    The food was really good. Particular thanks to the head chef who made sure I had plenty of choice and variety all week, as have specific dietary needs (coeliac). I really appreciate his time and effort!

My partner and I stayed here for a week and loved every minute, The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, the staff were very friendly and accommodation, and the facilities were just right. there was a mix of genrma/austrian etc with a good few fellow brits. We were aware that Thomson have only just re-introduced this hotel to their tunisian accommodation, but to be honest it didnt bother us at all. read more

    The rooms were very generous in size, and i would suggest paying the extra for a sea or pool view, they are well worth it. We had a safe in our room, and tea and coffee facilites, i would suggest if you like your tea like me, take some tea bags with you, as there version of english breakfast tea is ok, but not great. They do not supply milk, but if you ask the bar or waiting staff they will give you a bottle of UHT milk which was ok.

    Would like to give the food a 5 and half really. Every night inthe main restaurant was themed, which was dressed to impress with touches to transport to their intended destination ie the 'mediterean'. There are 3 a l carte restaurants, but as my partner is a fussy eter we didnt try them out. There was plenty of choice, with variety, however my partner did comment that he missed his baked beans, and chips. Although secretly i did find that one of the pool side restaurants did serve chips at lunchtime. I was really amazed by the quality of the hygiene and presentation of the food, they even offer a kitchen a tour, which was a real touch, it showed they have nothing to hide. The head chef was alway present at sittings, and talked to the guests and answered any questions.

    The staff were just like a big family. We met all the heads of department in our welcome meeting with Thomson, this was in my opinion a real personal touch. Everywhere you walked the team were smiling and said hello in one language or another. Our housekeeper was amazing, our room looked brand new everyday. The reception/front desk staff were so helpful and always smiling, nothing was too much for them.

    There were two pools, one for relaxing and one for activites. There was a schuedle of various activites for people to participate in. One thing that sold this accommodation to us was the free water sports which we used most days, saved us money. Yes there was the reserving of sunbeds both at the pool and the beach, but there was always plenty of spare beds which the staff would put out for you. The indoor pool was like a bath, however my patner did notice that it could do with some TLC. The shop within the hotel wasnt brilliant, there is a leather shop to buy jackets etc (not quite sure why you want to buy a leather jacket when on a summer holiday), a jewelery shop and the tourist shop. There range was very limited, nd quite exspensive, but then i suppose you have to haggle even there. They didnt have any sun cream, or insect repellent which was needed by most as the mosquitoes were out in force after our 3rd day.

    The hotel was located on the beach, which was vry clean and well maintained. The security on the beach stoppoed you from being hassseled by pedlars, and the lifeguard was very present along our stretch. The nearest town was hamment sousse, about a 15 minute walk, it was full of tourists shops and a few bars. We believe that this part of tunisia is fairly new to tourism so it didnt have too many varieties of shops etc, but enough to buy souvenirs. Thomson did offer us a few excursions but our holiday plans were just to chill and relax, not necessarily go out adventuring. If you ventured outside of the town you were very much aware of the economic climate of the country, it made us realise how lucky we are in England.

A good hotel for families with children, but not suitable for calm rest. There were too much children of all ages making lots of noise, it wasn't easy to find a quiet place, children were everywhere. The hotel is in a beautiful garden embedded and in terms of size very well arranged. It is a rather smaller club. The types of people were at the time of our stay unfortunately mostly noisy tunisian extended shaped, unfortunately (a good portion of them) no to little table manners showed (see under 'dining'). read more

    With our room we were completely satisfied. We had a double room superior with a view of the sea and our expectations were met. The room was even bigger than we thought, was nicely decorated and always very clean. Also the mini bar after necessary filled up. Only the lighting (especially in the bathroom) could have been a bit brighter.

    We have always found something, what we liked, even if the food not as outstanding can be described - especially the selection of salads could have been bigger. Very positive emphasis are the dishes from the tunisian corner and the roast lamb, to easter gave. That almost every day also pork on the menu, would be expendable defendendo. The descriptions of the individual meals could be better. Now the large point of criticism: here the club only partially somewhat, but perhaps a little more attention to this-the essverhalten of many tunisian families: plates are heaped up, until the tables bend-about half of them (at least) land in the trash. Children (and unfortunately also some adults) dont seem to know, what a cutlery is and the tables look like a battlefield. That was already very annoying. Unfortunately we could the sofra't use, as it on the day, we had reserved, less than ten orders and therefore not opened (however, we were offered at short notice another à la carte restaurant to change.

