The Golden Tullip in Casablanca does not really live up to its 5 star rating. What differentiates a great hotel from the good ones often lies in the details. Just a couple of examples: the phones in the room do not have numbers printed on it so you need to start looking for the hotel directory to look up the extensions to dial reception or room service. When you order room service, they will not tell you how long it will take, you need to ask yourself. When going to the gym, I was trying to turn on a treadmill ... but after 15 min of trying, I went to the spa responsible who answered the machine was out of service. It doesnt hurt to put a paper on the treadmill to say it's out of service to inform your customers. These are all just minor details, but they judge your opinion on business hotels who pride themselves on great service. Overall, staff is not very friendly, not at breakfast, and not at checkout, which took up to 30min because of long queues. Everything is also managed on paper which takes a lot of time. Rooms are comfortable but small and lack cleanliness. Not recommended. Bewertung lesen

Golden tulip Hotel in Casablanca is located on the hotel mile ' of Casablanca. Sheraton, Novotel, Ibis, Le Meridien are all within walking distance and close. The hotel itself is modern and elegantly decorated. Everything was clean the marble on the floor shines and the rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished. Tv, mini bar, safety deposit box are available. The furnishings in the brown/gray/beige tones of the room seem noble leave it at that. The bathroom is geräunmig with toilet, bidet & bath. The hotel offered next to the bar, a café area and two other restaurants serving velfältigen food. ... The breakfast buffet was extensive and culinary delights prepared (EUROP./ Arabic). The hotel is also situated within walking distance of the Medina of Casablanca more than worth a visit. All around were small kiosks at the time a bottle of water can buy. A further compulsion. Restaurants are scattered around and wait to be discovered. All in all a solid and good stay in Casablanca. Important: Visit to the mosque in Casablanca-stunning! Bewertung lesen
