The hotel sees from the outside fairly new, but from the inside already very used. The room was big enough and clean. The bathroom seemed already very worn out and dingy. So there was lots of mold in the shower, and of the toilet. Shampoo and soap gave it, also a hair dryer, but hardly any performance had. Wlan gives it probably, was however not use it.
The breakfast was ok. The buffet available vegetables seemed dried out and was not inviting. The breakfast area is for a hotel of this size way too small, so you had to on ... sunday morning against half 9 about 15 minutes for a free table to wait. The staff seemed like a nice, but also very stressed. So you had to more on cutlery or coffee wait.
Conclusion next time in Munich is another hotel taken, not, because it was bad, but the probability is greater a better to find. read more

For this price there are better and above all modern hotels in Munich.
Bad location and what i especially disturbed, 17 €for the breakfast buffet, that isn't on at all and that was it not worth it.
Room clean, even with a kitchen, but nevertheless i would not again book. read more

Have for an overnight stay the hotel booked and were also not disappointed.
A great connections into the city from Munich. In front of the hotel there are a bus stop. By bus you drove about 10 minutes to the ostbahnhof and then again with the S-Bahn 5 minutes to get to the marienplatz was.
Unfortunately the breakfast was a bit expensive. So we went to the baker opposite with rolls set.
Cleanliness was also ok.
There was even a kettle in the room! read more

No recommendation! The hotel is very 'geräuschintensiv'. We felt like in a youth hostel. A youth group in the hotel caused a large background noise. The front desk looked not able for peace and order. A simple breakfast should 17, -€ costs; we therefore thankfully declined. read more

Cleanliness(!):
The rooms are not clean, everywhere is dust, the curtains are already months not been washed and totally (dark) gray. In the bathroom were still hairs and waste (slide under the washbasin) from the last guest, the toilet are smudged urinreste with bare eye and it smells very strictly as soon as one the cover it (why probably?). The silicone from the shower is partly silikonpilz manned, the inside of the joints partly broken, crumbled or yellow. There is no offered drinks in the room, you have to to the front desk go, and no body mirror (three stars ... request.). The advertised modern furniture search I unfortunately in vain, makes rather a 90-years style impression. The only good things were clean beds with really new mattresses. When the lamps are 2 of 4 piece bent, the large ' zimmerlampe ' (a lamp) has no switch, you have to light mind the plug drag. One must by the way in all the rooms I saw (4 room by colleagues seen) and a cleaner impression the for me not to leave.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is partly good. The coffee ( from tabs) tasted, there are many sorts of tea to choose from. The muesli- & cereal selection is big, but unfortunately hardly any fruit or vegetables. I also unfortunately only hard rolls found, over the bread I can't statements. Jams & Nutella is also good, however the sausage- & cheeses not. Since you could for 17 €also times ham or just a little better sausage as mortadella or pressed ham place. read more

Have a room with a bath and balcony booked, but unfortunately didn't get any! Our room was directly at the loud and busy street. At sleep in was not to be thought. The floor in the bathroom was quite dirty (hair and otherwise. Dirt from the previous tenant). This dirt was on our way back still on the floor! Check in generally unfortunately only starting from 3:00 P. M. possible.

Centrally located hotel for 'little money'. We were now only for one night and had a extra large room booked, not facing the street, so very quiet! Had 2 gr. Room with gr. Bathroom, everything so far ok, traces on walls and in the bathroom at the tiles and mountings were seen, but bearable and for the standard ok. Have stayed in four star hotels in Spain experienced already worse! Price-performance. Was ok. Staff very polite. The hotel has a little bit a youth hostel, however as mentioned true the price here, you had to know that. For a short ... overnight accommodation sufficiently, not nh 'like', but ok. Opposite the hotel there is a good bakery, in which you super nice breakfast get a really nice price;-) breakfast in the hotel, I think is the price not!
Parking spaces also quite important to mention, there is in the lateral road enough! read more

When booking through a hotel portal, we could different zusatzoptionen select ( parking in the underground garage, smokers room, king-size bed and so on). Upon arrival, I from the start very rude male employees, to our booked zusatzoptionen back. These were all directly as extra charge liable or not at all possible rejected. Then we asked again friendly and meadows on our booking confirmation now, in this all points left out were. Furthermore persisted the unfriendly staff that it was not possible and it is exclusively wishes would be, these but not met to be. Then switched another woman employee ... a, which at least the smokers room possible made. The parking had we with €10,- extra charge ( of extra charge was when reservation not the speech) in addition pay. This king-size bed could not be made possible. After entering the room we noticed the on the hotel's website advertised mini bar from an empty note in the fridge stock, which pointed out, that one snacks, as well as drinks on the ground floor in a machine could be bought. Wi-fi, as well as computer skills could not possible be done, as the on the ground floor computers was broken. In addition when booking the free use of the sauna for free at's minds, which also only was difficult, since also advertised bathrobes, which in the room available should be, were not premise. Apart from that show the pictures the different room on the website, beautifully prepared room, what is not in the approach of the truth. It turned a couch as shaky old lederklappsessel out. A clean and tidy hotel with a great value for money and always friendly staff. It is 50 meters from a bus station and easy suitable for city trips. But sometimes you could at night driving by cars even through closed window hear. read more

As a guest already several NH -hotels in different cities, was this hotel unfortunately the worst. Although a' quiet' room when booking wanted, was our room to the main road. With the window we had difficulties, is to converse! To sleep with the window was not at all to think.
We will this hotel during the next Munich-visit certainly not book. What did one of a short break, if you don't night sleep can. read more

There is rarely moments in a hotel in which I staff Afraid. Here I was afraid. First visit to a NH hotel, that was definitely a mistake and like me suggested was a joke in my opinion, because it has everyone once in a NH hotel stayed overnight to have. I should like solemnly to NH excuse! During the check in we were asked, if this once done have, as we answered in the negative, they A4 registration form on the desk very loudly with a ballpoint put with the words: then, completely fill. I did these upright, of course ... it's the yellow fields marked noticed, however, finally said: completely. NH Munchen am ring is in my opinion individuals suitable for short trips. It is predominantly by people on business trip used ( fair). I noticed, that the staff during the day a rather modest and less friendly impression power, which put us at the beginning. And, fundamentally the face angle up chambers or is already in. With the room I was satisfied, minor flaws are always to find (Toilettenabroller in radius, water pressure at the washbasin was difficult limited). The breakfast room seats (17 tables about 34 persons) is not in percentage proportion the number of rooms. Underground parking ... not a place for lower vehicles and the cost of day 10 euros. read more

We had selected the hotel because of the location (close to the concert location). I was two years ago, and very pleased. Not this time: the room was already booked half a year before, however, we got the last non-smoking rooms. We were told, is that this is a free upgrade. The room had a very narrow winding staircase to the bedroom. The light in the upper floor was only down to the on and off. Tv was down and only 1 seating possibility therefor. On request we were told first, that nothing more would be free, then we still ... have got an other room but a smoking room. Bathroom was in both rooms only superficially clean. On closer inspection watch, you could see that the staff was only superficially cleaned (we but due to only 1 night stay extra complained) were very disappointed, since we as early Booker expected more! There are other hotels for the same price. We will never go back there again! read more

Can a hotel getting old but should still be maintained. Dirt and strange spray marks on doors and ceiling do not belong in a hotel. Dirty bathroom is already three times-greeting to the management changes from yourselves. read more
