From the studio (strange sofa bed) one should leave the fingers, necessarily, too 2., the apartment with king size bed to book. As you lots of space. Furniture are a bit outdated, the couch smelled because of the high humidity, the bathroom is needs renovation (mold, too much humidity). Nevertheless one strives, everything well in shot to be held, repairman came immediately, if something is not working. All in all a simple but very cozy charm

Very plentifully, otherwise a matter of taste. It was actually something for everyone. The quality of the dishes not in my opinion always top (too greasy), but these are just peanuts.

The pool is wonderful large-but he is in the high season surely to their limits. Actually, you don't need the pool - without children - but not, because the sea is crystal clear and beautiful

The hotel is not directly at the beach, which one when booking but experiences. On foot 15 minutes, that was absolutely okay. Depending on the location it is loud (balcony to the street and yappy type dogs from a gypsy kennels the whole night) or not. Pool view i would not book, is certainly not quiet. Area is okay-if you a few meters by car runs, will fantastic rural nice. And the small sandy badebuch is anyway my highlight-comfortable, crystal clear water, fun beach bar - what else could you want

The rooms are a catastrophe! We had originally asked for a studei booked, will be charged with the front desk they made us attentive on the we 'only' a studio have, we were immediately upgraded to an apartment against an extra charge recommended. The studio' room' in for a four-star hotel not at all! The room is not even the standard a youth hostel! An old, gammlige couch with drawer the undressed should our bed his. And even the apartments we found for a four-star hotel to this price really bad. flecker on the mattress, leaky shower, ripped mirror, broken air conditioning and view from the balcony in the bushes on a private courtyard. A better view there are only times against an extra charge. The furnishing is old fashioned and in need of renovation.

The food was ok, the selection could have been a bit rich failed, but overall good. Tables there were always enough available. The food was solid standard. Nevertheless we must say that we of the price in cheaper four star hotels already clearly eaten better with wenseltich more choice.

In the complete hotel is self-service, both with the drinks, as well as for the food. The machines at the pool bar looked uninviting. At all, the hygiene in the pool area leaves a lot to be desired. We were able to watch the tables hours were not cleared and several wasps about the leftovers hermachten. The garbage bin run over. Cleaning of the rooms we cannot judge since we immediately on the second day changed the hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice, she consists of several 3-story buildings. It is spacious and well maintained. In the comparison to the facilitities are the pool relatively small limited. Directly below the front desk is the indoor pool, thus entire building an unpleasant chlorduft has. The it is clean, but could in some places have been better especially around the pool bar, where empty plastic cup with wasps collected. The travel public consists of very many German especially with kids.

Our trip to the hotel was relatively short, but only because of a mini bus the only can Picafort transport. The specified distance to the beach is clearly further, the on foot is about 15 minutes in the immediate environment there is no respectively hardly any shops. The hotel lies directly on the main street.

The apartments are in accordance with the country category four stars. The studio apartments are not recommendable, then rather the extraprice 48 €per person for 9 days take in purchase. The view is either to the street or other side in the complex inside. The bed is big enough. A sofa bed is available in the living room of the apartments available. Only the tv is not up-to-date anymore. A cookery for hot water is available, to for example a tea making facilities. Safe for 24€ per week be rented. Telephone is available. Apartments are on the ground floor with a terrace, apart from that with a balcony. Apartments are clean and big enough. The tooth the time you see already sometimes especially in the bathroom.

There's a restaurant with buffet and daily changing food. The quality of the meals is good and the quantity of the food was also sufficient. Only peak times before, that the quality not provide food to comply with. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant is good, only the clearing of would be removed dishes could be better. The atmosphere is good, price with the half-board for beverages is human (0.33 beer manou 3,25 Euro)

The staff were very friendly. Foreign languages skills are the vacations adjusted. Mainly German, English dutch & spanish. Cleaning of the rooms was good. Doctor service is from the hotel offered. Is 90 €advance. Use a washing machine for 4 €possible. Child care was very good. Seven days a week from 10:00 until 16:45 kids' program with games, crafts etc. Offered. From four years without the presence of the parents is possible. Including a parent nearby stay. Dealing with complaints was good.

Daily changing entertainment program for adults ( archery, rifle shooting, darts, soccer, pilates etc.) kids club, evenings mini disco afterwards daily changing program for adults. The pool is big enough, however is the space for sunbeds limited. We were mainly at the beach. The circa 1.2 kilometer away beach san baulo we liked. Cleanliness was ok. The sea was great. Also for snorkeling suitable, as there is a rocky section gives.

The hotel is a older complex, spacious and large. Apartments are four three-story houses. Two three-story houses are with studios without elevator mistake. Here you can half board or all inclusive book. The guest structure is mixed ( German, English, spanish, french, Italian, benelux and Russian). Whereby the majority of German and English tourist are. The hotel is the best suited for families with children. Average age was about 35 years.

