We were one week in Sporthotel Neustift in a normal double room. The room is very small, even if with thick skiwear traveling. The tv is very small. For a four star superior hotel this institution will not acceptable. We recommend here only the booking a suite, the of course much more expensive. The food in the evening was, overall ok, but we were a little more had expected and some food was very salty or simply not enjoyable were. The wellness area is super nice and spacious, here we have us very gladly stopped around the room a little ... escape. The hotel is very recommendable for families, whereas you had to say that it is not a four star superior hotel it is. read more

Well situated hotel near elferlift. For our own taste the hotel is somewhat outdated, although parts of the hotel renovated (some rooms and wellness area). read more

We were for the 3. time at sporthotel and were this time of the quality and friendliness of the service personnel disappointed. The toppersonal the last years was no longer available, the quality of the dishes has decreased. The room and the spa area were still great. read more

    The rooms are divided into old and new. Partly there were rooms with carpeted floors and dandere with wooden floors. Many rooms have an ancient mini-tv (tube), which in today's time not any more fit. The furniture is as mentioned, depending on the room just older model or modern. The room was daily made, but missing the little things, such as the blanket smooth drag... In the bath simply only quickly wiped-washing and ready. Seifenartikel there were only 1 times at prior, small soap, small duschfläschen, small lotion and hood. The air conditioning in the bathroom was automatically and unfortunately very loud. You could also the guests in adjoining rooms hear. Road noise was to be heard. Coffee maker: no Minibar: yes, small bottle wine 19€ Safe: yes The curtains/drapes are tacky flowered and fit also not more into the present time.

    The breakfast was almost every day, always the same, no variation. After 2-3 days... Is the range through. There was no special brunch, for example sunday sparkling wine and so on, as one usually in other hotels this kategoire knows. What however completely was sad, that one from 9 o'clock barely wholemeal bread got. On the issue of the waiters it meant then: 'there is nothing more'... And the breakfast goes until 10,30 o'clock. Something like that shouldn't be! At lunch, we rarely in the hotel meal, since we were out. The pool in the afternoon was adequate, unfortunately no great warm apple strudel or similar, only which the store. The dinner is satisfactory, more however not. Small portions and sometimes only lukewarm. Some of the dishes were bland. We have much better eaten in Tirol. The beverage prices are befitting the hotel and the wines are damn expensive, for normal wines. Of course, there were also some darlings on the wine list, the however only oenophiles can be paid and want. Otherwise you drink a beer or Cola. No christmas meal was offered was so far okay, the service however unfortunately no that great, but it is as mentioned a matter of taste.

    The friendliness in the hotel is okay, but no 4-star s-like. Unfortunately it was missing at the little touches. There were some complaints, the however not gladly been heard and as well as ignored. Whether it the use the sauna guests was, which was only for people from 15 years should be. Unfortunately you met from baby... Children with parents in the adult sauna area and in the adult jacuzzi. So something must be stopped. It was from the parents and the management ignored, although in the hotel description and also in the entrance area pointing out... A shame!

    There was a small gym, which here and there used. Unfortunately it was directly at the rooms and the weights you could eat in the surrounding rooms already times fall heard. The swimming pool was also well visited and one heard unfortunately also well in the restrooms of the directly adjoining spa. At rest was less to think.     The hotel is located in direct proximity to elferlift, to the motorway it is only a couple of minutes. To the glacier and other places you can with the trolley bus. The hotel offers also a shuttle bus to the glacier to, however only fixed times. In town you can purchase groceries (m market and hotel) so some things to buy. Otherwise only sports shops... And less shopping, as it is rather to Innsbruck purely. In town does not exist very lots of possibilities experience, except for the disco for jngere people. On the Alpine yert it is cosy, lgute treats... No hustle and bustle as in sölden, or Ischgl... The glacier is on the middle station a aprés ski bar, there is more going on, if that's how you like it.

The owner of the family-run hotels looked for the contact with the guest and fulfilled to possibility all its wishes. The wellness area is ingenious and left almost nothing to be desired. The offered massage- and beauty treatments are experienced staff carried out. The in-house restaurant worn guests with a excellent, solid but light and refined kitchen. Positive: large wellness offer but we think, that if, as in many other hotels this category, in the high season the place is not enough. Fresh orange juice that means really fresh since a machine pressed. Great 5-course menu friday. Negative: room, alleged junior suite, with all normal double room step. Contrary to rezeptionsausage are not all buses free, partly rather expensive. On the gletscherbusse eighth! Very expensive wine list! No house wine, like in other hotels. You will somewhat bierecke derängt. Nevertheless clear recommendation! read more

Were our 1-year-old son to relax there. A very nice hotel with renovated large room and supergroßem bathroom. Great food with a wide selection and great service the also very to our junior cared has. A great wellness area, big swimming pool with a children's pool and hot tub inside and out, great. Beautiful area with very many possibilities for recreation. Again a nice hiking vacation. And after exercising we are gladly back to the hotel gone, for lunch or in the swimming pool/ wellness area. The rooms were the booked, cheapest category, were a bit shabby and had minor faults like a cracked tile in the bathroom. Didn't bother us, we were prepared and it was everything available, which for us is required. There was in comparison to our earlier stays some minor changes. The selection at the breakfast buffet and with the midday salad buffet was somewhat small, but perfectly adequate. The, in my eyes dropout, habit some guests ..., the fahrradschlüssel for the from the hotel available the wheels evenings and to keep this for days to block is not from the hotel to answer for, but maybe since a settlement.? The spa area was in spite of the full occupancy of the hotel not crowded, plenty of beautiful resting were available. We ate well, are good pampered and want to come back. read more

Were already many times in the Sporthotel Neustift and again and again satisfied. Friendliness of the staff and dining we greatly appreciate. Hotel has itself in the last few years from the original' sports hotel'increasingly into a' wellness-and family hotel' developed with the lots of children and the rain visit the spa complex to see. The noise level in the restaurant on some days a little noisy and about andf. The stubaital as a whole offers beautiful hiking trails, very good Alpine huts and beautiful nature. read more
