Room large enough, to feel comfortable. The bathroom extra large, with a bath - very nice. The rooms are twice a day cleaned. Service is good. We had the half board. Breakfast is everything there: from the ham (3 varieties), sausage (3 different kinds), cheese, eggs, granola, fruit, several sorts of bread and pastries, yogurt... The majority of the guests (mixed) are older couples, who can afford it, in the hotel to stay. Wireless internet in the hotel and in the room free. read more

    The rooms were big enough and the condition is new, with a desk, minibar, table and two armchairs. Large closet. Tv in the room, with very lots of programs (a, d, i). The rooms are very well cleaned. Bath with a toilet is big and beautiful. Very well equipped.

    Lots of bars, cafés and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The food was very good and typically italian, with pasta and fish. Good appetizers and large salad buffet. Everything was very clean and tidy. The climate in the dining room was very good. Unfortunately, there was only bottled wine to drink, the somewhat were overpriced.

    The kindness and courtesy of the staff, wether at the front desk, for breakfast or dinner, is for a 4 star hotel very good. The employees are always polite. For breakfast or dinner, there was no waiting time. Everything was brought fast and the empty plates immediately took him again. Multi-lingual staff. Complaints gave it from no.

    Very good spa area in the basement. Large indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, gym, many beach chairs. Steam bath and finnish sauna also very good. New, with enough room. Free towels in the sauna. Can only be recommended, if you like doing. Fruit there is also. Massages against an extra charge.

    The hotel is located at the beginning of the city center and of the center. While having the windows open the street noise or the passer disturbing. In the winter this is not a problem. You can reach everything on foot. Meran has good city buses. Good business (something for everyone), small and large. Beautiful old part of town and the promenade is not too shabby either.

Very clean, great swimming pool and sauna in the house, nice ambiance, room depending on the category and desire (purse) available. Since we were already in a very lots of hotels were and very critical, we can highly recommend this. Suitable sicheer more for older couples. If you want quiet sleep and sensitive should with reservation before, then there is a large river right on the hotel past the very powerful and by the stones relatively loud (like a waterfall) depending on which room one had. But it has also its attraction, because the location is for urban conditions a ... dream. The own swimming pool, we didn't have the need in the adjacent therme to go. read more

    First-class cuisine, we were thrilled. My sensitive taste became pampered. Set menus are available in the half board included in the price. Better one can out do not eat! The restaurant is very nice, but it also seemed somewhat sterile. There should be something more sweetness purely, perhaps new colours (but then we have too few experience).

    Pretty good. All wishes are met. The staff top trained and nature very friendly. There was even a concierge-we were completely top catering, it wasn't missing anything. It is familiar and you feel like part of the family. Really great. It pleased us super. The staff is totally nice and modest. This is a property which we now in Germany very miss.

We will be back. There were wonderful days! The hotel is centrally located with private garden and wonderful terrace. Prior no problem by car. The additional services ( bicycle, Maps and so on) are furthermore free of charge. You get a detailed discussion with questions, for example for excursions in the area. read more

Excellent run hotel in the heart of Meran. Due to the central location the strip along the passer river fully savour. A special compliment to all staff members in the hotel. They were always friendly and helpful and still never intrusive. read more
