Very nice star hotel in tourist location in was rather good -Hammamet, with beautiful gardens and well-kept outdoor area. The hotel is located right next to beautiful, fine sandy beach, the nothing special wide, but for the Number of guests is adequate. At our travel time (mid-to at the end of march) were To 70% the tunisian families in the hotel (because in Tunisia spring break were), the remaining 30% were german/austrian and swiss. read more

    We had a superior room with a partial view of the sea and this was great and spacious. It was quite large and the housekeeping staff does it thoroughly cleaned and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we had on our balcony never sun and therefore we could him at this time of the year didn't use it (the wind was too cold).

    The service in the restaurant was very good, the waiters except polite and friendly, especially if they have previously tip had. Then they took pains. The chambermaid was very kind and nice and cleaned always properly, except for the last 2 days, since it had apparently not enough time, because in the corners was partly still the dust. Also here we had 2 times during our stay given.

    To the sport, you can say, that the mountain biking is very recommendable. The morning tour is for experienced cyclists not boring, in the afternoon it is rather a family getaway. Adelina from the Tennis is also very hard, but should be mentioned, that the club only 2 (!) Tennis courts and it is easy to imagine, that there are difficulties can, if the mix of guests from more germans/austrians and swiss is. The tunisians itself seem hardly engage in sport, which in our case was good. The bow is small, the material in extremely poor condition (always more than 2 arches broken) and ' has ' Lena as archery entertainer only 5 arches. At 5 of 7 days it smelled during the übungszeiten unpleasantly after fuel oil, so that it already evil could be. The outdoor swimming pool we didn't use, because the water still was so cold and the indoor pool was with tunisian extended overpopulated-swim unthinkable. The sea was also still very cold.     The hotel is in Hammamet-was rather good, a suburb of Hammamet. Within walking distance but some business and shopping center. The hotel is directly at the beach. The transfer of Tunis to Hammamet fraud about 1 hour.

    The restaurants often had simply too, this was not prior to said or communicated. The bars were also often simply too. In the main restaurant there was very often the same. Unfortunately flew there lots of small sparrows around, of course, on chairs and so on made and about the food flew. I have on the final day the stomach. Three other travelers ging it as well.

    The people at the front desk were great! The waiters the food was very good! The entertainers hardly had still desire to make the offers. Seemed dull and you had to often find. There the weather was so poor, there was no wassersportaktionen, but unfortunately also no alternative program. The shows were very reduced.     See above The disco was really a catastrophe! The smell, the music, the sitting area, the toilets... Everything was terrible! And then it was only two hours to be desired... Even though people were there, was just cleared away everything and switched off the light!

    Beach and surrounding area was good... In the shops in the more immediate vicinity you could einakufen, but the sellers were rather unfriendly and many ' products' were already expired. The local restaurants and snack/ snackbuden were rather dirty.

We were very satisfied with the entire hotel and staff. Entertainment was not so plentiful through the low season, but nevertheless very good (there was almost all evenings a live show). Staff (wether at the front desk, in the restaurants or the entertainment) were great pleasant and very helpful. All could speak german well. The rooms were clean and by the size just perfect. The beach and the sea were great. There is about this hotel nothing to complain about and we go for certain in the next years back. Can only be recommended. read more

