Gasthaus Jakober^{(0 stars)}

Gasthaus jakober consists of 3 buildings into a small area, centrally located in the middle of alpbach. The inn itself is the front desk, as well as the restaurant. Directly next to it (20 meters across the parking lot) is the adjoining building with 9-10 rooms. There we were accommodated. We = a group of 12 persons and 2 small children. On the ground floor (only the building around from the outside to celebrate) is a pizzeria, in the the breakfast was served (this is a very nice and exceptional ambience!). Derweiteren there is on the other side nor about ... 50 meters away the gasthaus kramer with other rooms. This we can't say anything, apart from we were able to park. The ski bus stops below this whole building (no more than 100 metres from the gasthofeingang ) and runs from here without stop directly to gondeleinstieg alpbach (he was never fully with us). About 2 minutes. Goes every 15 minutes. Is really great the kitchen. I had only booked accomodation and breakfast, to show food. Massive choice and tasted excellent. Really great service - thanks to Werner. Also a small complaint was impeccably performed. Despite full restaurant also a very minimal wait. Really great. The rooms are big enough, the bathrooms could have been a bit bigger, but was still okay. There were complaints about defective bulbs within 5 minutes. Although it seems, we cannot say, that it very badly soundproofed would have been. Flat screen tv available. The ski/ schuhtrockenraum is a bit small - here one could space by the equipment were removed. Really great was also the e-mail prior to the organisation. read more
