The hotel lies at the end of the beach promenade in the town of warnemünde. It is located in an older building, but was rebuilt. The furnishing is modern. Particularly to emphasize we would like the loving maritime decoration throughout the house. We had a senior suite and were with the size and the equipment of very satisfied. For the 4. time everything great. We once again very good Best Western hanse hotel warnemuende cared for. On the food intolerance my wife (gluten) was very responsive, everything without any problems, whether it was breakfast or dinner in the hotel.
Perhaps a small tip, if the possibility is, with the breakfast of meats, cheese, etc. Small signs hanging on possibly enthalltene allergens (lactose and gluten, etc.) Say.
An absolute thumbs up for the very friendly reception staff, waiters and all the us a few relaxing days enabled. Friendly greetings to Sebastian and 2. colleagues from the bar whose ... name we us unfortunately not give have. Hope one sees itself again next year. read more

We were now already for the 2. time in the winter guest at the hanse hotel. We have the christmas special taken into account.
The hotel building is somewhat outdated now, but many nice employees with life filled and as a guest one was at any time friendly and accommodating treated.
The restaurant is clean and stylishly furnished. I also see this as the only point of criticism. The restaurant is located in a long corridor, the narrow side. To the main mealtimes one felt it will then also in the buffet area-very cramped.
The apartments are pleasant large and ... nicely furnished. Like the whole hotel are as well the rooms suitably with maritime things decorated.
Overall a very successful holiday. We would gladly come again. read more

We have rarely been in a hotel, we were so friendly and competent staff met! With three child and one year old dog the stay was so relaxing, that we definitely come again!

Many, many thanks for the wonderful stay with them. The friendly and helpful staff, the atmosphere, as well as the spa team are simply great. The super delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, as well as the industrious hands of their employees were top. We definitely go and gladly again. Especially because of the funny painted eggs. The hotel lies directly between a route and the Baltic Sea at the end the promenade-in spite of all but quiet, which also a variety the room subject. Thanks to the competence and friendliness all staff shall enter into force the desired' feel-good effect' very quickly, because you feel as welcome guest. Representatively for all facilities of the hotel be called: cleanliness in the apartments, an amazing kitchen, even designed Hanse -newspaper for breakfast with ... all kinds of entertainment and information, as well as coffee to go from 06 to 11 o'clock in the foyer. Two closed parking spaces ( for a fee) are available, a bus stop close to of the hotel and a bike rent stands the guests also available. A direct access to the beach was given. To to the center of Warnemünde and the harbor with its touristic highlights it is only a few minutes walk. read more

We spend our vacation in the Club Aldiana, because the philosophy like very much. In the Best Western Hanse hotel we have approximately the same concept found. If every need is fulfilled, usually before him has (and in all areas - front desk, wellness, restaurant, cleaning of the rooms) respectively before you even thought, that this desire possibly could have, then the a team again, the fun at this work and perfect co-ordinated is. The staff members were since, when you needed her and disappeared in the background, if you peace required. Big praise to the highly sensitive and friendly ... staff. Which I especially great found, were details, the our vacation but something very large made:
Coffee to go at the front desk from 06 to 11 o'clock.
Itself designed hanse -newspaper for breakfast, the one with all important information.
Children's & children's cutlery for the little ones.
I could still have some things call, I loved it, but that would the scope. In any case the hotel is recommendable ( also for families with small children)! I should once again a break from everyday life need, I will in any case book this hotel again. Many thanks for this wonderful day of vacation! read more

Unfortunately by the tour operator Neckermann the quiet location advertised, which for our booking was the. The hotel lies however on a busy national route, which appropriate traffic noise leads. Also our room expressly as calmly as advertised. It was however the first room in the direction street. While having the windows open was therefore relaxing sleep difficult. Otherwise were at 5:45 o'clock the trash cans of the hotel blustering to pick up provided. This should organizationally different be.
Away the buffet of the restaurant in the corridor area. This moved the food smell the whole stairs area. The ... Brandschutztür to our Corridor was regularly not locked. This moved the food smell to in our room.
Positive is the friendly staff to point out.
In summary, should the above criticized things in a four star hotel, particularly in the higher price category not happen. The location of the hotel should the tour operator not be described as peaceful. From the Best Western - chain we are unfortunately better used. read more
