The more palatial entrance to the hotel promises more than it actually is. The inventory is ageing. The daily run on the few towels already started very early in the morning! It need for the rates but 200 towels buy are. We have the pool employees regrets, from stressed tourists abuse had to be left open, because the towels were gone. Otherwise also more investment; the armchair in the room was sudden in a chair convert! read more

The hotel complex itself is very beautifully designed and divided. The cleanliness the entire hotel complex is absolutely beyond description. The rooms are shabby and dirty. Large cracks you will find on almost every wall of the room. ausbesserungsarbeitet be more bad than good carried out. The bathroom is also very dirty, rust in the bathtub seems to be normal. The hotel is unfortunately already a bit outdated. We stayed this as a part of a Marocco-round trip visited. The safe was broken, so were our passports at the beginning times imprisoned, after 5 hours and 4 complaints we have finally our towels. The first room, we were allocated was, was dirty, moldy and not cleaned. Of al we this questioned, the reply came 'this one is broken' and the information, that the room service already knew-after the motto: can try it times, whether the tourists the notice. The pool is unfortunately not very clean and also the beach was ... extremely dirty. Unfortunately can this hotel from my side not recommended and we were glad, that we only 1 night there are, at a vacation of 14 days we would probably transfer must. read more

Originally an attractive hotel with marokannischem flair but unfortunately very run down and not 5 star class-not more than 3 star. In the room peeling paint, torn curtains, Safe was unusable (numbers at the bedienungstasten perfectly abraded). We are mile 5 adults persons, so 3 room 14 days in the hotel been. The location of the hotel, the pool, the extensive wide beach were really very recommended. The complex is spacious with beautiful large rooms, getting a bit old, but with super view of the see. read more

    It was as described in the travel catalog not 3 restaurants, but in the 14 days only one, no barbecue. The cocktails (0.2 sprudelglas )) were more bad than good, especially for 40 -60 Dirham.     As mentioned the location respectively the distance to the beach are absolutely great. Shops nearby are not available. However takes comfortable hike at the beautiful promenade along to towards the harbor from Agadir approximately 30 to 40 minutes. You do get back with the taxi go circa 20 Dirham ( under 2, -€ ) there are shops according to hotel not nearby, the reason you must absolutely no drinks with to the hotel not at the pool, probably not at the beach take. Drinks will immediately taken. However in a bag or backpack must the employees not look in. With prices from a small Fanta 0.33 litre or Cola respectively water to 30,- Dirham is such a whole day with 5 people the thirst have really expensive. But we have then a smaller possibility above the hotelstraße found. To the large supermarket it is about 30 minutes or with the taxi 20 Dirham. The hotel was yet much better and beautiful than expected. For the price just unbeatable. The hotel, as well as the garden are beautifully decorated and in comparison to the surrounding hotels positive on. In individual places shows, that the hotel has gotten a bit old. But the architecture of the hotel beautiful and typical Moroccan. The garden is excellent well-kept and very spacious. The service is great. He was always generously staffed, could to our surprise all Languages and always very attentive. We had only breakfast included, what delicious, varied and typical Moroccan was. At the beach is a ... bar, the we more often visited. Here are the delicious cocktails ( in Marocco yes a rarity), and the very friendly staff herorzuheben. Although the hotel somewhat older and it does not remain unnoticed, we have very good time spent. Since in the hotel no alcohol served will, it was really quiet ( no choice Groups of drunk Young people or East Europeans). A tennis court is available, we could every day play. The staff we as very friendly felt. The complex is very well maintained and spacious. There is a thalassotherapy centre (for an additional fee). The warm saline bath is recommendable nonetheless. The hotel lies something distant from town center, is however in 5 minutes with the taxi reachable for 2 ... euros, was for us not a problem. the beach in Agadir and Berber massage (2 hour for 25-30 euros) are a dream. read more

Lovely two weeks we spent in this beautiful hotel. We not understand the negative reviews. The food was very varied and extensive, if there is not full, is itself to blame. The entire staff, starting in the bar, at the pool, in the restaurant, reception, as well as the security and the maids were very fast, efficient and very nice. We have had a lot of fun, even though we hardly speak english or speak french, but a few words of courtesy notice can be quickly. Furthermore, you spoke German very well! The sea gulls, the supposedly in the pool ..., has to be driven, these incidents in any case have we not observed. ☺ What we found a bißerl rude, the drink prices were, but it is a small supermarket across the street from the Iberostar. The whole area is wonderful and you feel so comfortable. Finally, we were not there to look to the facades, whether what the crumbling color eroded or anywhere, or around crawled to to look in the corners, around whether crumbs. read more

The once beautiful, luxurious hotel has unfortunately not seen for years of maintenance and servicing. The pool, as well as the sidewalks and stairs are damaged. Injury and danger of stumbling, available. The entire offer was to our travel time greatly reduced. Nevertheless, we have paid full. The actually spacious, well-appointed room was in the bathroom not only with really strong mold infested. Unfortunately were many things-the just by means of regular maintenance can be avoided-negative. Presses and so feeling factor. Extremely dull atmosphere, no entertainment-occasionally 'live' music to eat. Hardly a soul was on site. The beach was after ... a storm in a terrible condition. Garbage, rusty nails in boards, gutted by the nearby Port. The jet skis on the beach were damaged by the trash and were not more ready for use. Not to be recommended. read more

The expectations of the hotel were met in all areas. Our room with view over the pool area and on the sea was just fantastic. Lovingly decorated our beds were each day with rose petals and flowers. The whole staff is very accommodating. The dining room was to clean and nicely decorated every meal. To our surprise it was in the morning crispy whole-grain bread and delicious pastries. In the evening you could in addition to the usual dishes Fish, chopped, steak, etc. get. All around a great holiday. read more

We have us in the Palais des Roses very comfortable. The hotel staff have cared enough to us. There no desire remained openly. The only downside was the weather but the hotel of course the one to blame can not. Agadir is located in a bay, in the at least in September by the sea fog often next festhängt. Sometimes the sun came out in the afternoon, sometimes also not at all. Yet we the hotel overall recommend-maybe have more luck with the weather it. read more
