The more palatial entrance to the hotel promises more than it actually is.
The inventory is ageing. The daily run on the few towels already started very early in the morning! It need for the rates but 200 towels buy are.
We have the pool employees regrets, from stressed tourists abuse had to be left open, because the towels were gone.
Otherwise also more investment; the armchair in the room was sudden in a chair convert! read more

The hotel complex itself is very beautifully designed and divided. The cleanliness the entire hotel complex is absolutely beyond description. The rooms are shabby and dirty. Large cracks you will find on almost every wall of the room. ausbesserungsarbeitet be more bad than good carried out. The bathroom is also very dirty, rust in the bathtub seems to be normal. Even the shower head was completely dirty. Even after a room changing I had the same picture. It seems so every room dirty and run-down to be. read more

The hotel is unfortunately already a bit outdated. We stayed this as a part of a Marocco-round trip visited. The safe was broken, so were our passports at the beginning times imprisoned, after 5 hours and 4 complaints we have finally our towels. The first room, we were allocated was, was dirty, moldy and not cleaned. Of al we this questioned, the reply came 'this one is broken' and the information, that the room service already knew-after the motto: can try it times, whether the tourists the notice.
The pool is unfortunately not very clean and also the beach was ... extremely dirty.
Unfortunately can this hotel from my side not recommended and we were glad, that we only 1 night there are, at a vacation of 14 days we would probably transfer must. read more

Originally an attractive hotel with marokannischem flair but unfortunately very run down and not 5 star class-not more than 3 star. In the room peeling paint, torn curtains,
Safe was unusable (numbers at the bedienungstasten perfectly abraded).
Not only the furnishing, but also the building itself is badly in need of renovation-in the rain
There were floods in the lobby and restaurant. Food average, head of the
Restaurant arrogant and aggressive in case of a complaint - other restaurants very friendly.
Service at the front desk very bad. Pool design very nice but wasserhygiene doubtful. There are certainly nicer hotels ... for a vacation in Agadir! read more

Although in the catalogs is, the in the hotel no alcohol is being served, there is a large variety of alcoholic beverages. Both during dinner, as well as in the bar. A Viezahl of the staff spoke German; if not, then at least English. Taxis into town cost between 20 and 30 Dirham (2 to 3 Euro). read more

The hotel was yet much better and beautiful than expected. For the price just unbeatable. The hotel, as well as the garden are beautifully decorated and in comparison to the surrounding hotels positive on. In individual places shows, that the hotel has gotten a bit old. But the architecture of the hotel beautiful and typical Moroccan. The garden is excellent well-kept and very spacious. The service is great. He was always generously staffed, could to our surprise all Languages and always very attentive. We had only breakfast included, what delicious, varied and typical Moroccan was. At the beach is a ... bar, the we more often visited. Here are the delicious cocktails ( in Marocco yes a rarity), and the very friendly staff herorzuheben. Who dinner not booked as well, which is recommended, definitely not in the surrounding 'Overdosing' food, but the snacks, in which the Moroccan food, to try. The fish was delicious and fresh, the waiters extremely friendly without foisted upon tourists entertained. All together: for a beach- and surfing was for us the hotel and the area perfect and for this price more than etrwartet. read more

the hotel has definitely all the best complex all hotels in Agadir. You garden area is wonderful arranged and very big. Goes directly down to the beach Promenade.
the hotel is in marokkansichen style and looks nice.
in the hotel there are either half board or board no all inclusive in the whole hotel is from the side of the hotel no alcohol poured out. But it is the outside of the hotel be purchased, and this could be to the meal rich leave.
Since no beer etc., is evenings the wonderful lobby of the hotel not visited from the ... guests of the hotel. the hotel looks and feels just like dead. What a terrible shame.
There are in the hotel French, German, Moroccan. in our day
the hotel is really beautifully, but in some places and verschönerungsbedürftig The halls seemed partly very bare and carelessly. read more

Only one negative: the floors must be reviewed. But they are not broken, but only worn, so smooth. The Rest of the hotel was very nice. It is for certain the most beautiful hotel on the territory of the former dune (now abgebaggert) and directly at the beach. The most rooms with a view of the pool area and the sea. By all hotels the most beautiful architecture, because most Oriental, the other only modern. All together: they could still Oriental be. The bathroom was best, always, better it really couldn't get more (white bathrobes!). The other decor could use ... a touch of Oriental be, but it was reasonable -the Moroccan carpets we really enjoyed. Internet worked almost perfectly. Everything clean, staff friendly and speaks usually even German next to English and French. The food tasted to me, there was enough choice- even if itself the tables not exactly durchbogen. Sit on the terrace in front of the dining room with a sea view gives a feeling from 1001 and a night in British colonial style. If you didn't want to do as at the beach -bathing in high waves the Atlantic nice-or in peace going to work is there correctly waived. The value for money is unbeatable. The hotel sold no alcohol, which we rather enjoyed. Guests too many German -all age groups. read more

