We stayed here during a one week vaction with family.
We occupied room nr 212 which was very noisy, especially at night and during the weekends. We could hear every word of the people in the rooms next to ours. I had the impression the other people weren't that loud all the time, but that the wall sound proofing (insulation) was extremely poor.
The people walking in the corridor had no respect for other people already asleep (slamming doors at night, loud crying, running in the corridors). There wasn't any hotel action/policy against this disrespecful behaviour. These first two ... points literally ruined our rest at night and our vacation at your hotel.
Room 212 (bathroom): Their was a lot of black mould on the bathroom walls and celing. I killed two insects (sort of caterpillar) on two different days in our bathroom. There was no ventilation, so it smelled most of the time due to moisture. Above our window there were two loose electrical cables. I don't know if they are still connected to something, but this is at least to be considered as a safety incident.
The people occupying the room next to us were smoking at night. This odour came to our room under/through the wooden door connecting room 210 with 212. If you know our little daughter (1,5 years old) was sleeping in a babybed just next to this door, this is extremely annoying. I had to put towels on the floor next the the wooden door to counter the cigarette smoke.
Check-in: we were checking in when the staff was simultaniously treating a complaint from a french group of tourists. This made the check-in procedure very chaotic and we got our room entry cards very late.
All Inclusive formula: although we paid for this formula, we almost never got a bottle of water for our room at the piano bar in an easy way during the day. As you know we ordered almost nothing in the bar(s), except the bottles of water which we would liked to drink in our room, this feels a little bit like a "rip-off' All Inclusive.
All these things together make me conclude this is certainly not a four star hotel. I would rather rate it maximum two stars. read more

The rooms were included bathroom in a desolate condition. Of cleanliness no trace. There were during our stay only the beds and the garbage bin emptied. Additional cleanings none. read more

Overall, the hotel is great! Especially scored it with its beautiful entrance area and large pool area. Reasonable value for money! In all-inclusive you can easily and simply again and again something against the thirst and the small hunger in between get. In the first week especially many older english and spanish pensioners, in the 2. week then mostly young families and locals tourists. read more

Good location, but hotel very in need of renovation! Even if the building old, you could clean and clean. Many lamps, stairs broken, worn carpets in the hallways. Lifts ancient, small and very slow. Restaurant not completely clean, Thrown noisily of the staff all around every day full of leftovers. Very loud and hectic in the restaurant. Staff unfriendly. Quality of the food was mediocre. (rather on English guests coordinated), almost every day the same food. Breakfast at all no choice variety. I personally had a waitress got one large soup spoon for beans with red sauce rauszunemhmen on the ... floor was, again and again in the vascular at the buffet stuck! I had the direction reported and the vascular with the beans were exchanged. Juices are from machine and tasted strongly of powder. Pool area not clean kept, everywhere Cigarette butts and empty cups. Rooms weren't soundproof. Many English, many young people you get pissed and antics. Rather a two star hotel! Not for people who have a minimum of comfort and cleanliness want. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. Not recommendable. read more

It was a very pleasant stay, the waiters in was very nice and attentive, in general, the staff very friendly. I found it great the nearby to the beach, only over the street and we could take long beach Strandspaziergánge. The room are great, large and bright, the beds were good. The hotel is clean and pleasant. read more

We were in the April 2011 on holiday. The room was above the kitchen, a cruel fat smell. Have the room changed the next day, no difference. The hotel is very dirty and not well maintained. The food was inedible. Despite all inclusive were we each day outside food. The many British guests were disturbing. We had booked seven days and escaped after three days. No Wi-Fi in the hotel, although specified. Positive: the staff was very friendly and courteous

booked in without any problems, with or accomodation voucher. overal this is a good hotel.read some reports about it.but honestly good.could do with a lick of paint in places. but food.great selection.beer wine water or juice all on tap to pour yourself at the restarauntroomwas a descent size.toilet good.and shower was pretty amazing if you like them powerfull.had a a couple of stag doos came.made some noise but not really a problem
would we go back.definetly yes !! enjoy the walk down the promenade to the centre.great walk. ...overall.great give it a try shuggie read more