My request was: Relaxation at the sea located right on a beach hotel, fischreiches all-inclusive buffet, and indoor swimming pool with wellness possibility! But unfortunately, i ended up in the Magic Life Africana hotel in Tunisia and i couldn't of all the guests, because fresh air in Magic Life Africana as good as never occurs and healthy buffeessen and fine spa completely differently, than the, what in november 2012 was offered! Pfui_tui_ ☺ Every day and especially unbearable after dinner (about 8:30 p. m. little wind for every guest noticeable), it smelled of burned oil. So much, that i ... no night through sleep could, sändiges headache, sore throat, difficulty in breathing accompanied me as long as i am in the club area Magic Life Africana anyway. As pollutant experienced townsman made me the same noisy! I made the manager c. on all these issues, but he said it will always everything regularly maintained and in its klubanlage there is neither spoiled food and nothing, that burned oil etc. Stink could, it would be from outside, that is he to me in writing, which of course not took place. Unfortunately i found the reasons for the toxic air only on the final day. Directly on the roof of the dining room of the Magic Life Africana hotels pollute the ölverdreckten dunstabzüge the ventilation systems the entire area. All people breathe this drecksluft a, and the air conditioners verussen unnecessary! A miracle, that the hotel africana not yet burned down is! The maintenance of the ventilation systems of the kitchen was negligent neglected what a scandal! See photos perhaps drips the ölschlaz from the ventilation on the stove?     Lived in one of the more expensive beachfront-room in the Magic Life Africana hotel (attention-high noise level from the beach) and yet there were some technical problems. Where the worst was, that the air conditioning not their purpose served. After the toxic air through the unkontollierte ölverbrennung in the küchenlüftungsanlagen, the whole klubanlage in the Magic Life Africana hotel /Tunisia contaminated, (from about 8:30 p. m. with little wind for every sound) is unfortunately also the aircon in the room with visible (see photos) rußemissionen contaminated. Also, it seems as if these gesunheitsschädlichen feinstaubprobleme, already since longer exist, because all upholstered furniture with 8 cushions are perfectly fine dust ' einpaniert'. I had all my towels to cover the upholstery use and after one-week stay even my clean clothes in a closed box this gigantic feinstaubattaken killing. This happens not even in the city!     As already friday Monika and hr. Mathias on HolidayCheck reported, overtook me worse diarrhea with cramps and vomiting. My very relaxing continued to decline to zero. Because of the large hygienemangels in the Magic Life Africana Tunisia (sparrows left still their ' shops' at the main buffet) and i further could watch, arrived some guests the buffet for ' only bananas and to get rolls, because of diarrhea sufferers... When the family vacation egyptian buffet standards used am, i was very upset and shocked, that in comparison to Egypt in the Magic Life Africana hotel the fresh, hygiene, compilation, style, uva. On 3 times daily buffet, in every aspect very unsatisfactory anymore. Pfui_tui_ ☺ without my food notfallsrationen and notfallsmedizin, the i from home have brought with me today, i would certainly have even more sick! Very relaxing zero! Especially the prices of the so-called spa/beauty treatments (only with chlorine) are so high, that i to the hotel hasdrubal day spa (approximately 350 meters south, last hotel at the beach) evaded-cost as much, but will really only nice offered. Entertainment there was in november 2012 in the Magic Life Africana hotel little, possible causes, lack of guests, some did not take place, although i actually should have! The evening entertainment of the Magic Life Africana hotels in Tunisia i can not at all judge, except for once i have always at 20 o'clock completely exhausted from all the many lack of hygiene, as well as because of the toxic air, in bed. We were the 2. (and the last time) in afrikana. The first time 1998, safe here was the complex new, but the magic life it wasn't more that, which he TUI was, the settle magic life clear far below Robinson at. The complex is still in good shape and nice. Room was super, the cleaning lady was a sweetheart. Staff are very friendly ( the complex was also not at all fully booked). Outdoor swimming pool was not heated. In the indoor pool it was not to bear because of the stench, the water temperature was in the course of ... the week inset (see preliminary report). Food was one-sided. We were a day sick ( diarrhea and vomiting), a 'staff' told us, he ate for a long time no more in the hotel! Here one must say however, this is a ' tunisian ' problem in many hotels. The beach chairs may easily in the sea countersink. This is probably our last visit in afrikana there and for the moment also in the magic life. TUI thank heavens. read more

Some things may be renovated, but overall really recommendable. Many complain about here of a high standard. We are not in Germany. Only, because one booked all inclusive has, it does not mean, that you no tip can give. Sacrificeth you a few Euro, one must also nothing more exciting and the people are even over a small reward. The hotel is great, clean, well arranged, directly at the beach. Staff no matter where, really friendly, cooperative and the food for Tunisia ( arabic country) really good. Animation perfect ( especially water aerobics with Hedi) and for the trash at ... the beach from the neighboring hotel or seaweeds, the hotel you can 't responsible. Dear readers, please do not so much attention to the comments of the naggers give, they are everywhere a bit to complain about. This has this hotel really not deserved. read more

The hotel is very well-kept and as already many other tourists have described, much smaller designed as other millilitre clubs. However very beautiful room with a balcony, calmer situation (depending on where one has its room) and good cleaning staff. Guests were in our week were mostly germans and austrians, a few french and tunisians. The food was no Magic Life level, the breakfast buffet poor standard and the lunch or dinner little creativity in the choice or no variation in the dessertbereich.     Transfer time about 40 minutes, beach is directly to the hotel. The sea is every 2 days besieged with garbage and dirt. The algenbelastung is enormous. I am on the first day next to garbage bags and plastic bottles in the sea floated. Disgusting!