Rooms in poor condition. We after arrival 4 rooms show and finally with a heavy heart for a decidedly, the still not up to our expectations of cleanliness and hygiene was.
In the basement of the hotel be the old floor slabs rausgemeisselt and new shifted. This you can hear the whole wing and the pool complex, but not at the front desk. The staff of the hotel believed us only, that in the hotel renovation Work took place, when we photos and sound recordings of the construction site on the iPhone showed. read more

Beautiful, large and imposing lobby, rooms are nicely decorated (inventory/hair dryer/telephone/partly broken), great view of Agadir and the huge pool, beautiful beach and the sea. We're sorry, but it was during our stay, almost always cloudy and misty, which was probably due to the directly behind the coast mountains is due to ask potential end, which will build the clouds. By aufgewirbelte Lake small water particles, whereby the air hazy works. ' Disappear within the clouds and it on klart, has gorgeous sun. Unfortunately only one afternoon during our stay. Employee and told us, that the weather suddenly changed fundamentally ... in Agadir, thus everything completely normal there. Temperatures on the coast very pleasant: cloudy 20-25 °C, sun 25-30 °C. We had booked only breakfast and during our stay, the hotel was totally empty. From 405 rooms were approximately 20 rented (mainly Europeans, on our departure day Asians arrived). The empty hung probably also with Ramadan together. However, the restaurant has absolute laziness! The waiters and cooks prefer talking with each other or with your mobile phones around text eTEN, than attending guests. When we asked the waiter on an empty orange juice containers have pointed out, we only got stupid comments and only after complaining of emerging issues and aggression we were given a ' glass 'finally orange juice. As in the management which seems wrong to walk! In contrast to the previously described in the restaurant were extremely helpful & nice the front desk. With the criticism of the broken phone was offered a new room. We would book this hotel again. However, if alcohol to eat or drink some other time, is in the wrong place. It is not! read more

Although the hotel somewhat older and it does not remain unnoticed, we have very good time spent. Since in the hotel no alcohol served will, it was really quiet ( no choice Groups of drunk Young people or East Europeans). A tennis court is available, we could every day play. The staff we as very friendly felt. The complex is very well maintained and spacious. There is a thalassotherapy centre (for an additional fee). The warm saline bath is recommendable nonetheless. The hotel lies something distant from town center, is however in 5 minutes with the taxi reachable for 2 ... euros, was for us not a problem.
the beach in Agadir and Berber massage (2 hour for 25-30 euros) are a dream. read more

Lovely two weeks we spent in this beautiful hotel. We not understand the negative reviews. The food was very varied and extensive, if there is not full, is itself to blame. The entire staff, starting in the bar, at the pool, in the restaurant, reception, as well as the security and the maids were very fast, efficient and very nice. We have had a lot of fun, even though we hardly speak english or speak french, but a few words of courtesy notice can be quickly. Furthermore, you spoke German very well! The sea gulls, the supposedly in the pool ..., has to be driven, these incidents in any case have we not observed. ☺ What we found a bißerl rude, the drink prices were, but it is a small supermarket across the street from the Iberostar. The whole area is wonderful and you feel so comfortable. Finally, we were not there to look to the facades, whether what the crumbling color eroded or anywhere, or around crawled to to look in the corners, around whether crumbs. read more

The once beautiful, luxurious hotel has unfortunately not seen for years of maintenance and servicing. The pool, as well as the sidewalks and stairs are damaged. Injury and danger of stumbling, available.
The entire offer was to our travel time greatly reduced. Nevertheless, we have paid full.
The actually spacious, well-appointed room was in the bathroom not only with really strong mold infested. Unfortunately were many things-the just by means of regular maintenance can be avoided-negative. Presses and so feeling factor.
Extremely dull atmosphere, no entertainment-occasionally 'live' music to eat. Hardly a soul was on site. The beach was after ... a storm in a terrible condition. Garbage, rusty nails in boards, gutted by the nearby Port. The jet skis on the beach were damaged by the trash and were not more ready for use.
Not to be recommended. read more

The expectations of the hotel were met in all areas. Our room with view over the pool area and on the sea was just fantastic. Lovingly decorated our beds were each day with rose petals and flowers. The whole staff is very accommodating. The dining room was to clean and nicely decorated every meal. To our surprise it was in the morning crispy whole-grain bread and delicious pastries. In the evening you could in addition to the usual dishes Fish, chopped, steak, etc. get. All around a great holiday. read more

We have us in the Palais des Roses very comfortable. The hotel staff have cared enough to us. There no desire remained openly. The only downside was the weather but the hotel of course the one to blame can not. Agadir is located in a bay, in the at least in September by the sea fog often next festhängt. Sometimes the sun came out in the afternoon, sometimes also not at all. Yet we the hotel overall recommend-maybe have more luck with the weather it. read more
