We are arrived and were initially a little over the location of the hotel disappointed, but with the closer hinsehen we then nevertheless much. The hotel is of the main street not to be overlooked and looks optically good.
We had booked our stay with breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately the dinner so late that our young daughter already to bed had. Us it was then kindly offered that we on breakfast and lunch transfer could. Our small mouse then on vacation their schedules changed so that we go back for dinner moved. This was easily, a compliment to the nice ... ladies the front desk.
The hotel has very on the eastern european customers set, we were many a time from the hotel staff addressed in russian. But, it was a mixed nationality. During our travels we had überiwegend english, russians & dutch.
The hotel normally was clean. We were often already at 6 o'clock and the cleaning staff to meet. read more

Was already 10 times and I'm coming again! Hotel and place we like very good. We were this year 2 time there

Very unfriendly and unqulifiziertes staff in the dining room, it is rather dirty and above all according to.
The quality of the food is nothing special, with luck you can get cups or cutlery during breakfast (nothing for).
Much is announced, there is almost nothing for ernährungsbewusste tourists. Greasy in abundance, cheese with a bit of luck. The fruit is to be quick.
First come, first served is our top priority, because of of the guests, of which many believe everything on the plates there to have it then dispose of, really disgusting.
The evening program out anyway not really ... can.
Our room sacrificed was all right and cleaned daily.
Recommend the hotel you can only very limited. read more

Super relaxing vacation. This hotel recommend I happily.
Very friendly staff & manager. - there were also several employees spoke German ( amongst others also at the front desk, the restaurant, in the animation).
Who on good evening entertainment sets is in the hotel however wrong. Every other day there was' live music '. The music spoke unfortunately to 100% only persons about 50/60 + to.
Friday then regularly a 'DJ', in case you can even call it that, and 'set' exactly the same music for persons from 50 + to.
The remaining days you could then reasonably look at. ... (Parrot show and more )
The entertainment during the day was so far reasonable.
Just over the Whitsun vacation there are a lot of ' Russian visitors' in Santa Susanna. They did not bother me personally, all were very, very polite and had behavior ( also which the food regards) - no overfilled plates, which then three-quarters fully regress, none in tracksuit bottoms / Trunk (without shell). Women to 95% only in clothing.
The food was good, one always tried variety realizing/to vary. (partly not so good). Sometimes there were certain food is a bit too greasy (but that is a matter of taste).
The restaurant itself is partly somewhat loud, but mostly comfortable.
Especially much trouble gives oneself one at weekly Themed, which during our two week vacation also well done are.
The rooms are as far as in good condition, under the bed you found the usual dust-the is however not too bad.
The bathroom had a shower what extent in good condition -the water pressure, the warm water and the stability seen.
Room was cleaned daily. For smaller complaints (broken lamp and once a missing towel) the house technician paged the problem then immediately fixed.
The rooms to 3 -elevators there are however somewhat badly soundproofed, so you could already in the morning at 6 o'clock the 'ping pong' of the elevator, as well as screaming maid hear.
General the hotel one could say, the a good location has, that means who to the beach want - it is located directly because of an underpass to the beach ( 5 minutes to the beach)-> rough sand/Pebble beach and evenings it is directly in front of the small conditions, which are on the whole promenade building, as well as very various shops.
Also the willingness to help and communication skills of the staff was very commendable.
During Easter is every year santa Susanna an international football tournament. The hotel has clearly the advantage, that you no children-/ youth travels, as well as youth soccer teams of the tournament record.
We were a couple of years stayed there with soccer teams in the same hotel, on the same floor it is just horrible. read more

we are regular guests for ten years, but unfortunately you have to say that the service is becoming worse and worse. Stack the plates in the restaurant, in the evening you have to wait a quarter hour anyway you got something to drink. Hotel is okay except food you must be careful in the 2 weeks we were there twice where the sausage meat and once in the evening half raw. otherwise is the food in the offer. zugar the only problem since this year what is the always more russians in the hotel and on the quality. this, for example, still only plastic cups at the pool, in the restaurant looks like it on to the Russian schweinsge tables. read more

Medium-sized hotel area in good condition; outdoor area with direct access to the beach promenade; breakfast and half board; as we were on the day of arrival until late arrived, we were given to compensate for the missed dinner, the possibility to take a lunch any day; I really correct; breakfast and dinner in buffet form.
