Just a really beautiful luxury hotel! It was missing to us at nothing! After a while we didn't one more time our beverages by the pool order, if empty, it was it was directly replaced. Especially great was the fruit stand at the beach, and the jerkchicken! read more

The hotel is relatively new and therefore in great condition. Cleaned the whole day, whereby all facilities extremely clean are. The complex is actually huge, especially as you as a guest at wild orchid also so pretty much everything from the adjacent St. James mitbenützen. Actually the whole complex together. The food is perfect - at least what 'time' -you could 24 hours meal and through. Apart from the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, you could 24 hours the room service in use-without auxiliary costs. Mainly americans than guests in the hotel, also some canadians, very few europeans. Therefore, in ... my opinion also the food and the entertainment-oriented. The americans almost all only for 4-5 days on holiday, as they no long prior have. Most make honeymoon, celebrate birthday or otherwise a reason. Accordingly make also party, which didn't bother us. read more

    The rooms are in terms of size optimally, also the furnishings fits. There is nothing to complain about! Everything you need is available. Mini bar in all-inclusive also included in the price!

    There are restaurants as i recall about 7: jamaican, japanese, italian, french and 2 or 3 with a different offer. Once a week there is surf and turf. No food from the buffet (except for breakfast and the 2 poolside restaurant salad and so on). Is however not a problem, so you for example 2 starters, a main course and 2 desserts ordered. Actually there is so much of the menu as you want. The menus are however because of the many restaurants each kept rather small. Me has the food not very much. I have not found that so, that the respective restaurants original after the countries cook. Is also rather the american public, as the know. Also the breakfast. And i am already tasted, but due to the food needs you definitely not to this hotel %blank%. High however, you can absolutely nothing tell. Cleanliness and hygiene was also perfect Reservations are not necessary. During the day there is also a ' jerk chicken cart ' at the beach along-you have to try it, the is excellent! This is a typical jamaican court. Almost half a chicken with the sharp jerk sauce. In the afternoon is also Carlton with his früchtewagen at the beach along-there one gets delicious fresh fruit, like for instance pineapple and fresh coconuts-missing me now! Oh well, then there was the coffee bar, at which all types of coffee gets, cakes or sandwiches. Very recommendable! As already written, also in this respect, you should always tip.

    The staff is super friendly! As there seems to be the nature of the jamaican is actually always all great mood ☺ the whole time sings someone, you will be constantly asked, how you are or, if you need anything else. Tip is the good sound - 1 Dollar or 100 Jamaica-Dollar (approximately 1 Euro) you should consider when an order already or once again put. Except english actually nothing spoken. Without english one comes thus not far. The cleaning of the rooms is perfect. Cleaned usually in the morning, in the evening is still someone around the bed to prepare and takes the entertainment and gastronomieprogramm for the next day over. Laundry service, there was a - is however rather expensive. I have for example for the wash of sweatshirts 7 Dollar paid, for a scarf 1,5 Dollar. A nurse was also always on location; when the doctor consulted, costs but 240,- Dollar. This travel insurance is so people would be advisable, should really be. With complaints very friendly handled and the employees or the manager directly cared immediately.

    Talk you will the whole day - if you want to. The entertainmentteam was great! Whether wasserärobic, yoga, beach volleyball, chains have... So boring can in this hotel not be. The entertainers are however not pushy at all - a 'no thank you' if you asked, absolutely enough. Is maybe due to the fact, that the us so quite everything participate, and it thus actually never to public or active lacking. The resort is also a disco ('desires')-quite cold ( verkühlungsgefahr!) Because of the air conditioning. Otherwise great! Mainly hip hop and reggä. Also there were all drinks included in all-inclusive, all the same which one drinks. Especially original spirits served! Furthermore, there was every evening a program at the piano bar (above the desires)-live music, dance, games... On certain days, on a big screen a nfl game download, on the other a movie in the coffee bar. Once a week will 'Secrets got talent' organized. Is quite entertaining, is simply a talentshow, in which the guests participate. The first place you could make 5 nights for free in the hotel, with the 2.3 nights. So worth it ☺ Once a week is also a beach party-great-go there! The preferred club is the wifi included in the price, otherwise it costs after my memory circa 15 Dollar. Pool is absolutely clean ; the sea is gorgeous. In october was jellyfish season-there of staff the whole day jellyfish out fished. Did not disturb however, especially, because these jellyfish not dangerous. At the beach are however some stones. Sun protection is of course really recommendable - the constant wind is deceiving! Beach chairs are actually enough available, but incline the us unfortunately, already in the morning to reserve. If within 2 hours no one comes, it is, however, legitimate, the towels (if nothing else there is) to remove.