The location is slightly on the outskirts from can Picafort. Distance to the beach & shops are approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Shuttle service ( Mazda mxv ) is offered (10:00, 12: 00.13:30.16: 00 & 18:00). The times we found not so good. That's why we often walked, was not a problem for us. Excursions there are tons. Bus ride from the hotel to for example Alcudia for 1.70 Euro per adult. Boat trips etc. Also some of the port can Picafort offered. From may - October you could also for 3 €per adult in a small railroad by can Picafort drive. Stop is right on the hotel.

The apartments are very spacious clean and well kept, air conditioning wasnt fantastic so had the doors open! As all inclusive didnt need the self catered side but was really that well equipped, no tea or coffee making facilities, cleaned every day and towels were changed frequently, lovely view of the gardens and balcony was very big.

There is only 1 restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, the drinks were always available as self service as all inclusive didnt pay for anything extra, plastic cups were used around the pool area which i though was good especially for children. Food choice was brilliant and something for everyone, different meats and fish every day and the grill area was lovely. The breakfast was excellent choice of hot and cold food pool bar snacks were a bit of a let down wasnt much available just cakes and crossiants.

This is 5* rating of service! The staff are so friendly and helpful speaking all languages. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed every day and the bedding at least twice in the week. There is laundry in 2 of the blocks but never used it, the children entertainment was out of this world.

Something for everyone here, 4 tennis courts, volley ball, football, darts aqua fit everything you could think off as well as the animation team entertaining the children from ages 4 upwards as well as thomas cook kids clubs. Sunbed always available and pool towels are available as well, evening entertainment always something on mini disco for the kids from 8.15 for 45 minutes and then a comedy show or tribute act all just entertaining.

We went all inclusive and had the best time ever! Hotel was clean, tidy and staff very helpfull, the food was excellent with a range from meat, fish, pizza, salad and dessert! Every lunch and dinner was something different on the grill, excellent range of facilities and entertainment staff were excellent just could not fault this hotel.

Surroundings of this hotel are beautiful palm tree setting the hotel blocks are set in the trees its just so lovely! Easily walkable to the resort of can picafort there is a local train that goes round the resort which is 3euros an adult its great to get your bearings! Taxi into the resort is about 4 euros! Distance from the beach is about 15min walk but the pool area is brilliant.

It was a basic room which was great because we were never in our room. The bedroom was spacious and the sofa bed was comfortable we had all we needed in our room.

There were lots of choice to choose from which was brilliant. Cleanliness was good also the way it was set out was lovely you could see the pool in the morning and the sun set in the evening.

The staffs friendliness was outstanding they were really lovely. The maids service was brilliant every day they would put towels in the shape of swans and hearts they put sweets in your room as well.

The kids clubs were just outstanding a wide choice of activities to do. I had a go at Horse Riding which was a massive hit and table tennis the reps were just so lovely especially Mimi Krill Alice and all the others who were just so nice. For the adults you had water aerobics as well.

The hotel was brilliant really friendly staff brilliant food we could not of asked for more. Furthermore there were outstanding gardens with lots of pine trees for shade. The performances were brilliant at night different shows on every night.

It was a short walk to the beach which was lovely the shops were right next to the beach. If you wanted to go into to Ca'n picafort it was five euros each way for four people.

Comfortable, quite and nice. Air conditioning is soft...but it suited perfectly for us that wanted to live the summer.

There was only one restaurant but there are many different type of menues and changing dayly that was impossible not to find something to delight yourself. Obviously is a hotel good food. Not to be compared to Michelin restaurant. One thing I missed being in Spain: - Meals scheduled was rather tight: I would have prefered having a more extended timing, breakfast service until 11 and dinner until 10:30 - Also quite few Spanish gastronomy...

Everyone was really focused to help with lots of courtesy and kindness. At any request they tried to deliver what the client needed. If there was something out of their possibilities it was always proposed a second alternative.

Swimming pool was nice. Though getting a sunbed was difficult. Also the water was at a nice temperature but water not that clean. I enjoyed a lot with the aquagym classes. I miss some kids water attraction...

Rooms are comfortable, it's rather clean. A nice a calm spot where is easy to relax. Cleaning personal is nice though for some reason soap is not given everyday. There is a soap pump at the shower but did smell awful. After we complain they solved it. Watch out for ants...they come from anywhere even into your suitcase. We asked for help and after two days it was solved.

Nice location, with beautiful trees. Many beaches close and really turistic: with several turistic shops. To get to more "wild" or "natural" it is needed to get there by car. No car is needed to stay and enjoy the hotel -except from airport distance which is more than 40 min.Though...the island offers so many possibilities that I found it totally essential.

Very high quality of meals, large selection of local and intrnational specialities, both adults and children have enough options to select different dishes every day. Breakfast also excellent
