Small nice family hotel, off the beaten track of the main street with beautiful large garden. For Venedig good value for money. Ideal for short stays. For Italian standards a super breakfast buffet. read more

If you are looking for a really good value deal when going on a city trip to Venice, this is a great hotel. The hotel is small, but very charming with a nice little courtyard. Walking distance from the Lido beach and close to the water taxis to visit the old center of Venice. We have already stayed two years in a row and I am sure we will return again. read more

everything was fine. The rooms were completely Okay, the breakfast was delicious. There was actually everything which one for breakfast needs: such as sausage, cheese, jam, cereals, yogurt, and juices.
If the weather permits you can have breakfast in the idyllic garden.
To the beach (not the best, but to go for a stroll very interesting) are 50m and dock to Venice ten minutes walk.

Very good Location: a few steps to the beach, about a 15 minute walk or five minutes by bus to the vaporetto station. Quaint quiet, green surroundings. Restourans, cafes, bars, large supermarket nearby.
Friendly staff, our complaint (the shower was out of order and the safe was not working) were immediately and fixed everything. The room was big enough and spacious equipped but unfortunately no balcony. Ideal cleanliness, no odors, enough towels, soap and showering. Schampoos tv:we hardly used as only Italian program. Air conditioning: didn't use it as two large windows made pleasant Zugwind. Breakfast was not great ... but okay: ham and cheese, 1 sort, rolls, cereal, yogurt, honey, jam, croissants (they were delicious), coffee, tea. No fruit, no eggs. What is completely incorrect: the 'private beach' description specified. This means that the hotel you can rent (cottage) a Cabine, where about 4-5 chair chairs, 1 chair and a table with chairs. There is a little shade. But these are provided for all guests cabane, if several at the same time, would use. Fortunately, the check-in process was superb.
A cabane could be rented individually on the beach, but it cost per day more than the Hotellzimmer. Important: beach umbrellas are prohibited on the Lido everywhere, except for: only one section of the 'wild' beach is quite far from the hotel. But on the beach are several pine trees were there is lots of shade and for us it was a good solution.
The hotel is recommended. read more