    The beach is directly at the hotel. We had a room on the ground floor, whereby we in a few steps both at the pool, as well as in the sea were. The airport is also in around 10 to 15 minutes to reach.. Shopping possibilities were in the resort itself, is however accordingly expensive and you get the basics and of course plenty of souvenirs. There is but also the possibility after montego bay itself to drive, there is also about minutes during the next supermarket. There were plenty of excursion possibilities. Ocho Rios is in about 1,5 hours to reach, Kingston in about 4 hours.

Very great hotel- worth 5 stars. Room top, beach super, essen very delicious and diverse, there 5 restaurants to choose from. Operation of drinks also at the beach- time without tip! Unfortunately spoke in the hotel German patch, so without English knowledge it was difficult. read more

The hotel offers 7 restaurants all ala carte, the great front desk for breakfast with a singing waiters the coffee cabin. There are very many americans in the hotel, the hotel is only for adults, many are in their honeymoon or heiratem there directly at the beach. The complex is really great. The rooms are very clean above and on the newest conditions. I would definitely again, however, the whole also its price. Still worth it. read more

So, we spent two weeks in Jamaica and the first in this hotel. Then we went to the riu palace to negril moved now I have to say, unfortunately. The riu palace is really not good. But now to the secrets. The hotel is stunningly beautiful laid out, all very new (one year and six months). There are a lot of different food places where there is always something different. The beach is clean, but not too large, so I would say it is in most cases a pool vacation, which wasn't't bad though, as they are excellent. Food, drink ..., and room everything was really excellent across the street from the riu. Point still few pictures purely, then you can look itself, otherwise like me, always obliging to describe don't want everything, you will reply then. read more

Incredible, i have never been so a beautiful room and so good all inclusive at this price and jamaica hotels are generally expensive. read more

the hotel is very nice. It was opened only at the beginning of 2010. Everything is clean and very well maintained. The suite was cleaned daily and the towels changed. For the beach and the pool there was extra beach towels. on the breakfast buffet has everything and it was very tasty. Lunch could decide, between a rich buffet or a fish restaurant, at the beach and pool you could also a burger or Hähnhen freshly prepared. At the evening there were several restaurants to choose from. We used the Japanese tried them all. Everything tasted very good. It was ... very delicious and it is full. unfortunately the hotel is a little out of the way, on the outskirts of Montego Bay, on a Peninsula and bars and shopping opportunities on foot in about 40 minutes to reach. Evening you can be at this hotel with the taxi leave, which is very expensive. The hotel taxis are not recommendable, since these are very expensive. Better is a piece and stops directly across the street a taxi, often they have been cut in half. excursions were directly in the hotel offered. all staff staff are friendly, welcoming and able to help. Our bags were on the flight and the lady at the front desk was very cared, so that soon our bags arrived. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the restaurants was perfect. we had a very great vacation. The hotel is really recommendable, but you should speak English. There is no German! read more

This is a new opened hotel, therefore you have to be prepared with a few teething problems in the minibar refill the coffee bags were forgotten, after the matters has to work. The staff at the front desk and at the bars were very friendly and attentive. the cocktails tasted not only having regard to alcohol, as the partly from other all inclusive hotels knows. read more
