    Through the division of two separate rooms. Living room with kitchenette and bedroom is a pleasant layout. The rooms are very clean and work very maintained. The balcony extends over the entire length of the living room and the bedroom, so that you have a huge balcony. In the room there is plenty of storage space and storage area.

    2 times per week there was in the evening buffet. At the other evenings one could between 4 dishes to choose from. The three course menu is served.     Great central location. A few minutes walk to the promenade and to the beach. Shops and all kinds of restaurants are directly in front of the hotel. At night it is of the discotheques were loud, but with closed balcony doors is the noise little to nothing at all to hear. Moreover, a central location hardly with absolute peace connect. I personally the central location and the hotel in service and quality important, than the absolute peace and quiet.

The Hotel Maritim Playa has a really central location in Playa del Ingles. The majority of the guests are from the german-speaking area. The owner family christian for every guest and every topic an ear to lend. From morning 07:30 a. m. is a member of of the family already in the hotel. And in the evening until the last guest the restaurant leaves. As a guest the whole team very well looked after and cared for. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness is at 1st place. Great food and the coffee at the for breakfast is by far the best on the island. Alltogether it was a very pleasant stay. In spite of the direct location in the center of town was, you peaceful nights thanks to soundproofed windows, a relaxing sleep possible. The 3'. Time in Maritim Playa, 14 days relaxing and enjoying, what else could you want, near good food and in a in my opinion, very nice and easy going atmosphere. I would like to thank all very cordial for the beautiful days thank you, everything was, as always, just perfect, thank you very much. So, now i have a special tip for all, the ' privatanreise ', couldn't be better more, rooms, book flight and from the sun, (rates can at the management by email be requested ),from the airport you personally fetched and with departure naturally again ... passed, (the transfer time is about 15 minutes), that creates no bus, or? In advance the hotel staff have done their utmost, to desires and cleanliness to ensure. Hotel and apartments are actually, although old but updated, very clean- A Novum! Unfortunately-i because of the mostly positive reviews the building also-unfortunately! Noise: The hotel lies directly before the loudest discotheques and party mile (Plaza&Kasbah) in Playa del Ingles! Despite schallschutzverglasung in the very small sleeping area some comfort apartments, can only with the window closed (without airconditioning!) Be slept, since the partybetrieb until 6 in the morning hours life-then rants garbage collection, street cleaning and distributors to at 8:00 clock further-daily! Explains ... the high (rather hard of hearing?) Age structure of the hotel-regular customers? In the remaining bodies during the hoped-for resting all matratzenfedern individually before. Food: Better usually the el rancho-steakhouse cuisine (other cook?!?), As the dad Joe's restaurant rather bad lit, with clear polluted air conditioning! And raumdecken and too often dubious quality (especially buffets) and noisy waiter recommends. Conclusion: Would the hotel in a quieter area and dad Joe's restaurant knew clear improvements, It would be a recommendation possible-so unfortunately not! read more

I found the cost for internet access are high. 15 minutes for 1€ in the entrance area and 6€ for one day wi-fi in the whole hotel. You should change. Otherwise you feel very comfortable in this hotel. Because of the season we were with the latest. I guess the average age at about 60 years and there were mainly german as guests there. read more

    Our bedroom was a bit small, but we anyway only slept. We had a separate living room, in which we could good place to hang out. A safety deposit box in the room there was not, you can at the front desk procure. A large fridge and a modern greetings lcd tvs have us a pleasant stay uses. In the all in all we could us on the cleanliness no complaints. Since we only 7 days were there, it did not also disturb us, that the bed linen not changed was. Was clean. But the mirror in the bathroom and the floor in the apartment could still be cleaned more can.

    There are 2 restaurants the to the hotel include. El rancho is very recommendable and offers spanish and mexican cuisine at. We had the half board and were very satisfied so that. Only the montagbüfett 'from all over the world' was not my thing, because i too greasy. But the italian buffet on thursday the more than made up for it ☺. At the breakfast is also something for everyone. Sausage and cheese are simple, i have but sufficient. The scrambled eggs was not my thing, as it for mass caterers and thus hardly still taste and appearance of real scrambled eggs has. But unfortunately it is from schutzgründen in many hotels so. The beverages we had in the evening pay, but for 2 large soft drinks we have 6,31 Euro paid and the was okay.

    The hotel has a very good location. Below of the hotel there is a spar, across the street is the Kasbah with bars and bistros, several restaurants are really nearby and to the beach it is only about 10 minutes. Bus stops are also in the immediate area and the drive to to the airport is approximately 20-25 and to Las Palmas with a car about 35-40 minutes.

Very well run hotel. Decor with attention to detail. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. We already look forward to a reunion with our urlaubsfreunden and the entire Maritim Playa -team under the sun Gran Canaria.

In the lower floor of the Maritim Playa are a supermarket, hair & beauty studio, a schnellwäscherei with seamstress on duty,, a pharmacy and a doctor practice... Vacation short distances, what else could you want. Of untold noise of the in the neighborhood the three clubs you can really n i c h t speak! It is good, it still cheerful young man returns, with whom we still have gladly to celebrate!

The entire hotel team is very friendly. Family c. is always approachable and supports the staff active in all areas. We felt here very well felt.     The apartment consists of 2 room, bathroom and big balcony. The condition is very neat and tidy. Tv, coffee maker and so on. Everything available. The bathroom is very big and clean, a hair dryer available. Towels were daily changed, but also the bath towels and duschvorlagen.

    In the hotel there are two restaurants, two bars, one of them by the pool. The quality of the food and drinks is to a very high standard. I had half board and in the 10 days there wasn't a repeat. There was country typical but also german cuisine. The whole atmosphere, as well as the cleanliness and hygiene leave no wishes left.

    The entire team, boss and boss included, is very friendly and accommodating. All speak really good german, but also english and so on. The cleaning of the rooms was exemplary.     The hotel is very centrally located. To the beach about 5 minutes, over a flight of stairs or lift. Shopping right across the street, also discotheques and restaurants. Public transportation in unmnittelbarer vicinity. But the taxi drive was very cheap here.

I am coming again. From a to z everything was recommendable. I found it great that one 4 menus for dinner to choose from as well as at least a menu our german food offered got for example germenknödel, i see it still i. Delicious or sweet pickled eggs. There was fish and meat and 2 days buffet so there was something there for everyone and who times nothing found could also à-la-carte eat in the hotel's own restaurant. The breakfast buffet and the choco with cream was also very tasty. The location of the hotel is super and the ... rooms are very well equipped with a large balcony. The pool area is very nice and upstairs there is a large roof terrace to relax. You should only know, it at night quite loud is through the shopping center but we still got enough sleep. The staff is all very funny and nice. A small tip i have for you: bay the hotel direct with the family christian and the flight extra. read more