    The service is only positive things to say about it and negative judgments from other guests for me incomprehensible. Here but obviously the principle 'as one called in the forest.'. Whether waiter in the restaurant or at the bars were always very friendly and a small entertainment. 'unser' waiters in the main restaurant knew already on the 2. day our drink orders and we were always promptly served. The cleaning of the rooms was for complete satisfaction - the bed was every day differently decorated and on one day was also a vase with a rose on the table. To say is, this service by tips bought have, but only just before departure specifically (thus not the anonymous tip-box) spread out. We had no complaints; however, when we on the day after our arrival the safe closed without a code entered to have, was the problem after a call in the lobby to a couple of minutes solved.

    Sport, recreation and pool in the stricter sense weren't used by us and so we can not mitbewerbt will be, but we in this area in the broader sense the most negative experience: as frequent guests in mlcs (also earlier in the africana) we very gladly in the late afternoon in the hammam and had to in the last few years say, that this offer more and more at the expense of paying wellnessangeboten back. This was at this stay but outpaced: the hammam is for 'beach' only in the morning available and also there you will like a more uninvited intruder deals: lockers for the clothes you should not to use (only for paying guests). The only locker room, which you could use, has no storage space, in the shower you can no towel hanging space and the hammam didn't deserve that name (way too cold, hardly steam).

    The hotel is located at southern edge of yasmine Hammamet, so rather in a 'artificial' world, if you with the actual Tunisia compares. Very on a more positive note, that the hotel right at the bus stop to Hammamet or nabeul is located. An organized tour in one of those towns you could save it, since the travel with the public bus already an experience for itself is.

Because of the rather cool weather was unfortunately no baden in the sea possible (about 16 degrees), nevertheless all water sports in use (banana boat, water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, hobbiecat ). Nice entertainment, not intrusive. Good tennis court, great biking etc. Unfortunately were in the easter vacations about 70 percent locals were there, the unfortunately nothing of table manners and the tables full food loaded and then hardly which ate and the dishes then thrown away were. Once wanted to give us a local from the tennis court pass, although he had reserved but it was then from the tennis' ... adelina' right sized. Besides that a really great vacation. read more

The compact, clear and very clean area is in Hammamet Yasmine directly at the hotel's own beach section. Smaller renovation and repairs during the winter season have already proven. For me as repeaters are the arabian guests (holidays in Tunisia) not a problem. Shoppen or simply only walking go outside the complex there is not a problem, in the more immediate vicinity there are enough possibilities to that. The hotel manager and his assistant are always ansprechbereit and present and always an ear for their guests. Here you feel as a guest home and not as a troublemaker. read more

    The rooms are cozily furnished and used by the colors seemed friendly and warm. The mini bar replenished regularly. Room to the pool as well as to the sea are recommendable. Bathroom with tub, it was ok, for those who prefer a shower cubicle, a matter of opinion. Separated bathroom and toilet is also very convenient. On the balconies you should the possibilities for drying the swimming gear check. Luckily you can chairs for use.

    The food is around lengths better. The exchange of the chefs has in my opinion already worth it. In the restaurants and bars everything worked smoothly and to the satisfaction. For the behavior of of the guests the way hotel nothing! The 3 theme restaurants (bahia, may thai and sofra ) is recommendable, here you can in quiet and relaxed atmosphere the dinner enjoy.

    Friendly, helpful staff, the mostly multiple languages mood has, facilitate a contact. The cleaning of the rooms worked well. Doctor i didn't need it, the but in a short time, nurse is however and competent for the smaller problem. In the whole complex there were trash cans, the also regularly be emptied.     For short vacation always convenient is the short transfer time from the airport ( 30 minutes). Despite being close to the airport enfidha there is hardly any aircraft noise disturbance. Check-in generally prepared and works smoothly. All types of transport stop directly in front of the hotel. Again and again worth seeing Marina in about 20 minutes walking distance. The hotel-own beach section cleaned daily, all the umbrellas there is an ashtray.

