A beautiful pool family hotel with small children

We were 10 days before start for security reasons vontaba height hotel Hyatt Regency ( very good) to the mirabel transferred. The hotel is absolutely not for swimming and snorkeling. The jetty to the reef (600 meters) since about 2 years not finished yet and locked. Who it illicitly enters and surf is a very nice coral reef with a large crock and lots of fish. It could also be very good, unfortunately. read more

It was our first time in Egypt, had no idea what we expected. The outdoor area of the hotel and the beach was perfect. At the food we had to get used to. With the cleanliness it is not so good. The staff were nice and friendly. The weather was brilliant. The hotel is in spite of the small faults to be further recommended. read more

Which we in this hotel experienced beggars description and with vacation nothing to do. The offers of the guide after complaint could have been for us means' from the rain in the eaves' to side, so we were to documentation of the deficiencies decided to 'stage'. The beach is for snorkelling and windsurfing completely unsuitable. Flying traders and begging children at the beach allow no relaxation. The staff speaks fluent in russian. In the restaurant there was rarely dishes, we often a shared plates, eat together-none. Every night from 20 to 24 o'clock russian karaoke on the terrace the hotel ... lobby. In such a deafening din volume the nerves after three days clean were. This list still long follow-up. To many good experiences in Egypt it was a huge disappointment. read more

The hotel complex is just amazing. Already the entrance in the reception area is impressive: large chandelier on the ceiling, marble as floor, simply a 'wow' -feeling, if the door rising. Everything was super clean, the soils are sparkling. The vacation starts here immediately. As German we were here only in English, Poland and russians, but it did not bother us at all, completely on the contrary: therefore we could our needs help English again refresh. Important for non-English-speaking: only with German it becomes in certain places cramped in the hotel. We could only few staff mind, the German was ... understood or even spoken have. So better English dictionary.-) We had booked all inclusive and were fully satisfied. read more

    We had a superior room and a family room received. This had 1 huge -double bed and in a secondary room 2 additional sofa beds. The room was correspondingly large, for us almost too big. More important was the climate -complex, the room reliable on fridge runterkühlte (if wanted). Apart from that the room was very quiet, everything was great.

    There are 2 main restaurant: in a meeting the aufgedonnerten tourists with dress, dresses, suits etc.. , there is a dress code (long pants, no flip-flops, etc.). We stayed this restaurant but only once, because next to dress code here children forbidden. The commotion with around running children missing, that is why we have evenings always in the 2. Restaurant food (right next to it). Everything here is relaxed, you meet many (also evenings) in flip-flops and shorts, here racing the children around and everything is totally relaxed. Here makes food fun, the bourgeois food all under no kids restaurant: ;-) Food was always well, if not gushing in the selection. We have seen better, but never missed something. Our special recommendation: The snack-bar directly opposite the spa. The burgers here are phenomenal and talk of 100 en birds, the slowly creep up and then some crumbs collection. ;-) Evenings Well, evenings it will sometimes scary. There is a theater ( directly next to the spa), find nightly small shows. Unfortunately we did only 1 day before departure experienced, because the entertainment team in things information somewhat word meager is. From other hotels we know, that entertainers at the dinner races and briefly about the show evenings inform. Here there is so not at all. Is reflected in the theater always almost empty, the shows are nevertheless brave solid. The majority of the guests gather evenings at the music venue in the open ( above the restaurants). Various singer on or there is karaoke. Everything very pleasant, until a singer performance, we 'miss loud' baptized. As soon as miss loud starts, rotates you after every song the complex loud. After 4 songs you understand your own words not more and do it the ears hurt. It applies: the louder, so much the better. A real atmosphere killer. At: hours is then end with entertainment, there are the obligatory club dance and that was it. Shortly after midnight you sit at all in the dark. ;-) If you then still fun want, could find itself in the hotel's own disco go (in the shops). Here there are mega loud music from a hopelessly overstretched complex and it lose themselves 5a 10 people in the apart from that pretty disco. These could also reminiscent of the totally exaggerated prices beach chairs: all inclusive this is not, 1 beer 0.5 liter costs here stately 33 pound ( circa 4 Euro). Why the hotel such high prices adopted, remains a mystery. For 1 Euro ever drinks I would have gladly party run, but 4 Euro are clear too much. So I thought, not only i:if the in the disco in 1 night about 2 or 3 beer sell, that is already much. At: o'clock closes then also the disco and it is closing time in the hotel.

    Friendliness and service of the staff is on top-level. We were nun 7 times in Egypt and have never in such a manner forestalling and quick staff experienced. Even without tip you will be dealt with here, as a king ( with tips however like a kaiser ;-). We have also, of course, the troublemakers seen, the it for granted, each drinks brought to the table. More than foreign be ashamed we had but not desired. Everyone with healthy legs should also as a tourist the beverages yourself can, everything else is embarrassing. We are gone and to have us so many thank you the waiter deserved. :-) The rooms were for our standards absolutely sufficient cleaned, even if here and there a corner was missed out. We didn't care, mostly was then a few days later this corner 'caught'. If relaxing at your vacation fashion, everything that is not a problem, we are here, in Egypt and not on purely room a computerkonzerns. Complaints we had no, so no experiences so that.

    The pools had all bath tubs-temperature (September), the air had also always over 40 degrees. Everywhere there were free chairs, the annoying reserve with towels does not give it here. Very relaxing. At the beach is not as much loosely, here there were 100 E free chairs. The only annoying: The salesman for manicure and the hotel's own spa. Every day the same stupid sayings ('hello boss'), no matter how often I say, that I am not his boss am. Who gave the arab vendors only taught, that one as a tourist as daily with the same stupid sayings be disturbed want? You say then to 123 time, that you're not interested, there is a seller, the sticky and the tourists after rejection abused. Such guys have lost nothing, out marquesas islands time the! Well: we went on a massage resolutely and loved it. The spa is great, the staff professional, very relaxing. However: for 2 massages and 1 scrub you will sleek 165 Euro los. It was nice, but even for German standards too expensive.

