From the moment we arrived, we received first class service and hope to rebook soon. The staff were great with the children (aged 9 & 13) and kept them entertained throughout the day whilst the adults enjoyed the relaxation pool. We stayed in a villa which was very clean and spacious. Food options were varied and could easily stay for 2 weeks without the menu getting tired. The complex is as already described several times, well. However no 5 stars. One is somewhat later to eat gone, was not any longer refilled, or minimally the tables set them again. Also the rooms are very noisy. read more

Oriental fascination. We wanted to a week somewhat easing and with springtime temperatures take a break from everyday life. In addition we a hotel searched, the a very good evaluation and we are in spite of the high claim still positively surprised %blank%. The hotel was dandified and in great condition, the staff absolutely customer-and service oriented, the rooms and the furnishings were top, the food was with a massive selection in the best quality. We have a week of the highest standard spend. Our kids (9 and 12) were good fun, especially good supplies are certainly smaller children in ... the huge betreuungsbereich, private pool, round-a-bouts and so on. Particularly beautiful the villas somewhat remotely from the commotion. The entertainers were present however not pushy and some thought. Even a 'small' complaint from us of the highest standard taken serious, extremely service-oriented and immediately in german language with us worked. 10 minutes later, there was no complaints more. Otium Eco Club Side is very recommendable and as holiday-makers is one there in good hands.

We had a lucky trip and are in the very nice and tidy hotel.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. As we were next to the elevator our room and everyone at the room had very noisy. The complex is well cared for and clean. The food was very good and with a lot of variation, who finds there nothing it is your own fault. The staff, no matter where, is very nice and helpful. The entertainment put in so much effort and it was very much ' fun, especially the archery with 'do'. We would not hesitate to ... the hotel gladly book again since we are very pleased. read more

Environmental awareness and service with a smile. Smile club are the principal items this hotel.
The beautifully landscaped resort is always with green water and lots of hard-working hands well maintained.
The small tiergehege leaves not only childrens' hearts beat faster, if the peacock bike beats.
The hotel had on arrival first since 10 days open, everything was fresh renovated and very clean. Our room was every day thoroughly cleaned, also fresh bedding if we can get. The whole staff was very friendly and always make an effort it all guests quite to machen. ... The smile club for all guests you could any desire be met, whether small plaster, emailcheck or excursion tip and so on., the all-inclusive of the finest quality. The slides in the outdoor area were begeisternt use. The entertainment surprised with daily new offers. The gym was even a very competent trainer, with advice and act guests to side. Lifeguard at each pool made for safety. In the spa we could us expert massages and after desire and mood saunas and relaxing. Our room was very spacious, the pool side, near elevator and no little noisy. In the restaurant and conservatory were the tables always clean set, according to the principle of the hotel with placemat from recycled paper and ökoserviertten. For april was then also at the beach everything was finished and with the shuttle or 5 minutes walk along the lake's prima to reach. With tennis court, Midget Golf, table tennis, a well-kept sand volleyball court on the complex for lots of fun and games provided. After all read reviews we were very curious how the complex presented. The 2. rate arrival at reception was :' would you like to have breakfast? The late risers -breakfast is still 20 minutes. ' we were positively surprised! The check in was very professional. Altogether the staff were very outgoing, friendly and always tried, the wishes of the guests to fulfill.
It was our 6. holiday in Turkey. All in the hotel description statet we have our stay couldn't test - therefore we surely again in the complex Otium Eco Club side. We liked it very much! read more

Were our 6 months old baby on site. The hotel is obviously fairly old, although new furniture in the rooms have been submitted. Carpets, bathrooms and corridors are old we could have stayed longer, the rooms, especially the restaurant and the front desk, are dark and leave little natural light.
It is also huge, and the construction not ideal. We stayed in a u-shaped complex, the hallways on the inside and open (as balconies) arranged were-with the result, that you also of 3 floors above and 15 rooms the flurgeräusche (stone!) Heard. We were very satisfied and had a great week of vacation. The area is large, lots of green, beautiful lake next door for walking. In a couple of minutes you can reach on foot the small center with shops, there is also the access points with the Dolmuş for example to side or Manavgat drive (about 15 minutes).
Cleanliness, friendliness and have fun is in the hotel also given.
Where there is certainly still a lot potential of improvement is available, is in the food area. All said, it is always full and one could also be satisfied, but nevertheless ... would be a bit more variety, partly warmer food and a friendlier atmosphere in the dining area wünschendwert and may the overall impression further improve.
All together however a great vacation for me, as the priority for me at the hotel and not for the food is, because -as mentioned- one will be full of course always and everyone should find something. read more