Very nice star hotel in tourist location in was rather good -Hammamet, with beautiful gardens and well-kept outdoor area. The hotel is located right next to beautiful, fine sandy beach, the nothing special wide, but for the Number of guests is adequate. At our travel time (mid-to at the end of march) were To 70% the tunisian families in the hotel (because in Tunisia spring break were), the remaining 30% were german/austrian and swiss. read more

    We had a superior room with a partial view of the sea and this was great and spacious. It was quite large and the housekeeping staff does it thoroughly cleaned and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we had on our balcony never sun and therefore we could him at this time of the year didn't use it (the wind was too cold).

    The service in the restaurant was very good, the waiters except polite and friendly, especially if they have previously tip had. Then they took pains. The chambermaid was very kind and nice and cleaned always properly, except for the last 2 days, since it had apparently not enough time, because in the corners was partly still the dust. Also here we had 2 times during our stay given.

    To the sport, you can say, that the mountain biking is very recommendable. The morning tour is for experienced cyclists not boring, in the afternoon it is rather a family getaway. Adelina from the Tennis is also very hard, but should be mentioned, that the club only 2 (!) Tennis courts and it is easy to imagine, that there are difficulties can, if the mix of guests from more germans/austrians and swiss is. The tunisians itself seem hardly engage in sport, which in our case was good. The bow is small, the material in extremely poor condition (always more than 2 arches broken) and ' has ' Lena as archery entertainer only 5 arches. At 5 of 7 days it smelled during the übungszeiten unpleasantly after fuel oil, so that it already evil could be. The outdoor swimming pool we didn't use, because the water still was so cold and the indoor pool was with tunisian extended overpopulated-swim unthinkable. The sea was also still very cold. The loungers at the beach were quite worn out, because we but only briefly there, was the not a problem for us.

    The hotel is in Hammamet-was rather good, a suburb of Hammamet. Within walking distance but some business and shopping center. The hotel is directly at the beach. The transfer of Tunis to Hammamet fraud about 1 hour.

Regretably the vacation not my expectations. In the hotel it rained in many places by. Although the room was great... But the rest was really to be desired.     The restaurants often had simply too, this was not prior to said or communicated. The bars were also often simply too. In the main restaurant there was very often the same. Unfortunately flew there lots of small sparrows around, of course, on chairs and so on made and about the food flew. I have on the final day the stomach. Three other travelers ging it as well.

    The people at the front desk were great! The waiters the food was very good! The entertainers hardly had still desire to make the offers. Seemed dull and you had to often find. There the weather was so poor, there was no wassersportaktionen, but unfortunately also no alternative program. The shows were very reduced. The bartender seemed rather sluggish, made the bars very early to, even though people were there. Sometimes you had to fallen a further drinks' beg '. The rooms were cleaned really well!

    Beach and surrounding area was good... In the shops in the more immediate vicinity you could einakufen, but the sellers were rather unfriendly and many ' products' were already expired. The local restaurants and snack/ snackbuden were rather dirty.

We were very satisfied with the entire hotel and staff. Entertainment was not so plentiful through the low season, but nevertheless very good (there was almost all evenings a live show). Staff (wether at the front desk, in the restaurants or the entertainment) were great pleasant and very helpful. All could speak german well. The rooms were clean and by the size just perfect. The beach and the sea were great. There is about this hotel nothing to complain about and we go for certain in the next years back. Can only be recommended. read more