    The location was as previously promised: in the middle of nothing. ;-) well, it was not that bad, there are some shops in about 500 meters away, but a real promenade to stroll you here in vain. The complex lies directly at the beach, however the water is here only ankle-deep. One wants deeper water, one has a 20 minute wassermarsch before itself, the however also was not very pleasant, because the water covered with black lake- igeln is. Alternatively you could also the diving platform use, if you don't get left. Because the jetty is officially closed and with stahlgittern hypereosinophilia, but simply umklettern can. Apparently is the diving platform unsafe and collapse, this impression but we were not. On the contrary, the pier at the end not finished, it is a large hole in the middle of the pier, which for the unwary tourists safe can be dangerous. So perhaps the closure. Approximately 100 meters at the beach along there is a finished diving platform a neighboring hotels. Here you at use but not safe (5 Euro per day, for guests the local hotels free of charge). Nevertheless there is good 4 stars, because all that was by previous reviews known and did not bother us.

The hotel is although older and one should not not with exaggerated typical German expectations journeys (especially in the Ramadan!). Less russians the but nevertheless negative from the mass lift, 50% endländer, but okay, and the rest of the arab states and German guests. The staff is sufficiently English and one can well with smaltalk communicate. All wishes were fulfilled! The tour operator from REWE respectively jahn was rubbish! Wanted various excursions for scarcely €1000 but it waited no 4 minutes our appointment (W/ child late)! With sharm travel and to negotiate typical price received. Be bad luck he participates ... ja. read more

    Were okay, as written, no German standard but hey we are in the south and we know the lifestyle: come I net today then... So easy and the put in the effort, we had no problems! Those with more time per room time rather thorough durchwi, but that is certainly the management! With a few friendly words as but also with the room service.

    The noodle chef was great and our Bastian always all wishes quality and our small with a ' schukran / thanks' and thumbs up quitiert, additionally after it its on the final day its chef's hat gave! Apart from that could the kitchen more variety stand, bit more of the europeans and children think. You will find however every morning, lunch and evening something to eat!

    Service was great and the poor guys be carrying from early until late, respect! Especially in the Ramadan and mostly smile... The salary! On demands/requests you get everything. My wife is from the gastronomy and marveled, almost 3 weeks and always the same people from early until late! We stayed in dt really a whinge on high niveua!

    The animation was top managed and always something to see! Many thanks for the variety ( especially the children's disco was a must every evening!) The music entertainment in the evening more variety stand (my son I Rügen if its two 'glitter girl' not there but really good sang... A great shame however, that TUI its kids club German hire, because the beach was our small and other German a gladly visited variety, especially Natalie it had done to him ( thank you very much from Bastian and us!) see us in Berlin!?

    A bit off the beaten path but by taxi and local bargaining one comes fast everywhere back. Kaufmöglichkeiten in long distance available. Beach is okay and the pier in the construction for snorkeling there is lots to see!

Have because of a bad hotels this moved. We were very positively surprised. Very friendly front desk, welcome drink included. After these hardships, the German speaking manager of the hotel very well for us cared. Restaurants very clean, one with children under 12 years old no admission, very pleasant! Different theme Nights with very good food! Very good and fast service! Well-Kept clean room, mini bar could you daily fill to. Sea had low water level, to Wade ideal but nothing for swimmer and snorkelers. Concerning the public the hotel can't but, you need to Russians and English accept! We ... felt nevertheless relaxed good and had a lot of fun! read more

We knew the hotel from our earlier stay at the November 2010 and were again just as Satisfied as it was then. Furthermore, that the hotel this time was not fully booked and that it makes it a lot Space and freedom of movement was. The staff were attentive and friendly. As many children and children under the guests there, we found it pleasant, that we ' childless Alten' between 2 dining rooms could choose: noisy, with Kindergeplapper or quiet, without a lot of noise. Short and sweet: dream holiday. I could relax super. The complex and the rooms very clean. The food was good and diverse. I will return in any case again into Mirabel beach. read more

The worst hotel that we have ever had! From our Egypt used to different things! Would be a wonderful area but only optically! Bad food unfriendly staff! Release in the food no glasses dirty dishes no clearing also tip was of no use. If we in Europa so the guests to deal with no one more and it seems in Egypt it will become less almost no people! Not even free, we would return to the jaz mirabel beach sharm el sheikh a shame! read more

I have to say this hotel is only suitable for pool holiday. If you want to swim at the beach and this hotel is in the wrong place. About 600 meters there is a long jetty, which you can use but unfortunately not, because this is not ready. The Hotel Albatros Moderna the jetty to take must also pay so much as five euros, which we found outrageous! Without beach shoes is nothing and the swimming was rather difficult and the beach is not very nice, speaks of the water nearby. We were very disappointed with the beach. The food ... was not very good. We were able to eat there, but it was much better in other hotels. However, the staff was friendly and the complex in general looks nice and well maintained. The choice of the dishes we found absolutely okay but otherwise well! The rooms were large and clean. Nothing to complain there. Depending on the room location it was far to walk to the front desk or to the pool. given that, is a sprawling complex. The general location in nabq bay is not good, as it is far from the Naama Bay and old market square. With the taxi about 20-25 minutes to reach. in. So, if you do like going out for a nice evening with, it's better not to nabq Bay drive. Please note: only for the pool holiday! Our Tip. read more
