often on foot to Belek. Circa 10 minutes with our son we would have probably a little longer needed. Apart from that you can get cheap with the taxi or tractor to Belek purely.
What A rip-off in the hotel is: slot machines and vehicles for children.
Safe was free.
Positive: the short transfer from the airport. About 30 minutes
As mentioned: a different room and we'll be in a couple of years gladly again. read more

Great hotel for families with cool aqua park. Had freshly renovated family room deluxe with two flat-screen tvs, 2 minibaren, bath tub with pipes, etc. etc. The hotel is very well-kept, could however a bit more paint through flowers stand. Food was plentiful and good. Unfortunately was only, that the beach restaurant during the day not be used could, since only for the late riser breakfast and dinner open. Apart from that no restaurant directly on the beach. Tennis places are top, however unfortunately not in the all inclusive offer included. Also not included the evening pop corn, which 2 ... Euro costs, which we somehow not understand could. All together however very nice hotel, which we definitely recommendable could. read more

The hotel has beach, pool, quiet pool and a hotel's own aqua park. Since all this together is, distributed it also great with the people. One notices not like lots of people actually on the complex are. We also liked that it is not a giant shelter was, but several 2-3 storey units. The food was fantastic. We will definitely again times to this hotel go. Only thing we didn't like were the evening shows, especially were they for our taste too loud! read more

The staff were very nice and really hard.
The whole area was clean and it was regularly improved, if something has.
The food was very tasty, there were very lots of different variants offered and partly also before the eyes of the guests, freshly prepared.
The room was, for three persons, spacious enough and was cleaned every day.
The adjacent aquapark we hardly used, there the water nevertheless all right coldly is in october and so are we rather directly to the beach and have the pleasant warm water enjoyed.
We (42 years and 39 years + 7 years) are ... definitely not the last time there our vacation spent. read more

Very nice, comfortable, modern decorated, large and clean rooms, including bathroom. The minibar was filled up every day. We had a Deluxe room and a wonderful view of the sea where you are on the early morning to watch the sunrise. There are every two days fresh bed linen and towels are changed every day. The water paradise was for the childrens and in the same time for the big adults a nice place. The food and service great. Very very friendly staff, food was excellent and lots of choice and variety. read more

Our two sons 13 and 16-years-old we were in good hands. The aqua park is attractive and there is no excitement. For us were the leisure offers -Tennis, archery, foam party, beach volleyball... Absolutely sufficient
And there is also otherwise still great beach to have fun and chill out. read more

Great hotel for families. Had 2 double room with a view of the sea. Rooms are renovated and tastefully decorated. Wonderful, well-kept complex. Aqua park just top. Staff mostly motivated and friendly. Food varied, everyone found something for his taste. Very nice is the beach-restaurant ( sunset). Can fully recommend the hotel. read more

Large, largely well-kept complex. Most buildings are renovated, but five remaining building seen better days. Particularly negative here is the moderige smell and the mold in the bathrooms to evaluate. The rooms are dark and dirty. There a renovation it is envisaged, will be here no investment. These rooms should not be rented.
Only after multiple complaints was a upgrade against an extra charge possible. The management seemed disinterested and lackadaisical. read more

Very beautiful, family-friendly hotel, for cleanliness great value. The area is large and well arranged. We had still not a renovated room, but it was in terms of the facilities ok. A special mention for the cleaning lady. The only thing which was disturbing, were the photographer, the annoying really.
We had our room until lunch 4:00 P. M. as it was late when we were picked up. Although the room first evenings ( after 22:00 o'clock again needed it was, we had to for the extension 25€ extra pay what I found very rude and look at. read more

Absolutely spotless,cleaned all the time,gardens maintained daily,facilities and location and superb. Entertainment was held nightly and would not be out of place on a West End stage. Just arrived home,but already looking to go back next year. We had a super nice and relaxing holiday and the kids were sadly, as the departure day approached. We were certainly not the last time in this hotel. There was a fantastic assortment of food and beverage choices. The area was very clean and well maintained. The family room was better than expected very spacious, as well as the ... bathroom. Very recommendable! read more
