We are middle january 2012 with 4 adults and a small child to Maritius flown. The transfer the nordcap took about 70 minutes
We chose the kuxville beach cottages decided, because a hotelzimmerurlaub in a holiday resort not for us into question came. A bungalow with all degrees of freedom-private fridge and play area for the child etc. Were important to us. The short routes in kuxville, the nice friendly kind of the staff and of the family kux and the whole concept went to 100% convinced.
The complex is no sterile 5 star complex but clean and tidy clean ... and tidy. Beautiful plants, birds ( webervögel ) and lizards. The sandy beach falls slowly, to dig and bathe ideal. read more

We stayed at the July Kuxville for two weeks and enjoyed every single day. I should not write here, so that it was long A inside tip will. The only location right on the sea is excellent, but is unsurpassed by the maid service. In the morning, served on the terrace by the maid the breakfast, in the port you discusses the requests for dinner. All ingredients and drinks are employees worried and if you from an excursion, the shopping tour from grand Baie or came back from the sunbathing, it smells already delicious in the house. Once again served ... on the terrace overlooking the Indian ocean. What else could you want? In the area there was a tv, as well as a large selection of books in different languages. The attached diving and kite-surfing-school offers lessons and various water sports. A sunbathing lawn with chairs and beach chairs available, a broad, long beach you but to no avail-but we did not miss it, because you have to take a bus to other beaches good. Directly opposite the area is a bus stop direction grand-Baie. There you could wonderfully shop or in the nice bars again. The atmosphere and furnishings in the bar is very friendly and Kuxville informal to describe. We had problems with our return flight one was very helpful and made everything possible for us. In short: our Mautirius we would vacation anytime again in Kuxville spend. read more

The Kuxville was an area with different sized cabins. We were in the smallest house 'Moritz' building. This is tiny, but it was enough for a week with super weather. There was a opened with only one curtain separated bedroom zu'r dining area and kitchen. The bathroom tiny (in front of the sink was already have one foot in the shower). Therefor the house was in a small wonderful garden, close ingrowing with a large terrace. A hedge you could see a bit of sea. Our cottages in need of a renovation, the furniture is old, but functional. The bed ... was on the wall, so, that one had to crawl over the foot. But there are larger houses and has already started to renovate. The unique here, that one was a maid, if desired, the meals prepared. Beginning in the morning with the breakfast and a fresh baguette, and if you want a lunch and dinner in the evening. On arrival is already a basic equipment in the fridge and we are being asked, whether the food service. There is a food Vorschlagliste but our maid (her name was Pran) was also agree with our own proposals. The purchase will be provided by the front desk to market prices. Also drinks you with. We stayed for 1 week, for breakfast and dinner, daily beer and wine about 100.00 euros for two people. Clearly, the maid the hotel is clean, the beds and the dishes rinse. It was a very nice experience from the beach in the evening 'home' and it smelled wonderful from the kitchen, the table on the terrace was set up and had a delicious Hünchencurry Pran magic! The whole resort is very idyllic, directly on the beach and very, very quiet. There is no entertainment! Neither radio and a television gives it only in the library (at our time broken!). At the sea there is a small lawn with a few pool chairs. Right on the beach a few tables and we are after dinner with a bottle of wine together comfortably and could see the sea. There are many regular guests here, German and French. The family is originally from Germany and Kux very you communicate in German, otherwise English or French. In the Library there is a huge selection of books, German, as well as in English. Excursions were offered, you should also use it, with a driver and had to decide, where you want to take a break. We were in the capital port Luis and in the Botanical garden (very nice!), 09:00-15:00 o'clock by the way, cost about 40.00 euro for the two of us. Transfer from the airport is also offered. In February it was very warm, about 40 °C, and it was very, very many mosquitos. So good repellent Pack, or at the front desk to buy! For clothes you don't need much, since you for itself alone. Actually suits completely enough. The maids washed and ironed on request, for a 1/2 washing machine including handles about Euro 5, -. There are towels in the house, only you should bring towels. You should only stay here, if you can enjoy absolute peace! There is a diving and kite surfing is offered (a son of the family Kux is island champion). Snorkeling was great, fish in all Frben to admire! The water had a temperature of about 29 degrees. The beach slooped very lightly, thus also for children well suitably! read more
