Gladly again once, Überraschungsweekend with mrs for example interlaken as community offers not really very much, the hotel itself is for one of the best in the ch, in things sanitary installations, but the tooth the time was weathered. Unfortunately the housekeeping was unsatisfactory. It was not even cleaned the couverture made, which in a 5 star hotel and these prices is to be expected. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent and i would stay there again! read more

We were three days in the hotel Virgo Viktoria and have ourselves all around felt at ease. It is extremely clean hotel. The prices in the spa area are however relatively high. The very good food. All together definitely recommendable. read more

The hotel Victoria Jungfrau impressed only from the outside. The interior of the hotel does what it from the outside promises. our room with a view of the heights and Jungfrau was excellent! very very clean, with a lot of love to detail. The guests in the hotel were very mixed. There is nobody misbehaving. read more

    the furnishings of the room was great,... Own coffee machine, plenty of storage space, spacious room, comfortable cushions for the pool chair on the balcony and beautiful fluffy Duvet. the furnishing was very classic held. It is technically with top devices from Bang Olufsen equipped.

    the staff are very friendly! Did not seem fake, as some expensive hotels. the luggage 5 minutes after we had already in the room, it was not just in our room, but the suit was neatly in the closet hung and was unpacking the suitcase prepared on the rack for suitcase. the concierge service was also great.     The staff are almost without exception very friendly, helpful, accommodating and never pushy. One feels good all round and welcome. The customer is king, and everywhere. Cleaning of the rooms at any time spotless. Treatments at the spa are absolutely great and at the highest level pleasant and professional. I don't know of any better. Where one elsewhere always a little less shall (than expected), one gets here always a bit more!

We booked three days Wellness vacation, without informing us, currently a construction site in front of the door. Wake up early in the morning by loud against eight smelly vehicles. A stay in the room was impossible, as well as the opened the window. The Spa offer were already in the apron no applications more available, although the hotel was only sparsely booked. Only a very expensive we were touted Sensai treatment, every good beautician provides work better. The breakfast was average, definitely not worth more than four stars. All in all a hotel, does not deserve the five stars ..., we have enjoyed in four stars hotels better service. Aperol squirt in the bar, in the drink glass! Afternoon tea eight Euros. Totally overpriced. read more

An old-Venerable hotel in the best location in Interlaken. It is, however, that the motivated staff missing. A lot is just routine, the feeling 'welcome to sein' - in terms of the information we had almost the feeling, that immediately do you want to leave. The house is clean and pretty good. A few Face-lift ' but would not hurt. It seems two category of guests to enter. With and without water for the journey home, our luggage with the check out left long in coming. read more

Mostly attempted the staff to run off and hide. Then during dinner very early the tables around to push- definitely not very silent was, and a bit of the mood pressed. No evening turn-down service management said, the not disturb sign would be on the door saying that-the whole evening?

    Large and newly opened again (after a fire) SpA. The saunas were unfortunately not open yet. Large fitness area/ tennis Halls. However the view is not in the jacuzzi especially, you can see directly at the other wall of the house.

    An old-Venerable hotel in the best location in Interlaken. It is, however, that the motivated staff missing. A lot is just routine, the feeling 'welcome to sein' - in terms of the information we had almost the feeling, that immediately do you want to leave. The house is clean and pretty good. A few Face-lift ' but would not hurt. It seems two category of guests to enter. With and without water for the journey home, our luggage with the check out left long in coming.

    It is doubt the best location in Interlaken- in case one room with a view of the mat is/Bay. In the case beautiful weather with a view of Eiger/monk and Jungfrau mountains. This is perfect.

Very beautiful hotel with refined ambience with great view the jungfraujoch. The rooms are very comfortable, the comfort of the hotel top. The spa area is exceptional, the pool extremely large. Highly recommendable. read more

A little 'verse deaf old box'. Cheap seeming laminate in the de luxe rooms. Damage to the bathroom lavabos are lousy cheap metal painted over. rest of the sanitary equipment and their colors come from the 70s. 80 in jeans arrived, the staff treated as long as second-rate, until the gold credit card will be presented. Three carriers herumstehende make it nevertheless still, the first after about half an hour into the room. The hotel is found, that a blanket in the Junior suite including 1 day Jaguar convertible cheaper than our arrangement would be former. The check-out time in ... the morning there was much too little staff. We waited for a quarter of an hour, until we arrived at the range and missed the train. The manager of the hotel was not in the replies to our suggestions and limited to standard phrases. At least there's a director. Because during the stay it was never visible. Once in the lenkerhof in lenk to guest, it is in every respect different things. Price-performance ratio was in Victoria-Jungrau not. read more

The Victoria Jungfrau understands it, its high standard, not only to maintain, but also to improve again and again small. Although or, as it is a luxury hotel, one feels also as a family with a toddler. The staff is friendly without being artificially. read more
