Despite offer at the travelbooking no possibility from the show food., Every morning and evening the storm from cold buffet (russian-speaking guests), atmosphere like in a train station waiting hall! Food was tasty, but not very varied.

In my suite i had a bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. A bathroom with shower and toilet, in addition still 2 extratoiletten, once with a shower and even with a sink. A coffee maker and coffee and tea was also available. A telephone gave it in the living room, the safe was free. Everyone had a big balcony with 2 armchairs and a table. Everything was very clean only with the wardrobe the doors very hard to move. Everything was very clean and alright.

We had in the hotel a restaurant, we could have in another hotel can eat, but we were not. At the pool and the beach there was a bar. The choice was very good and every day there was something else to eat. It looked everything very clean and appetizing. The plates were immediately cleared if we with eat were finished.

The staff at reception, in the dining room and the pool and beach bar Was very friendly and accommodating and with our knowledge of english Or also in german we were understood. The room was every day cleaned and there were daily 2 bottles of water to drink for each En in the room. On the first day there was the additional bed for the grandson my cousin and it was immediately delivered.

The garden was very well-kept and we had a one bedroomsuite, that means i had alone around 80 to 90 square meter for me alone, my cousins had the same size for 2 adults and one child. Everything was very clean. We had all-inclusive. Guests were not so many in the hotel, a few russian and german with children.

We are in Dubai landed and quite dense fog and were glad when we in the hotel arrived, we have not on the clock looked like long we were out. The food was really great. The hotel right on the beach. A shopping center is about 1 kilometer away where we with the hotel shuttle bus could but we preferred to walk. We didn't go on excursions.

The rooms were huge and were also always well cleaned. The towels were changed daily and the bed always made with fresh sheets. We also had an iron and ironing board in our room, the needs but probably on vacation nobody. It was the furnishings of the kitchen poor. There were only 2 cups, 2 spoons and 2 glasses, no knife over also times fruit to cut. If a kitchen is included, with a fridge and washing machine, then i could also a bit more dishes and silverware there. A safe is located in the closet in the bedroom, but is not the cupboard and could at any time be removed.

Because we only booked breakfast had, we only the sea breeze restaurant. The breakfast was adequate (you really always found something to eat), but was no variation since, it was everyday the same. We know that from other 5 star hotels completely different. The yogurt was for example during the whole breakfast stood above the counter. I have therefore explicitly declined to try. For the coffee we are partly wait very long. Also the clearing of the used dishes did not work. One morning for example were just 4 tables occupied, but 6 people from the staff and we still had the coffee have to wait and also the plates, we have piled up on our table until they finally cleared.

Service did not correspond under any circumstances to that of a 5 star hotel! The rest of the staff was hard. Room cleaning was good.

There are tennis courts, but the temperatures no one has used. The pool is small and was so dirty that even at 1.00 meters deep the tiles on the floor not seen. We didn't used once. Our room was huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen. The rooms were cleaned daily and it was very clean, since there is nothing to complain about. However you are from a five-star hotel also, that evenings again a cleaning respectively change of towels made, none there is more than saved.

The food is also no 5 stars category, which we a great shame found. We had all-inclusive what us €60,- per day and person cost and by far not justified was. Little choice, exactly like the all-inclusive offer. Also there be careful, there are really only a few things thereby, not einmals a only cocktail was included, actually only louder cheap drinks. So what we have in no other hotel experienced. Otherwise you had to for dinner the village go, what some notedly cheekiness was, since neither the ambience, still the quality and quantity of the dishes a 5 star hotel worthy are. Not even 3.5 stars would you for what you because sometimes sick was, forgive. There one pays for a lot of money a five star hotel and then you sit on wooden arm chairs in a weak restaurant, what as mentioned no 3.5 stars was worth it.

To the service, what can you say since, some are friendly, some have 5 times in the past and ignore the fully geäumten table. The nicest staff are at the pool bar, they are very nice and tried hard. The people at the reception are exactly the opposite, unfriendly, impersonal, not at all cooperative. A shame for a five-star hotel. There was however a salemp, mrs Tanja, the was very nice and tried hard. Hotel relatively new and modernly styled. Beautiful big room, everything very clean. But, stay away, as long as there is right next to a huge construction site. Construction noises by 7:00 A. The rooms are super large. Our room was otherwise very clean and modern. We had amongst others 3 bathroom, a large kitchen and a big balcony. ( beware: not every room has a balcony) great was, that we without an extra charge in a larger room with a balcony change there could. On request are dishes and cutlery in the kitchen brought, otherwise the mini bar refilled. Fridge, microwave, stove, oven, kettle and so on everything available what you in a kitchen could possibly need.

There are 3 restaurants (1 indoor, 1 pool, 1 beach). At the pool and the beach there was the same. Selection ok ( salads, Italian, mexican, seafood...) , food was good, of hygiene and cleanliness there was nothing to complain about. Price for nwal-normal standards. ( not recommendable: veggie burger/falafel)

The staff are often a bit haphazard, but hard. It is questions answered, no matter wether you understood. This is probably due to the problems with the English language. The staff are general friendly (the Russian rather behavior). The rooms were well cleaned. Problem were taken care of immediately. ( big plus: breakfast for departure. In the middle of the night, get everything, what one wanted.)

Pool small and angularly. Absolutely not chilled. Apart from that clean. Enough chairs and sun screens available. Apparently (board) sports and kinderunterhaltungsangebote in the hotel, but no trace. Who peace I would like is in the right place here. Shops only in the nearby located mall. We were in the ramadan season there, so there were hardly any shops open. In general, the shops, but not really european tourists interesting. In the hotel some excursions offered. With the taxi everything is within easy reach.

The hotel is normally clean, however one already sees, that the hotel in the revolution. Only half of the complex is livable, the other it was being renovated. Next year it is a Waldorf Astoria hotel his. Some places in the hotel see therefore not more/not totally faultlessly from. Breakfast buffet is not too big, but it is enough for everyone. Mainly were Russian and isolated German guests in the hotel. Average age about 40 years. The hotel has for me no 5 stars. Four star, not more and not less, are adequate. The stars especially in uae, in the arab world to become fair, some things in the service change ( for example service by the pool, free extras like newspaper, fruit by the pool or similar ), otherwise lack things in the room, like bathrobe, slippers and so on perhaps the yes from 2013 different. For the money what you pay for is however also nothing other to expect.

From the airport/ Dubai by taxi/ mini -bus about half an hour away. Al hamra mall with shuttle bus ( every 20 minutes from the hotel and back ) easy to reach, on foot also possible. From there you can at certain times (information: service desk in the mall) to manar mall in ras al khaimah travel. Numerous excursions are from the hotel offered Bathing at the hotel's own beach was perfect.

Food plentiful and delicious... Up to coffee the that is unacceptable.

all inclusive is not really all inclusive. Limited Limited. And the cappuccino pay for it myself, after you really longs. Because the coffee is bähh... Wi-Fi the alleged all inclusive offered, gives it also not... Hotel's own golf course is not also correct.

Sport. Fitness area could clean his. Devices however good... There is entertainment not. Pool after the motto who is first, the malt. Beach chairs are already wear...

Hotel was large... Room was... Even with a view of construction... Junges hotel is already aged-phenomena... breakfast sufficient. Varied nationality... Also varied... In any form, whether guests. Or staff everything available

left of the beach was good... Right equipment, only their own guests the beach left. Hamstersystem rather go around in circles