My request was: Relaxation at the sea located right on a beach hotel, fischreiches all-inclusive buffet, and indoor swimming pool with wellness possibility! But unfortunately, i ended up in the Magic Life Africana hotel in Tunisia and i couldn't of all the guests, because fresh air in Magic Life Africana as good as never occurs and healthy buffeessen and fine spa completely differently, than the, what in november 2012 was offered! Pfui_tui_ ☺ Every day and especially unbearable after dinner (about 8:30 p. m. little wind for every guest noticeable), it smelled of burned oil. So much, that i ... no night through sleep could, sändiges headache, sore throat, difficulty in breathing accompanied me as long as i am in the club area Magic Life Africana anyway. As pollutant experienced townsman made me the same noisy! I made the manager c. on all these issues, but he said it will always everything regularly maintained and in its klubanlage there is neither spoiled food and nothing, that burned oil etc. Stink could, it would be from outside, that is he to me in writing, which of course not took place. Unfortunately i found the reasons for the toxic air only on the final day. Directly on the roof of the dining room of the Magic Life Africana hotels pollute the ölverdreckten dunstabzüge the ventilation systems the entire area. All people breathe this drecksluft a, and the air conditioners verussen unnecessary! A miracle, that the hotel africana not yet burned down is! The maintenance of the ventilation systems of the kitchen was negligent neglected what a scandal! See photos perhaps drips the ölschlaz from the ventilation on the stove?     Lived in one of the more expensive beachfront-room in the Magic Life Africana hotel (attention-high noise level from the beach) and yet there were some technical problems. Where the worst was, that the air conditioning not their purpose served. After the toxic air through the unkontollierte ölverbrennung in the küchenlüftungsanlagen, the whole klubanlage in the Magic Life Africana hotel /Tunisia contaminated, (from about 8:30 p. m. with little wind for every sound) is unfortunately also the aircon in the room with visible (see photos) rußemissionen contaminated. Also, it seems as if these gesunheitsschädlichen feinstaubprobleme, already since longer exist, because all upholstered furniture with 8 cushions are perfectly fine dust ' einpaniert'. I had all my towels to cover the upholstery use and after one-week stay even my clean clothes in a closed box this gigantic feinstaubattaken killing. This happens not even in the city! Pfui_tui_ ☺ No wonder that with this enormous levels In Magic Life Africana hotel in Tunisia my very relaxing zero was. Please with babies and small children the Magic Life Africana hotel in Tunisia definitely avoid! Due to the technical defects bad evaluation The room was with its furniture was sufficient! Also the cleaning was okay, and the sea/beach on the balcony-but everything always with noise level! No mini bar, no tea or coffee cook possibility, no stereo, poor tv reception.

Because of the large hygienemangels in the Magic Life Africana Tunisia (sparrows left still their ' shops' at the main buffet) and i further could watch, arrived some guests the buffet for ' only bananas and to get rolls, because of diarrhea sufferers... When the family vacation egyptian buffet standards used am, i was very upset and shocked, that in comparison to Egypt in the Magic Life Africana hotel the fresh, hygiene, compilation, style, uva. On 3 times daily buffet, in every aspect very unsatisfactory anymore. Pfui_tui_ ☺ without my food notfallsrationen and notfallsmedizin, the i from home have brought with me today, i would certainly have even more sick! Very relaxing zero! Please with babies and small children the Magic Life Africana hotel in Tunisia definitely avoid! The atmosphere in the dining room from Magic Life Africana in Tunisia is dreary hoch10 (see photo) and looks like a greasy, zero stars ausspeise, if you are out on the covered terrace food, you have to take into account, that there were smoking and there was only one table with a nice view there. In my travel time november 2012 were all other were eating possibilities in the Magic Life Africana Tunisia almost always closed, even though i actually should have!

