Beautiful building with good beach area, however the staff from the front desk, breakfast buffet and service is absolutely incompetent (does not apply to the hamra village restaurant). Young people with very little or not any english and without experience aren't able, the expectations to do it justice. Dirty bathroom, clogged drains, no towels and so on all nod on addressing affirmative, it happens but nothing. In front of the day of departure the information on out, pick-up and flight date etc. Russian press and vomit. The eve ordered raise stayed. Unfortunately. read more

We booked through sonnenklar. Tv booked... 3 emirates, amongst others also ras al khaimah in this hotel. Thank god we were just 3 nights in this hotel accommodated. Construction around the hotel, (still) no infrastructure. Service directly nothing. Only russians... With us were 2 german couples in the hotel. The hotel we would in no case further-recommend. read more

Construction noises was only evenings at the pool bar disturbing, since konnre you but also in the sister hotel planting. The garden was very well-kept and we had a one bedroomsuite, that means i had alone around 80 to 90 square meter for me alone, my cousins had the same size for 2 adults and one child. Everything was very clean. We had all-inclusive. Guests were not so many in the hotel, a few russian and german with children. read more

    In my suite i had a bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. A bathroom with shower and toilet, in addition still 2 extratoiletten, once with a shower and even with a sink. A coffee maker and coffee and tea was also available. A telephone gave it in the living room, the safe was free. Everyone had a big balcony with 2 armchairs and a table. Everything was very clean only with the wardrobe the doors very hard to move. Everything was very clean and alright.

The choice was very good and every day there was something else to eat. It looked everything very clean and appetizing. The plates were immediately cleared if we with eat were finished.

    The staff at reception, in the dining room and the pool and beach bar Was very friendly and accommodating and with our knowledge of english Or also in german we were understood. The room was every day cleaned and there were daily 2 bottles of water to drink for each En in the room. On the first day there was the additional bed for the grandson my cousin and it was immediately delivered.

    We are in Dubai landed and quite dense fog and were glad when we in the hotel arrived, we have not on the clock looked like long we were out. The food was really great. The hotel right on the beach. A shopping center is about 1 kilometer away where we with the hotel shuttle bus could but we preferred to walk. We didn't go on excursions.

The hotel is very beautiful and the photos the tour operator in the brochures are what on site looks. We have 1 week beach vacation booked all inclusive and weren't disappointed. The suite was huge, the bed linen they even changed daily, the cleanliness of the hotel is impressive and the food, wow, especially the dessert area has us certainly 1 kilogram more on the Waage cost. The service is very good., the staff very nice. The late -check out wasn't a problem, we were here very accommodating treated. Only drawback was the construction of the 2. Pools at the ... beach. But really this was not a problem. Probably we were lucky, since this straight in the endzügen is. The construction of the adjoining hotels we can see, but it was barely noticed. A second flaw is the internet. Wi-fi yes, but 10 €for 1 hour (is within 7 hours consume). This is a top price, since these today to days should be free. All together we would this hotel definitely recommend. Of course everything is matter of taste and if you definitely a mistake to find would like, then you will find the safe also here. You should always remember ' as you forest in squalls, so echoed there again '. read more

If when all guests also in hotel food could be it would be very good. And not every day in the al hamra village go must, the maximum three stars. The construction with the pool was from al hamra palace and at the beach, the annoying. Since the whole night being worked on. No of hotel guests, also from other tour operator knew nothing of the construction site. Even in the hotel were ... not even all rooms finished. Permanent construction noises ( circular saw, jackhammer) due to completion of a new pools. Stay by the pool almost impossible, at the beach, the itself is very nice, as well as clearly background noise noticeable. Tennis courts ok, free play however only from 8 to 16 o'clock, afterwards subject to a charge. A gym with enough devices is also included, however in the gym neither changing rooms, showers or toilets available. We had booked a suite, unfortunately without balcony. There is a large living room with couch, a kitchen with washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave. However was a use this ... things no utensils, cutlery, pots unfortunately not possible. Pleasant were two toilets, a with a shower equipped. Unfortunately there was no storage space for shampoo, shower gel etc., not in the shower. Bottles, toiletry bag had to on the floor will be turned off. Throughout the stay was a rotten, musty odor in the living room and hall noticeable. 90% Russian guests. At breakfast and at dinner there were always long queues, during rush hour you often empty pots and pans. The Russian tourist were partly very loud, at table manners etc. Missing it often. Altogether has this hotel never five stars merit. Positive should be emphasized certainly the wonderful beach, the restaurant and variety the food and the hard-working behavior the hotel employees. read more

The hotel is in a good condition. We were 2 persons in a suite with 2 bedrooms,1 large living room with flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, 1 guests toilet, as well as a kitchen accommodated. It was cleaned daily and towels, as well as Bath-towels were changed. The breakfast was plentifully there was for any taste what, from omelets to Spegelei, Müssliecke, fruit sweet pastry, toast, Different rolls u. v. More. In the kitchen missing however the table-Ware. Except 4 coffee cups, 6 glasses was nothing available, nevertheless a stove, a microwave, washing machine, fridge( served as mini bar) ..., Stove and coffee machine available. Recommendation for eventual self provider should also dishes are provided. read more

