We were due to the lots of negative Reports very positively surprised. We can neither the cleanliness still on the breakfast buffet backbiting. Our room was clean, also under the bed, and cleaned daily. There was also the breakfast buffet, especially for Italian standards, pristine. Different sausage, cereals, Croissants, marmelade, types of tea, cakes and so on
We booked through booking. Com included garage booked, which were impeccably available has been made.
Rooms had we back out. But wanted to change, as our bathroom relatively large, and the room as already said very clean was. Had thus naturally no view ... of the see, which didn't really bother us though. The hotel is in a very good location and the way to the beach short.
Say we want, that our travel time limited (September shortly before the winter season) only more few rooms were full.
We have only booked breakfast, and were in the evening either la gondola or in the La Postiglione (both on the via S. Margherita directly behind the hotel) eat. Both pub are very good, whereas the Postiglione the better ambience and a better kitchen offers. read more

The location of the hotel is really perfect, but the cleanliness in the rooms left much to be desired! I think our room was not cleaned, as we the rooms referred to was only the bed changed! Under the bed dirt, in the shower on the counter for shampoo was the shampoo from previous room inhabitants, the bathroom to and for itself is really very tiny and dirty it fit two people. I will the hotel not again. Breakfast is okay, have better in Caorle (other hotel ) the buffet offers not very big choices, the scrambled eggs is only ... about every 30 minutes newly brought that means if you are unlucky enough you get only cold scrambled eggs. read more

Although we a elegance room booked around proud 200 Euro the night the room was small wall dirty, bed from the 70., TV as big as a shoe box. -an old small chest,, everything was perhaps not so bad but especially very loud hotel, guests staying in shear themselves nothing for night's sleep -all together I am very disappointed been from the hotel read more

Hotel itself was very ok. Beach was also reasonable, only the only thing which no three stars deserved the food was. If you book this hotel should only with breakfast. The largest problem of the hotel the information from the reception. read more

In fact everything great, but who at the weekend by car travels must have luck in the so-called private hotel parking a parking space to get, because this as public parking eclosed and you from the hotel a free park card gets. We were not lucky and for the week the hotel's own underground parking for 5€ per day preferred. Ergo a bit steep for parking. read more

We felt very much at ease.

Very nice hotel in a great location. In a few steps away from the local shops and in a short period of time one is in the center. The beach is only a street to reach. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and the food good. Typical Italian cuisine. read more

Had only breakfast, rooms such as everywhere in Italy rather small, but had nothing other expected. Room with a view of the sea was perfect. Very friendly at the front desk. Would this hotel book immediately again! read more

You can really recommend the hotel, the breakfast was very good, the location to the beach was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good German, nearby there are very good restaurants and ice cream salon. There is also an aqua park and a big slide at the far end of the beach. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation, we would love to go back to caorle and I'd love to go back to the Hotel Bellevue! read more

We would like the friendliness of the staff and the good room service to highlight. The hotel is very centrally located, the white sandy beach is just 150 metres and the car is directly in front of the Hotel parking. Anytime again! read more

The hotel and the service staff was fine, but the total was absolutely unsfreundlich! At our request, the parking lot may be longer than until 10:00 o'clock on the day of departure you to use very rude and told us they have just received guests and we could not park there-Although parking spaces were available-from 10:00 there is no longer a guest. Not even our offer to pay for parking in addition to say you would like. We will never stay there again. We stayed here for the seven times in Italy (caorle, Lignano, jesolo). We had a ... problem after 10:00 nowhere on the day of arrival the car still stand, or could be used for a small extra charge the rooms even until the afternoon.
In the room we were torn and worn towels-was total absolutely disappointing for three star! read more

We were already four times in different years in the hotel and its location to the beach, family atmosphere and friendly, as well as the food was very pleased.
We had booked half board, which was enough for us. There was a breakfast buffet, as well as a salad buffet with menu choice. From three offered, with starters, main courses and desserts can be combined, you could choose.
The town centre is very close and is from 20 o'clock Füßgängern reserved the. Also several times a week a cultural highlight offered (ISK and pop concerts Klas). All in all, we ... will recover this year. read more

The hotel is in a good condition our room was good, it was cleaned every day our room. It makes on the whole a very clean impression. The quality of the service was remembered generously varied and were always full. In addition there was a salad buffet. The breakfast was always a buffet. The quality of the beach was not far. Transportation to and from the hotel was okay.
The staff are all very friendly and happy to help.
However, the cleaning and maintenance of the room, at least with our, not to work properly.
When we entered our room for the first time was even toilet paper in the toilet and the ashtray on the balcony completely full.
The shower head was (still good) improvised with a pleasant procedure.
Our room was bad, as the noise from surrounding rooms (doors, tv, electric Roller shutter) could hear, what bothered me especially at night. Furthermore, the air conditioning made a strange noise ... every five minutes.
The competence of the staff in their ability to communicate in other languages was yellow bräunli Chen spot. The by not, but had a negative connotation.
One day the cleaning lady made our beds didn't. This was because, the room came in, although we still were. They tried to charge us something in Italian to explain, when it probably makes the room or Sunday but they could not speak German nor English, so that we didn't understand what we wanted. In fact, I thought, they tried to tell us, our room cleaned later, but when we returned from the beach in the evening the room was not made yet. At the point a cleaning would help former English knowledge.
The breakfast was okay, but tasted to me and my friend not the rolls. These were somewhat gooey and no matter which they occupied, it was always only the rolls out. Fortunately, there was also croissants, which tasted very good and a good roll replacement. Otherwise, the breakfast is good and varied.
The location of the hotel is ideal. 50m from the beach, 50m to the city. Better it does not go nearly.
I do not recommend this hotel, as there are a lot of three star hotels caorle is, the quality and taste of the food are much better quality. read more