Especially the prices of the so-called spa/beauty treatments (only with chlorine) are so high, that i to the hotel hasdrubal day spa (approximately 350 meters south, last hotel at the beach) evaded-cost as much, but will really only nice offered. Entertainment there was in november 2012 in the Magic Life Africana hotel little, possible causes, lack of guests, some did not take place, although i actually should have! The evening entertainment of the Magic Life Africana hotels in Tunisia i can not at all judge, except for once i have always at 20 o'clock completely exhausted from all the many lack of hygiene, as well as because of the toxic air, in bed. Pfui_tui_ ☺ Every day and especially unbearable after dinner (about 8:30 p. m. little wind for every guest noticeable), it smelled of burned oil. So much, that i no night through sleep could, sändiges headache, sore throat, difficulty in breathing accompanied me as long as i am in the club area Magic Life Africana anyway. As pollutant experienced townsman made me the same noisy! I made the manager c. on all these issues, but he said it will always everything regularly maintained and in its klubanlage there is neither spoiled food and nothing, that burned oil etc. Stink could, it would be from outside, that is he to me in writing, which of course not took place. Unfortunately i found the reasons for the toxic air only on the final day. Directly on the roof of the dining room of the Magic Life Africana hotels pollute the ölverdreckten dunstabzüge the ventilation systems the entire area. We were the 2. (and the last time) in afrikana. The first time 1998, safe here was the complex new, but the magic life it wasn't more that, which he TUI was, the settle magic life clear far below Robinson at. The complex is still in good shape and nice. Room was super, the cleaning lady was a sweetheart. Staff are very friendly ( the complex was also not at all fully booked). Food was one-sided. We were a day sick ( diarrhea and vomiting), a 'staff' told us, he ate for a long time no more in the hotel! The complex and the rooms are generous, but that was it also on the positive side. The food was everyday the same, the only evening entertainment was every evening from a wretched solo entertainer poor quality. The so-called sauna was in übelstem condition, would be soon collapsed in our room, the hamam intolerable, everything dirty and dingy. In the pool area (inside) it has totally stank, the pool was for some strange reason 40 °c warm, the pools so cold, that you not at all come in anymore. The sun loungers were totally worn out. For that there was cushions ..., which you yourself and before sun and sand only so abounded have. They were also very gladly of fliegenschwärmen manned. Flies, there were everywhere and bulky. The great wizard, the act was announced, was a versoffener bravado, the partly not at all occurred and only for his photos postures has. And the waiters each woman totally pulled and partly also said, at 23 o'clock they would shift end, you could then still meeting. I was almost one in the elevator behind. Entertainment was also not offered, not a bit, except at 17 o'clock a round darts. The disco makes it at 23 o'clock on, so after kotze smelly, that we immediately again out. In the 'kiosk' did you 10 years old defunct scrap sold, and there was only 'tunisia' chips (from squeezed potato starch, which in Germany not at all is allowed), otherwise there was nothing at all! No cookies, no gummibären. At least the i would have still wished, to my hunger to quiet, because in the cafeteria after some time and a few critters really nothing more food. We were 5 persons and had (I think ) the biggest room ( 3 bathroom, 2 tvs, bedroom). The hotel makes a very good impression and the way to beach is very low, because the hotel is directly at the beach. The cleanliness the beach is also to note, if you in the direction of the port is, you will find everywhere trash and dead birds, etc. Especially good is, that the water sports were included is with for instance water skiing and Banana-boat. The food could have been better is however because of the wide choice again in the ... positive area. In whole the hotel is family-friendly, never boring, and good location and the beach. read more

The food was no Magic Life level, the breakfast buffet poor standard and the lunch or dinner little creativity in the choice or no variation in the dessertbereich.     Transfer time about 40 minutes, beach is directly to the hotel. The sea is every 2 days besieged with garbage and dirt. The algenbelastung is enormous. I am on the first day next to garbage bags and plastic bottles in the sea floated. Disgusting!

Some things may be renovated, but overall really recommendable. Many complain about here of a high standard. We are not in Germany. Only, because one booked all inclusive has, it does not mean, that you no tip can give. Sacrificeth you a few Euro, one must also nothing more exciting and the people are even over a small reward. The hotel is great, clean, well arranged, directly at the beach. Staff no matter where, really friendly, cooperative and the food for Tunisia ( arabic country) really good. Animation perfect ( especially water aerobics with Hedi) and for the trash at ... the beach from the neighboring hotel or seaweeds, the hotel you can 't responsible. Dear readers, please do not so much attention to the comments of the naggers give, they are everywhere a bit to complain about. This has this hotel really not deserved. read more

I personally can really recommend the hotel, as there is no serious deficiencies existed, but only a few smaller. The food in the main restaurant was diverse and above all warm (!). The drinks station ( restaurant) was not so good, as you are on a waiter had to wait, in order to get something. At the bar you get the ordered however quite quickly, however taste the cocktails not really good ( spülwasserbeigeschmack ) Entertainment program for young people was abundant and also the adults do not come too briefly.
