Beautiful hotel,comfortable room(kitchen,washin-machine,iron,balcony,seaview).Nice beach and sea. But !Unfriendly reception whose favourit phrase **It is not my problem **. Staff at the reception never smiles,doesnt say Hello,forgets requests,forgets to wake-up-call,lunch-box you odered.Tried give room categories below the orders.Restaurant-staff are lazy,slowly and heedless.Not enough umbrellas at the beach. Towels grey and need to be replaced. Nice building but bad administration and staff. read hotel review

Great hotel with spacious rooms, everything was clean and very nice staff in all areas great service also on the beach were always also organises the food was tasty but sadly almost all russians at the hotel just couldn't behave we liked the shuttle bus from the hotel offered was a pity that we in the night flight already 12 noon check out, or had to pay then later check out to may. read hotel review

    The rooms were nicely furnished in our room was also a kitchen in which you yourself could have been. However was in our rooms the bathroom was fairly small and it was missing the bass ducks raised possibilities, which was its duschsahen would have to stand. But there are also other room in which the bathroom was bigger. Since me in this hotel, because we were at the other complained have i know but not what room type we were accommodated.

    The breakfast as well as the dinner were always right extent rich and varied. For example, there was different themanarbende, as italian, russian... Also has the food very good tasted good. On our departure day we should have a long back which the specified was not ready yet, but then cracked was.

    The service was very friendly and helpful. However the rooms were always cleaned very late about from 16. In the morning seemed a paarservice salemp with the breakfast sometimes still quite slow but if you what has requested for example café you got this also always the same.     The hotel had two pools, one on the beach. Were enough sun loungers and sunshades available, so that a reserve beach chairs was not necessary and one always the same a got.     The hotel is near a yacht and golf clubs as is nearby a shopping centers. With its own chatelbus, you could also by Ras al- khema and available at an additional charge also after Dubai. Dubai the hotel is a good hour away.

    The rooms were just great. We booked a deluxe double room with balcony - we got in the first 2 nights a super large room - unfortunately without balcony. The rest of the holiday we had a murder suite with balcony with ocean view! A dream room!

    Restaurants and bars were plentiful, breakfast there was unfortunately only in 2 restaurants in the morning was always a bit too full. The quality and quantity of the meals and beverages were spotless - the empty containers there were hardly any, they were always refilled right away.     The hotel is located directly on a beautiful sand beach at which always plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas without extra charge were available. The beach is very clean and well maintained. The beach was always clean and the staff was very courteous. In the al hamra mall were a bit too little shops than the one shoppen correctly could. :-) Shuttle service and taxis available.

It was a perfect match in this hotel. The staff is more than courteous (when the food came in regular intervals someone, the request, whether it was for a can do, without being asked the drinks in the glass nachgießt, if still a bit in the bottle is etc.) And the cleanliness in and around the hotel was also excellent. The leisure facilities are excellent and the location and view, the one of the rooms was great! The food was varied so there was something for everybody and the rooms were huge and comfortable (for 2 people 2 bathrooms ..., large living room and very large bed with more than just comfortable mattresses). The hotel was super, and could from my side from only be recommended! read hotel review

I can really recommend the hotel. The cleanliness in the hotel, the plant, the pools. Everything was great. The food was partly star. Everything was always fresh and cooked with love. Also the whole staff was very friendly and helpful, especially mrs Tanja is always willing to listen for the concerns and questions of the guests. The negative comments not understand. We have a totally relaxing beach holiday spent in this hotel. Wishes serveral were fulfilled immediately. Very commendable was the honesty of the staff, our forgotten backpack was immediately brought to the room. (at night). With problems with being understood and we recommend contacting the gästebetreuerin Tanja, via the front desk almost always accessible. Tip for: after landing in the duty-free shop at the airport (proximity luggage claim buy), al hamra mall at the supermarket outside right brown double 'beverage' search for supplies. A lot of complaints from other vacationers here concerning transfer and so on are often a matter ... of the guide, Our we only once and not the hotel's fault, but us to the tour operator, there is the back. read hotel review

    We had an about 85 square meters suite and loved it by the size. The suite was clean but worn. The bathroom was dated and worn. In the 2. toilet: constipation. (but was fixed).

    The hotel was ok. But the organization in the hotel could be better. The staff is to 98% unmotivated and unfriendly. When the manager was present, everything was good and they were all nice. Hardly was the manager way, kümmerts no more. One came oneself as all-inclusive guest like 2. choice. Only after tips elicited the staff smiles. At the pool bar you were ignored. Only if one at the bar was and the order gave up, you were served. The private conversations among the staff were more important than the guest. On the 2. day we came no longer in our room, since the display was broken. Thus we stood 1.5 hours before our room. As the setter not could fix, we finally got a spare key one up to our check out. The display could up to our check out not be repaired. This enabled the cleaning staff if we are not locally were, the room cleaning not. As compensation offered us in all inclusive a fruit basket at. A room change, we were of course also offered, which we but for the last 3 days not more to use wanted.

