    Through the division of two separate rooms. Living room with kitchenette and bedroom is a pleasant layout. The rooms are very clean and work very maintained. The balcony extends over the entire length of the living room and the bedroom, so that you have a huge balcony. In the room there is plenty of storage space and storage area.

    Great central location. A few minutes walk to the promenade and to the beach. Shops and all kinds of restaurants are directly in front of the hotel. At night it is of the discotheques were loud, but with closed balcony doors is the noise little to nothing at all to hear. Moreover, a central location hardly with absolute peace connect. I personally the central location and the hotel in service and quality important, than the absolute peace and quiet.

The Hotel Maritim Playa has a really central location in Playa del Ingles. The majority of the guests are from the german-speaking area. The owner family christian for every guest and every topic an ear to lend. From morning 07:30 a. m. is a member of of the family already in the hotel. And in the evening until the last guest the restaurant leaves. As a guest the whole team very well looked after and cared for. read more

The dinner you can both in the ... tastefully furnished hotel restaurant ' dad Joe's restaurant ', as well as the steakhouse 'el rancho' to take. Since we already often in the Maritim Playa our vacation spent, including the 19 december 2012 until 06 january 2013, were pleased the direktionsteam Roland and Margit christian, and all of the staff in the service area us to see again. A special pleasure for us was, as always, we also all our urlaubsfreunde from Köln, foot, Oldenburg, Munich and the Netherlands back into close. In the evenings always stmmung with the solo entertainer Klaus in the hotel bar. Naturally we also again already for tradition intersting funny 'cologne evening' with all the guests with live music and dance in the hotel bar celebrations. Total relaxation in the pool area with pool bar and sun deck with plenty of existing sunbeds guaranteed. Here you can chill out and relax. In the family-run hotel Maritim Playa you will always find port and make new friends from all over Germany, also from all over Europa. In the lower floor of the Maritim Playa are a supermarket, hair & beauty studio, a schnellwäscherei with seamstress on duty,, a pharmacy and a doctor practice... Vacation short distances, what else could you want. Of untold noise of the in the neighborhood the three clubs you can really n i c h t speak! I found the cost for internet access are high. 15 minutes for 1€ in the entrance area and 6€ for one day wi-fi in the whole hotel. You should change. Otherwise you feel very comfortable in this hotel. Because of the season we were with the latest. I guess the average age at about 60 years and there were mainly german as guests there. read more

    Our bedroom was a bit small, but we anyway only slept. We had a separate living room, in which we could good place to hang out. A safety deposit box in the room there was not, you can at the front desk procure. A large fridge and a modern greetings lcd tvs have us a pleasant stay uses. In the all in all we could us on the cleanliness no complaints. Since we only 7 days were there, it did not also disturb us, that the bed linen not changed was. Was clean. But the mirror in the bathroom and the floor in the apartment could still be cleaned more can.

    There are 2 restaurants the to the hotel include. El rancho is very recommendable and offers spanish and mexican cuisine at. We had the half board and were very satisfied so that. Only the montagbüfett 'from all over the world' was not my thing, because i too greasy. But the italian buffet on thursday the more than made up for it ☺. At the breakfast is also something for everyone. Sausage and cheese are simple, i have but sufficient. The scrambled eggs was not my thing, as it for mass caterers and thus hardly still taste and appearance of real scrambled eggs has. But unfortunately it is from schutzgründen in many hotels so. The beverages we had in the evening pay, but for 2 large soft drinks we have 6,31 Euro paid and the was okay.

    The hotel has a very good location. Below of the hotel there is a spar, across the street is the Kasbah with bars and bistros, several restaurants are really nearby and to the beach it is only about 10 minutes. Bus stops are also in the immediate area and the drive to to the airport is approximately 20-25 and to Las Palmas with a car about 35-40 minutes.

    The apartment consists of 2 room, bathroom and big balcony. The condition is very neat and tidy. Tv, coffee maker and so on. Everything available. The bathroom is very big and clean, a hair dryer available. Towels were daily changed, but also the bath towels and duschvorlagen.

    In the hotel there are two restaurants, two bars, one of them by the pool. The quality of the food and drinks is to a very high standard. I had half board and in the 10 days there wasn't a repeat. There was country typical but also german cuisine. The whole atmosphere, as well as the cleanliness and hygiene leave no wishes left.

It was a great vacation. The employees are very pleasant. The food (half board) is excellent. On the 1. day we were an apartment nearby the disco assigned (the basses until 6 o'clock in the morning were unbearable) but after complaint we have on the next day a quieter apartment (205) Thanks a lot to the nice ladies, the care to have. There we several times every year beach holiday amongst others on the Canary Islands and many apartments have seen we were surprised us, that the standard rooms either a coffee maker, a flat screen tv was available. We ... are even with lower-priced 2-star units. This has but the great vacation not hurt. We felt at home. read more

The hotel works on the first view once bulky, but the deceptive. With the only 116 apartments it is not a huge hotel, where nobody no knows. The hotel was very clean, we had booked half board and were very satisfied. We always go on holiday in february, that's why we know that at this time mostly pensioners travel.     We were from all the reviews here crazy and had our travel agency asked an email with washed after a room on the upper floors get. Sadly this email not and we got apartment 408. first time a shock. We we asked, if we a room get further above may. This question has then 24 hours lasted. For me it means always unpack, arrive, holiday can begin and it was thus not possible. We know that quick, as i was already very grumpy. Our bedroom had these soundproof windows, our small slept with normal windows in the living room better than expected good. That's why all excitement for free. One must already be aware that you not with open windows sleep. Otherwise would have the rooms bigger, but it was adequate. The furniture made a really new impression, it was perfect clean, the beds comfortable, what else could you want?