The first impression from the outside on arrival at 2:00 o'clock at night was impressive, because the hotel beautifully lit up. The settlement at the front desk went quickly what i on the late arrival time led. The rooms are apartments with a kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. We only booked with breakfast. Guest structure was mixed, also russians but inconspicuous areas. We know that from other holidays completely different. First on the next day we have the extent of building site saw. The whole beach area before the construction of the part of the future ... Walldorf - astorias and 3/4 of the hotel are still under construction. There were brochures from what is the Walldorf- astoria only 2013 will be opened. The part where now occupied, is part of the casa chain and has nothing to do with the area of the now still under construction. read more

    The rooms were huge and were also always well cleaned. The towels were changed daily and the bed always made with fresh sheets. We also had an iron and ironing board in our room, the needs but probably on vacation nobody. It was the furnishings of the kitchen poor. There were only 2 cups, 2 spoons and 2 glasses, no knife over also times fruit to cut. If a kitchen is included, with a fridge and washing machine, then i could also a bit more dishes and silverware there. A safe is located in the closet in the bedroom, but is not the cupboard and could at any time be removed.

    Because we only booked breakfast had, we only the sea breeze restaurant. The breakfast was adequate (you really always found something to eat), but was no variation since, it was everyday the same. We know that from other 5 star hotels completely different. The yogurt was for example during the whole breakfast stood above the counter. I have therefore explicitly declined to try. For the coffee we are partly wait very long. Also the clearing of the used dishes did not work.     There are tennis courts, but the temperatures no one has used. The pool is small and was so dirty that even at 1.00 meters deep the tiles on the floor not seen. We didn't used once. On the beach are enough chairs and umbrellas available, but also dirty from the sand and dirt from the construction. There is small table with the chairs, they were constantly dirty. The beach is beautiful broad and the water quality was good. We had temperatures of 34-36 degrees. The showers at the beach were cleaned regularly. The path to the single toilet of the pool and beach area were was during our stay ripped. At the beach the construction always heard. It was partly. The whole day geflext, hammered, the excavator and heavy machinery have the beach edit. On the construction site was 24 hours worked. We found it very annoying, of peace and relaxation no trace. We enjoyed the al hamra village and went into the al hamra palace beach resort has come. Everything was ok, we can nothing negative to say. The construction noises did not bother us, we got at the beach nothing at all. The worst reviews we could not understand. In the current time all about be hotel inform. The hotel was optically quite beautifully. Weather and the sea water were really wonderful. But the outer appearance deceives Unfortunately. From the closed balcony you could a massive construction site see. On the demand with the management, we got the answer, that this does not to the hotel am. It would be the construction of a new constructed neighboring hotels. We were there however other opinion. The construction noises err by the whole day. Especially have disturbing we however evenings after the dinner at the pool bar felt. There could one its drinks only with construction noises and dust enjoy. ... Not free were hardly guests, unless we. Debris we have also in the sea found. On the rooms was drilled and remodeled. The all inclusive- offer for us not worth it. We have only to half eleven drinks received. The selection was poor. Not comparable with other hotels. Staff were all together friendly. We had al hamra Palace ( five star hotel) booked. However we had to every evening for dinner ( in the all inclusive program included) in a nearby hotel ( however 4 stars). Choice of the dinner was relatively small, quality has however right. The hotel is currently unfortunately not recommendable. read more

Hotel relatively new and modernly styled. Beautiful big room, everything very clean. But, stay away, as long as there is right next to a huge construction site. Construction noises by 7:00 A. M. in the morning until: o'clock continuous. Whereas I presslufthammern, noises from cutting discs, beating, noise by dredger etc., my. So absolutely not recommendable. Otherwise is the lower pool, not ready and for the tourist also no eye pasture, everywhere debris, terrible. Also the prices, we had all-inclusive ( what however the hotel under all inclusive not understand the guest), but if you don't booked, it would ... very expensive come. It was right rude. read more

    Our room was huge with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen. The rooms were cleaned daily and it was very clean, since there is nothing to complain about. However you are from a five-star hotel also, that evenings again a cleaning respectively change of towels made, none there is more than saved.

The nicest staff are at the pool bar, they are very nice and tried hard. The people at the reception are exactly the opposite, unfriendly, impersonal, not at all cooperative. A shame for a five-star hotel. There was however a salemp, mrs Tanja, the was very nice and tried hard. It has me directly suffering done, because lots of guests were very unsatisfied, although I do not really know, all directly complained or so herummaulten.     We had in our room already on arrival under the bed thick clouds of dust. Here was up to our check out not cleaned. The stone floors were properly swept, the tables abraded.     The location of the hotel is somewhat remote right on the arabian sea. The hotel's own beach is approximately 400 meters wide.     The rooms are super large. Our room was otherwise very clean and modern. We had amongst others 3 bathroom, a large kitchen and a big balcony. ( beware: not every room has a balcony) great was, that we without an extra charge in a larger room with a balcony change there could.     From the airport/ Dubai by taxi/ mini -bus about half an hour away. Al hamra mall with shuttle bus ( every 20 minutes from the hotel and back ) easy to reach, on foot also possible. It is a great hotel, when it is ready. On 21-06-2012 to at the beach a large solar sails to be attached. The construction didn't bother us at all. In June it is in order 38 degrees the sea, the pool, as well as the shower the same temperature therefore should definitely the pool refrigerated, it is too hot no cooling. Since the whole hotel complex currently a only major construction is, I would soon vacation not recommend. Staff hard-working from the modest situation to do the best. But if you 24 hours around the hour with construction noises blaring, is the serenity for the most valuable time in the year zero.