We were 5 persons and had (I think ) the biggest room ( 3 bathroom, 2 tvs, bedroom). The hotel makes a very good impression and the way to beach is very low, because the hotel is directly at the beach. The cleanliness the beach is also to note, if you in the direction of the port is, you will find everywhere trash and dead birds, etc. Especially good is, that the water sports were included is with for instance water skiing and Banana-boat. The food could have been better is however because of the wide choice again in the ... positive area. In whole the hotel is family-friendly, never boring, and good location and the beach. read more

The vacation was super, you can get a good rest, has but also great possibilities sportily to work. The food was versatile, delicious and nicely arranged. I personally can really recommend the hotel, as there is no serious deficiencies existed, but only a few smaller. The food in the main restaurant was diverse and above all warm (!). The drinks station ( restaurant) was not so good, as you are on a waiter had to wait, in order to get something. At the bar you get the ordered however quite quickly, however taste the cocktails not really good ( spülwasserbeigeschmack ) Entertainment program for young people was abundant and also the adults do not come too briefly. Not so much on the worst reviews eighth. Unfortunately forget some, that they are not in Germany and not every day Schnitzel with fries there is. With small tip for the waiters, you will have the friendliness, attention and speed of the staff be surprised. The is in our opinion also normal considering, that the waiters cost straight times 200 to 300 euros in the month and dependent on tips are. Unfortunately we had to say, that some German really misbehaving behaved and the staff condescending treatment. There one must not then be surprised. Strong praise for the whole animation ... team! They make really a super job! Especially would like the absolutely liebhafte child care in the Mungo Club and of course the water aerobics entertainer heydi mention. It is worth the trip! We were there with five persons and lived in a family room. This was very spacious, had two toilets and super clean... In this respect there was no complaints. Apart from that it is a beautiful, smaller facilities. Very large drawbacks you had to however near eating and drinking make... Were in millilitres clubs in Turkey and in Egypt, but such a bad quality of the food and drinks and never offered... Unfortunately, however this hotel we will certainly not visit again read more

Very nice, although somewhat older hotel. Very delicious buffet, less good à la carte restaurant. Dedicated entertainers, for example in the field of water sports, you can borrow -equipment however could be improved. read more

A wonderful vacation The beach is too small, the loungers are very narrow rows, no beach chair. We have by the pool furnished and are just to swim at the beach run. The food was good and varied ( very typical of the country) however in the dining room you felt like in a station concourse. We were both in october of the last year Magic Life Africana. We were very satisfied except for a few small things, like for instance the condition activity pools. This should definitely make a new floor gotten since slipped kids and adults the feet cut have. The food was average but one strove for varied meals. The beach was clean and there was always a security guard attend the a the annoying 'seller' from the body had. It was by far the most beautiful beach section in the area (a few kilometres at the beach along and which so at ... the beach was. Na ja) Especially good we liked the evening shows and the sport offer. Especially we would like to highlight here the water sports (windsurfing, kayak) which everything for free was offered. The hotel we can recommend without hesitation and had considered this year again to flies. Special thanks all entertainers and staff always attentive cared for the guests have. read more

The beach is very beautiful and right on the hotel. Unfortunately are everywhere in the sand straws from the beach bar. As a vegetarian with milchunverträglichkeit you only a limited selection of food. The chefs are although it is very nice and would be a tour of the buffet but this was 2 times per day also no desire. Signs of what front would help. They are unfortunately not all dishes available. As meat-/ fish you can however on its costs. Altogether I would say that I in this club has the worst choice of meals my total vacation had. ... Somehow there almost always the same. The tunisian à la carte restaurant the food was however delicious ( appetizers). Of which, I would like to also in the main restaurant had. The rooms are nice and large, cleaned however only superficially. At the start of the vacation hung a dead motte on the bedframe at the end it was still there. \u263a The staff are very friendly and for questions and wishes immediately. Alone the hotel is good and location respectively beach for a beach vacation very nice. As Magic Life however more expects and also for the name is charged from us no recommendation, there the expectations you have not met. Although it was a great vacation we were nevertheless somehow disappointed. We would not again go to this hotel. read more

As already in the previous reviews to read, the staff are very hard-working and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and they gave us, since we had a baby with had, a free upgrade to a superior -room given. There you are looking forward, of course-but only until 22 o'clock, if you like we a room directly at the captain bar gets, there the post office goes off from, in other words disco until 2 o'clock early loud music and urgent bass included. I am on the same day to the front desk to a new room to demand. The request ... from me then on the next day after the breakfast immediately fulfilled. This time a normal double room with a pool view and peaceful location included. A tip-take not the room with numbers from 700 upwards, there is the captain bar. The biggest drawbacks but one must for the food make, since the selection was really poor. A lot was really bland and above all the desserts were every day the same 4-5 sorts and therefore always one-sided. But if you not so much importance on the food sets, you can really relax and soak up the sun. The entertainment has really high standard. Especially the water aerobics-Units are a must, it's really fun and you have too much laughter there, it is only at the entertainer. Even if its not participated, you saw.-) what was positive, the hotel is actually good but in absolutely no way crowded and 80 per cent of German and Austrians and the rest from French and Dutch occupied. In our opinion, it was a lovely vacation with initial Teething problems and downsides at meals. The sea we could at this time of year not really use, because of the strong waves. It was clean anyway not really- very many seaweeds. I don't know, if it was due to the time of year. I can recommend this hotel? Yes, but with a few downsides. But the price fit.-) read more
