The bunga Raya is isolated on an island, the Kota Kinabalu is upstream. The city is the hotel is also convenient not visible. The hotel is only with motor boat to the hotel and features a lounge jesselton point ferry terminal in the KK. Guests can wait in a pleasant atmosphere with a refreshing drink on the boat. About 20 minutes the journey takes. The location of the hotel is no different than a dream to describe. The hotel has 48 villas built, the very harmoniously into the hilly jungle landscape. At the entrance of the bay are only a ... few of these villas to see. The hotel is the only one at the crescent shaped beach. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the Hotel manager was always present and took care of the guests. It was (almost) everything, so we were satisfied. For example, the housekeeping always done during the breakfast. We had booked a plunge pool Villa; it is located directly on the beach, the covered terrace and private pool were ' beach runners 'not visible. The decor was very tastefully decorated, however, there was minor flaws: the doors open labour, the lighting of the Villa were poor, so there was no reading lamps on the bed. On request we were installed but immediately got two reading lamps. Shampoo and soap were occasionally slow refilled. For meals was due to the isolated location of the hotel; but it is not so bad: the breakfast was very good and extensive, the food in the evenings as well. Nice is the evening has a private bathroom and tv, in addition to the free cocktails nibbles, wine, etc. For all guests is accessible pool was very beautifully designed. Alternatively you can enjoy very good but also the combination of a private pool and the sea; that's the plunge pool-Villa ideal, as you after a few steps from the private terrace on the beach. A special highlight for us was carried out with a canopy walk Hotel 'ranger' private: from about 30 meters height we could overlooks the jungle and got a lot shown and explained. read more
