The building has actually everything, which one on vacation need: enough room, especially if you with children travels, a very good equipped kitchen with dishwasher and necessary kitchen utensils. Also details as table cloths, cushions, candles and so on are available.
Furthermore has the building on a sufficient number of rooms (5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms (a washing machine) so, depending on the age, 8a 10 people good place. Also has the building a nice laid out pool area with about 8 beach chairs. People with small children I would the villa 162/3 recommend, the house only around the building ... has to go, to to the pool to come, while the other hotel directly in front of of the terrace is.
The roof terrace is very comfortable, also here you can again grill and wonderful suns.
To the next baker respectively supermarket one is jerk-twitch and walked the small espresso is fast in a nice café or in a ice cream parlor -very close- drunk.
My conclusion: beautiful house with nice flair, nice environment and distance to the beach, shops easy to reach, whereas for excursions a car needs. Gladly again at any time!

We, 3 adults and one child with 1 year had 2 weeks great holiday in Budoni, but also sardafit house number 156/3 (corner direction street, but they were not disturbing, as the road a bit removed) to our great holiday contributed. Super large rooms! 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and 1 bedroom with double bed - great mattresses! Kitchen was new gas stove. It was of everything at table-Ware available. The only thing we next time from at home carry forward, are dishcloths-you get in the place not to buy. Furthermore, one should remember, that if a small child ... it is, that one safety socket covers carries, because they are all nearby the Soil. For children, not really walk, is the building somewhat unfavorable, since from the terrace 2 steps down lead, the relatively high. Also the garden couldn't be used, since lice on the grasses were.
Our tv was the 2 day broken-was within 48 hours repaired-toilet seat was laid-back, this was immediately repaired. To the beach it are about 10 minutes-this beach is ideal for toddlers, as fine sandy and flat. From mid-afternoon was however the wind always quite busy and what we at the beach totally disturbed us, were the beach salesmen! Every 2 minutes one-you could not even a nap, as they so long on you einredeten, until you finally said no. Here should Budoni what undertake.

We had the building us with sardafit on the website looked at. Unfortunately we had to find out, that the shown pictures already older date were. In the meantime are house and garden completely run-down. In the garden proliferates the weeds, the terrace gezwungen largearea mold on. The windows and doors are partly decayed. In the kitchen may be was already tiles from the wall, the odor in the house is musty/moldy. In the bathroom are shower's wall broken (which provisionally by a piece of plastic was repaired) the shower head is not attached, the bidet and the sewage a ... browner rust strips, the toilet wobbled. The windows are makeshift against the mosquitos with moskitostoff hypereosinophilia which with velcro fastened was. Therefore, the shops from the inside to be served. The outdoor shower is as the washing machine in front of the neighboring building and was broken. The outside the plaster chipped off respectively is the same with a green -black moss and sheet of mold on trees. read more

We have the vacation apartment 169 B in via Ozieri 4 found, as described. New kitchen included washing machine with dining seat, very small 2 -bed-room, bedroom with double bed, shower bath, covered terrace with plastic table and -chairs, as well as small arrangement and 2 armchair with cushions made of rattan. For 4 adults we would the hotel too small been. For us 2 great. I have the shower as too narrow felt, my husband trained no criticism. Enough closets and shelf space. In the kitchen everything you need available. Lines with parentheses are in the garden curious. The ... location of the place was not completely our expectations, since there is up to the M t e the via national one a bit further was than expected. The beach we liked. In town, there was a feast with free open-air concert and stands with local products like Torrone and honey. Apart from that could be more going on It was already end of the season. Gastronomy good, seafood and meat excellent. Price like at home. We would gladly come again. read more

Vacation home with a large garden with palms, car required, since shops not easy to reach on foot. Enough space for several persons. The quality of the beds is leaves much to be desired. Big plus 2 bathrooms available, always enough warm water for all to shower and wash up. Washing machine available, unfortunately no dishwasher. 4 flammiger bratrohr gas oven was very good. Large barbecue area in the garden and the two terraces were great. In the kitchenette it smelled unfortunately rather modrig, something must leak. The fridge was old, but very big. The Korbsitzgarnitur was already quite a ... toll and should be replaced.
The beach in the immediate area has many rocks, not great for swimming, but in about 10 minute away there is a reasonable beach. In September one was as almost all alone. read more

The driving directions was a bit difficult, but we have found it.
The numbering of the individual apartments was also a bit incomprehensible.

We have a off the beaten track located house-for hundehaltung suitable-wanted. The building 113/4 of sardafit our wishes and ideas by far exceeded. It is a stood apart vacation home about 1 kilometer from the village and beach. With a view of the place and the sea.
The house is well-kept. The information on the internet we can confirm. Were already to second time in this house.

Large spacious apartment, to 8 great place. We 2, families, had plenty of space and despite common house privacy. 2 large fridges, lots of space in the basement. 162/2 has beautiful separate terrace. Furniture to small southern flaws in very good condition. Dishwasher with 8 persons on vacation a delight. Nighttime temperatures in August partly very high and without airconditioning very hot. Grill in good shape and worked very well. Fly screens on all the windows. read more

At the beach we two vacation homes on a estate our holidays spend. The estate was enclosed, the children could unattended in the garden play. The wonderful sandy beach from Budoni us every day for swimming invited, to siesta it was not far back to the house. Ideal for us.
For shopping it was on foot in the supermarket, Butchery, fishmonger and baker were also nearby and easy to reach. A very lovely vacation. read more

The vacation apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything that you need. The interior fittings was a bit rustic and it could also the one or other renewed ( especially glasses, pans and cooking utensils), but apart from that it was ok.
Unfortunately gave it at none window fly screens, so that the two brought screens a drop in the ocean rock were. A large bottle of mosquito spray and an electric tennis racquets offered help.
The building has a great large terrace on the most of the time we spent there. Very good we found the garden shower ..., under which one the sand from the beach wash up, or just in between cooling could. read more

The relatively new constructed vacation home in the holiday area of budoni was very clean. The house is very good for 2-3 families suited. There were enough places for sleeping for 11 persons (1 person = sofa bed in the basement-living room). The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and dishware. A few additional plates and bowls were great been.
Altogether were 3 refrigerators available ( kitchen, basement, roof terrace).
On the 'not-shaded' terrace was enough space for all 11 persons. However should be a sufficient table and enough chairs are available. You could however with ... chairs and table from the dining room manage.
In some evenings and mornings was the entertainment from the somewhat remote hotel to hear. It didn't bother us.
Cars good at the house parking too. read more

Besides that great location in a small pine forest, 50 meters to to the sea. Small mostly rocky bays, ideal for snorkeling. read more

It has shortcomings very thoroughly and carefully described, a disgrace that something for the 'precious weeks of the year' for a lot of money is offered.