After because bad reviews from because last months i can only say it now after finished position of the pools really nice is. No noise and friendly staff. Had only breakfast but that was good and plentiful everything was immediately refilled. Prices in the hotel for food and drinks a bit high (in the al hamra mall around 15 minutes away on foot or 4 minutes with free shuttle bus from 19 o'clock from the hotel easy to reach, cheaper and good food). At the very nice sandy beach were always at any time of the day chairs available (no ... towel war) The weather with 36 °c air and 30 degrees water was fantastic Lots of russian guests but not noticeable but also more and more german guests. In the hotel no german is understood. Little animation at the beach or pool area and from 23,30 everything is quiet (from and to live music 23.30 at the pool bar) Rooms are large by 85 to 140 square meter unfortunately without balcony and 3 german tv channels The hotel is better than its current reputation. We booked through Big Extra booked. We arrived from Dubai the millennium Plaza. The shuttle had only at the front desk be requested. The tour guide was not face. The transfer to the hotel took place in a minibus and was ok. The drive Dubai - ras al khaimah took-depending on the traffic and destination between 50 minutes and 1.5 hours. The hotel itself is located in the same building, as the currently in the process, Waldorf-astroia, the rumours are after repeated postponement only in january 2014 open plan. The hotel is almost exclusively by russian guests booked. The ... share of german is very low. read hotel review

    We had an about 80 square meters suite. The booked room with 2-bed dormitory room could not made available will, was but also unnecessary. We had 3 balconies, from which only a lock was. For the 2. door could after some hours still a key procured, the 3. door was easily screwed, because the key the suite not procured could. We had a safe in the closet, this was however not attached (safe to go). In both baths were the toilets clogged (rectified). The bathroom is outdated, on the edge of the bathtub with stains. The sofa, the carpet and the sheets were dirty. And only three towels are for a 5 star hotel far from enough. That was before half a year in HolidayCheck criticized, until today, however not turned off. We initially to give serious consideration, to change the hotel.

    Confusing all-inclusive (only a few, certain drinks, food dailydependently only in certain changing restaurants, only buffet). Has the name all inclusive not deserves. Full board and would be a passenderer concept. The all-inclusive guests must at the front desk informed, when the hotel or in the neighboring hotel 'al hamra village' (400 metres outside the hotel the pub) to eat. No labels of the restaurants. Taste, choice and quality of the food are good and better than some spanish hotel. In particular the lunch buffet at the pool was delicious and great presentation. A compliment to the chefs!

    The organization in the hotel is a mixture of confusion and unmotiviertheit. You didn't have the impression of trained staff care. Everyone makes a little something and no one takes care of the rest. On demands there is then only mixed information/excuses. Often unattentive staff, lack of presence of the management. You are only a few in trying to find solutions. Rather hidden one behind the high desk or left at the pool for the guest a long time to wait, because to 4. pivatgespräche only once more. The (german) guest is not central. After general conditions, you should the return flight and transfer 2 days before departure to confirm. From Big Extra (parent company = FTI) or FTI have we by the local agency no guide to face. On our calls to the local agency was only in the reception of the hotel pointed out. From the reception we have only to 9 hours before our night transfer the (almost) transfer time and the return flight confirmation after Germany from the hotel. To put it mildly, a strong piece of, the transport, neither Emirates or Big Extra consistent. We preferred to the airport after Dubai (about 70 kilometer ) with the taxi early in the morning to drive, as our flight not miss wanted. In the hotel brochure from casa hotel it says :' at casa hotels and resorts, it is our objective, the expectations of our guests to beat them in the wide variety of possibilities, personalised service and stunning rooms the perfect hotel experience to guarantee.' Well, that one objectives can, these but not immediately get to. This objective is currently so far away as the earth from the moon.

    The hotel lies at the edge of ras al khaimah. In the neighborhood the hotel is a new building of a hotel 'residence' on the golf course. The shell is about 50% complete. So you need to have many months/years with construction disruption expected. Purchase possibilities exist only in about 2 kilometer away al hamra mall. Entertainment there are no other.

Beautiful building with good beach area, however the staff from the front desk, breakfast buffet and service is absolutely incompetent (does not apply to the hamra village restaurant). Young people with very little or not any english and without experience aren't able, the expectations to do it justice. Dirty bathroom, clogged drains, no towels and so on all nod on addressing affirmative, it happens but nothing. In front of the day of departure the information on out, pick-up and flight date etc. Russian press and vomit. The eve ordered raise stayed. Unfortunately. read hotel review

We booked through sonnenklar. Tv booked... 3 emirates, amongst others also ras al khaimah in this hotel. Thank god we were just 3 nights in this hotel accommodated. Construction around the hotel, (still) no infrastructure. Service directly nothing. Only russians... With us were 2 german couples in the hotel. The hotel we would in no case further-recommend. read hotel review

Construction noises was only evenings at the pool bar disturbing, since konnre you but also in the sister hotel planting. From and to time it was possible to hear at the beach once drilling or similar, but it was the space to nachbarliegeplatz so large, that the mobile phone calls cost not noticed. read hotel review

The hotel is very beautiful and the photos the tour operator in the brochures are what on site looks. We have 1 week beach vacation booked all inclusive and weren't disappointed. The suite was huge, the bed linen they even changed daily, the cleanliness of the hotel is impressive and the food, wow, especially the dessert area has us certainly 1 kilogram more on the Waage cost. The service is very good., the staff very nice. The late -check out wasn't a problem, we were here very accommodating treated. Only drawback was the construction of the 2. Pools at the ... beach. But really this was not a problem. Probably we were lucky, since this straight in the endzügen is. The construction of the adjoining hotels we can see, but it was barely noticed. A second flaw is the internet. Wi-fi yes, but 10 €for 1 hour (is within 7 hours consume). This is a top price, since these today to days should be free. All together we would this hotel definitely recommend. Of course everything is matter of taste and if you definitely a mistake to find would like, then you will find the safe also here. You should always remember ' as you forest in squalls, so echoed there again '. read hotel review
