a charming and comfortable hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated a short walk from the centre of town. Our room looked out over the water with a beautiful view of the old town. read more

The hotel podewils in gdansk is one of the most beautiful hotels, in which i stayed. Extremely liebvoller, attentive service, excellent staff and wonderfully nostalgic room. Rarely am i so accommodating in a hotel as a guest treated. Here service is largely written. read more

The hotel is ready to meet special requests of a friend of Bernstein. A private guided tour was organized with a visit of an amber workshop. A highlight was a full day trip in the Frische Nehrung search for Amber in the Baltic Sea. All this was excellently organized by the hotel. On several visits I was able to show me the kindness and the flexibility of the hotels. I recommend this little hotel in a beautiful location in the city read more

The Hotel Podewils is a small, 10 rooms, intimate hotel with outstanding service. The staff are all friendly, helpful, cheerful and outgoing. The location is picturesque with views of the Old Town across the river. Rooms are nice, restaurant is fine, breakfast bountiful. My wife and I had a wonderful visit to Gdansk and the Podewils and its staff made it nicer than we could ever have expected. read more

Really good hotel. The room to the street are however loud, if you are unavoidably the window opens. The breakfast is very good, apart from that are the prices in the restaurant in the upper level. The staff are very attentive and helpful. read more

The hotel is a small, fine city hotel, very close the Krantors, so it was very centrally located, especially, if you have the Fußgängerfähre can be translated (drives unfortunately only on the day). The first impression is simply great - beautiful furniture, fine presentation, very friendly staff. Everything is very nicely decorated, without the tacky or pretentious seemed. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, you could also orders give up. For the service and the furnishings and the location is the hotel really cheap! read more

A lovely boutique towel in the old part of Gdansk, we arrived from Australia tired and stressed after a long trip with flight problems. Our stress was immediately cured by the wonderful facilities, fantastic and friendly staff, and also the brilliant views from our lovely room. Unfortunately we could only stay for 3 days, but intend staying again for a week or more. The Podewils room and the Podewils Hotel overall were everything we hoped for and more. This was our favourite hotel during our 6 week European holiday. read more
