This is not a hotel for children. Old guests who do not like children. Children may not have air mattresses in poll or make noise. The food is very bad and the smell in the restaurant was terrible. It is not a fine restaurant, but they require long pants for men at dinner. read more

After a day transferred, because actually everything was bad from a to z. especially the food was unacceptable. The dishes swam in fat and after the meal, we had stomach ache and diarrhea. The room was very run-down and clean it was not really. The view was directly the pool area and the other side may we neighbors look. We could not even the windows open for some fresh air because we just went down and everyone could get in. At the front desk you not welcomed friendly and you had to immediately 60 €are charged for a deposit. All ... together we would not recommend and also not more. read more

Reception totally inept! Room extremely dirty, stains on the curtains, furniture nearly all broken, fridge was broken, safe loose for 12 Euro deposit and 1,50 Euro on the day, from the last century. Küchenplatte repeatedly broken, through the door, you could see through (with closed door) so Wehr apartment 104 gets good night! The front desk speaks only then your language if no complaints or if the deposit of 60 Euro for the rusty door key is. For this the food was ok. So 3 stars on no case/maybe 1-star. read more

For English a great hotel. Food is not really good. Although you always find something is however for the paid money not enough choice and bad quality. Man gets for the same amount certainly more beautiful hotels. We would not want more this hotel choose. The beach is however really recommendable. read more

All in alll, we had a good holiday. It was one of the rare occasions that it rained heavily in Tenerife. That's no one's fault. But as for the food on this all inclusive, I found as a vegetarian very poor. Simple things like fried eggs had slices of meat under them in the tray, most of the salads had meat added, it was a struggle. Thank heavens for chips. read more

The hotel is great laid out. Bungalows in green surroundings. Everything flowers and is maintained. The pool is clean, chairs were available, if we need had (we are however not the typical dauerpoolbenutzter ). The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly (except do and so). Towel exchange worked. Our room was renovated relatively recently, but were the furniture, in particular the bedsteads, quite worn. Here would be an exchange of urgently needed. Mattresses were however quite new. Bathroom was not the most modern but ok, shower in the bath. The dining room is without windows, quite dark, but air conditioned ... (room). Guests totally mixed: german, british, russian, scandinavian, families, couples and retirees. read more

    The staff were friendly, and helped with ' glitches' of all kinds. Our complaint (on the terrace were only 2 instead of 4 chairs) were immediately met. Foreign languages of the staff different, but very varied. There are also perfect german! Room cleaning, as described above, was all right.

    The location of the hotel is amid the urlaubersiedlung, still very quiet. We thought it was pleasant, that no fun on the complex took place. Some male was music in the hotel's own restaurant - we liked. The beach we didn't use, he isn't far, however one on the way there constantly addressed: excursions and other. Shopping en grós... , excursions in any form possible.

We had 12 days all inclusive in castalia park. With the accommodation we were up on some faults in the field of' kitchen' satisfied. The cleaning the apartment found on two days of the week not take place and if they took place this was not adequate enough, it was for example not even the coffee table wiped, the corners of the apartment were 'approximately' wiped or not at all, about the condition of the outbreak, we luckily didn't use, I don't want to write. The food tasted us good to very good - even if the offer was not ... huge. A point of criticism for breakfast was, the only coffee only from the machines and this with the best will not to enjoy. All in all we the vacation good and according to a employee the front desk is the hotel the aware and would like to take this to fix it. read more

    We had a spacious apartment ( unfortunately without air conditioning) consisting From sleep -, living room with tv - ( ARD, ZDF, RTL and satellite. 1 programs) with integrated kitchenette ( mugs, plates, cutlery, glasses And fridge) available. The terrace was large with a view of the pool. The inspiration from the hotel reviews ( no rooms to transport Street and pedestrian precinct - loud busking, no rooms in the Ground floor-einbruchgefahr) were worth their weight in gold. We have therefore in advance E-mail contact with the hotel and our wishes ( quiet room - no room to the street or pedestrian precinct, In the 2nd floor) said. Worked fine.

    Around the leisure offers we didn't cared. Will probably ( besides access to the internet) in the attached hotel jardin isla bonitas offered. However in the hotel no ( annoying) animation. There are two separate pools with sun loungers, cushions and sun screens. ( we stayed in many hotel review specified, that a little bit sun screens are available). The complex itself is good and interesting designed.

    The distance to the black sandy beach lies with the specified approximately 400 meters. But you can the promenade left-or rechtsrunter kilometers far ( or a bicycle borrow) with lots of interesting shops, restaurants, hotels and partly wonderful prospects. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities are nearby the hotel. On the other side of the road is the attached hotel Jardin Isla Bonita - where regularly the inselreisebusse leave.

At check in is a deposit from 60 €prepayment required at time of booking. Neither the reception, the bar or the rooms are air-conditioned. Foodstuffs are in the restaurant on the floor and the cleanliness the entire area is strong to be desired. read more

We liked the hotel. Perfect for casual vacation The hotel's location is great, not so loud. The evening shows be held in Nachbarnhotel Isla Bonita, were in general reasonable All employees were nice and friendly, for us the whole concept right, we need no imposed luxury, but a pleasant atmosphere, we are definitely coming again. read more

    The apartments are really good. Of course, the furniture was partly a bit damaged, but it really is to summarize good and gebrauchbaren condition. The terraces are really large and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well equipped - a large fridge, stove, oven, sink, dishes and a few utensils. The mattresses were a little dirty, however the maids paid attention to it, that clean sheets on it are.

    To the beach it are approximately 5 to 10 minutes path - directly by the shopping street through. Shops are directly next to it, a bus stop there is also directly in front of the hotel. There is lots of different excursions, is it that you holiday packages bay or that one the island on own fist explored.

Well I would say, on the whole it was under any s... Food wasn't good-i think before certain salads and menu' s were not more the freshest, room - pool was run down. In short - I cannot recommend it! read more

We had a pleasant vacation, despite repeated bad reviews. It is a three star hotel, so you should no five stars expect. The staff are very friendly and always friendly. It is only a couple of minutes to the beach. If you like animation would like, can in the hotel located opposite go. We had a great room with 2 balconies and extra Rooftop terrace with view of the sea and the mountains, exceptionally beautiful. We would spend another vacation there. read more

The rooms were okay apart from the cleaning lady not every day came and all window were stuck. The pool area we didn't use. The' snacks' the it all inclusive gave were the whole day uncooled in the warm bar... The food was rather bad spices know the in the kitchen obviously not \u2639 ( also fresh fruit rather rarity) The ready-to-bake breads were for breakfast already hard and for dinner than rock-hard! The location is as far as really good and the way to the beautiful beach anyway not really very far. This hotel we would however not recommend! read more

Good complex with good location and environment. To be recommended above all for families, the peace and quiet search. Room clean and spacious. Restaurant with air-conditioning. Pools not deep so that non-swimmer also have fun. read more

Was our first al vacation had actually looking forward to it had quite a lot of trouble on site travel guide, I I would say and think my love this hotel definitely not not again... The Island of Tenerife yes, but another hotel. The excursions the guides made our great I would do it again read more

Please do not as again. It was hell, the rooms totally dirty, mattresses broken, pool area filthy and sticky, food is back thrown, if it fell to the ground, children with their dirty finger in the ice the lap. , the receptionists are the last, totally rude. , dining room and relaxation. Bar was dirty and dark. A good advice, take another hotel. Our vacation was ruined. read more