In the evening there was 4 main dishes to choose from, one dish was always hearty, typical german, so for example shank with sauerkraut, then there was a vegetarian dish, a food was always in the own restaurant el rancho offers, where it very comfortable... We are friends of the separate food, had regularly special requests and were always fulfilled. A strong praise for this. In the 18 days we were there there were no repetitions. However, my husband often fish desired. Otherwise one must additionaly say, we here in a three stars hotel and it was the food very good. Whoever expected more must simply much paid more.

We the breakfast really good please, as the dining room no kannine was. The waiters very attentive and friendly. The reception staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. We have a pick-up service taken into account the us from the airport picked us up and free drop off has. Moin, My girlfriend and i can this hotel of the family c. absolutely recommend. Already on arrival we were very warmly welcomed and after recently check in our room cards receive. On our room arrived we were thrilled by the wonderful view over Playa del Ingles. The room, on the 7. floor, was pleasant by the size, nice, clean and well-kept, nicely decorated. Especially liked a lot me, that you from the bedroom and living room on the balcony could be. When leaving of the room you had a very nice views of the atlantic ocean and the pool area. ... This very tidy and clean and even in january for swimming invited. The special at the pool area was the jacuzzi under palm trees and lunch seemed besides also nice the sun. The food, we booked half board, was delicious and diverse. The staff always always very friendly and accommodating but not pushy. If we had questions we were 'Claudia' at the front desk in good hands and advice for example when it comes to excursions work or we had a rental car we wanted. In short: great star hotel, which in the middle in the heart of Playa del Ingles is. The kashbar is just next door, and at night it was thus just a bit louder. But if you from of the city comes, it didn't really disturb. And you can down in the pharmacy plug for the ears buy. \u263a at the end i would like to say, that you can tell, in this hotel you are not only a guest, but a part of the community. Well run hotel with very friendly and cooperative staff. Unfortunately very loud, as directly opposite from the Kasbah (a disco- and kneipenzentrum ). Without ear plugs is simply not to sleep to think. Would be the area not so extremely noisy, you could the hotel however especially because the value for money thoroughly recommend. Very nice apartment hotel mit super flair in Playa del Ingles. We felt in all areas the best looked after. All areas such as restaurants, lobby, bar and outside areas are with so much love to detail arranged as it only from owners the very much a lot of heart for their own thing to bring their own, redecorated. In the entire object on the individual details at, and you will find on every corner. Clearly, the also once something with a somewhat older hotel not quite the schönheitsaspekten a newly built hotels is. But we in much newer hotels ... much more broken or poorly again zusammengeflickte parts seen. We fly is 1982 to Gran Canaria and in the last 11 years every year 3-4 time for one week. We always book in the short term and what the ferienmarkt then so offered available and our value for money after relevant research like. Are important for us the statements other vacationers in relation to cleanliness, fine cuisine with the half-board and friendliness of the staff. All points in the our vacation to the complete satisfaction fulfilled and we had an excellent vacation. It could have been sometimes at night a bit quiet happen, but against there is also en couple appropriations. (window close, later gotobed, afternoon vorschlafen and then later to bed or a few Wodka-lemon) Friendliness of all employees and the owner was in every situation with our erstaufenthalt and not only in the given. My husband and i (39 years) were january 2013 in the Hotel Maritim Playa! It is a family-run hotel! The one noticed immediately! Friendliness and personal care we are the top! All of the staff from the front desk to to the serving staff in the restaurant treat with a large friendliness and are immediately ready to help. We have in the restaurant oft observed, the lots of guests a very familiar and amicable relationship to staff had. After complains turned out the super lots of guests regular guests, the for years this hotel good are. Also most of the ... staff already over 10 years in this hotel busy, this alone was for us a clue, that interpersonal fits. The hotel is also directly postable. This gives you the extra service direct from the airport from the senior boss Roland or its very nice madam Erika, to be picked up! Where is the? Roland was us opposite very friendly and has many curious questions always gladly answered! We have made many advices for various tours can be. Besides you got it a room the best category ( from 4 floor upwards). We were with the audience on-site very satisfied. By the season partly were very many germans retirees on site, what we found pleasant. Our room, number 815, was perfect. We had an extra sleeping area, living -dining area, as well as a great balcony (rather winter garden). The bathroom was really clean big enough. This hotel we could all recommend it, the value of a friendly service, clean room, quiet audience and a central location put. read more
