The hotel is very recommendable. Wellness area is super clean and plenty of space. The grounds are very well-maintained and spacious. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired - however until 9 o'clock all tables occupied and afterwards it is difficult to find a clean table. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Guest parking in the underground garage ok, but no direct access to the neighboring house. A shame, that there was no direct connection from the neighboring building to the main building in the spa there is. In march the restaurant is in the neighboring ... house were closed. read more

From start to finish a dream-short vacation!
The hotel is in every aspect very good-but the joker this hotel are the staff!
Wether at the front desk (with perfect german knowledge ), in the restaurant (benacus) to the gardeners and maids : always friendly, cordial and forestalling!

We booked very at short notice and it has everything great folded! On arrival we have a much larger room get than booked. The room was really big and also very clean. We even had 2 flat screen tv's (1 bedroom, 1 living room).
The ladies at the reception were really everyone is very friendly and helpful. We are every day at the front desk and had questions for excursions, plans for the ships, bikes etc. And the ladies to have us always everything was very patient explained and picked out. Also all speak german - also in the restaurant. ...
The food was also always very well, often is the selection of the aisle difficult, since we don't know, what it is, but finally it always tasted good. And the staff in the restaurant was also very friendly. The lady, the for the area was responsible, was very friendly and always in a good mood, has already on the first day noticed, as our son means.
The hotel is very centrally located - until to the center on foot it is about 5-10 minutes.
Bardolino is beautiful.
We were really completely contented and i really nothing, what we didn't like, therefore i can only recommend the hotel. read more

The cäsius thermä & spa resort still one of the top hotels on the Lake Garda. Also in case of bad weather you will get lots of possibilities, in the spa, spa and beauty area to spoil or sights and cities in the area to visit.
The food in the hotel is at the usual high standard.
Small point of criticism : the bathroom must a bit carefully cleaned! read more

On the way to Venedig stop made. For the wintersonderpreis of 99 Euro a dream. The Lake Garda finally not crowded and this great hotel. Bathrobes etc. Everything in the room, even at a beach bag for the way to the wellness department one thought.
Particular emphasis should be on the breakfast. That was really allerste cream. Hardly any to exceed. In Italy anyway not. Even a Ayurveda-table was available, with selected products.
Really great. The staff at breakfast were and at the front desk was perfect friendly. In the evening restaurant i found the men and women more arrogant ..., but nevertheless not unfriendly. This hotel for this price is really worth a stop. read more

We were as a couple (50+) over new year's eve there. Unfortunately we had a room in nh, had thus constantly with a bathrobe through the park, luckily we had 15 °c. but apart from that everything super, so if possible next year gladly again but with rooms in the main building. The food was really varied and tasty, meat and fish wide choice. The complete staff friendly and partly german speaking. read more

The hotel has me and my wife absolutely convinced.
Even details like for instance strandtaschen, umbrellas, etc. Were in hotel room detectable and could be used free of charge.
The staff were both in trip there and back, as well as during the stay always very friendly, accommodating and competent. All spoke good German language skills. And even if it was with German not more went, you could English speak on.
The room, the whole garden area and also pool- and wellness area were very clean and top maintained (no dirt, no mold, no broken tiles or similar unpleasant things). ...
All together it was great great vacation and we would come back any time this hotel visit respectively this to friends and known recommend.

We were at the hotel for 9 days and since 2006 already for the 6 time in this house. You can tell we are repeat customers the every year return. We booked as always the best room type (before the suite ): main building with lake view. As regular guests we know exactly what room our reservation with. You would think, that regular guests especially accommodating treatment. We eventually discovered that this was not the case. On the day of arrival pointing out a room in the neighboring house with lateral lake view to be. This room was furthermore directly ... above the bar. Here several times weekly live music instead of. On our complaint, we were told at the front desk, that our room but lake view have. The difference between the lake and lateral seeblick they seemed not to know. We our room clearly paid more than one with lateral seeblick played no role. Only after our clear rejection of the booked room turned out, that the hotel our room type overbooked and had none of the booked room available was. So what can happen. But if so what happens should the hotel strive to restore the damage. Possible would be a free upgrade to a suite. But here we were downgegradet on a cheaper category. Luckily just for one night. From second day there was then the right room. But without compensation and an apology and only after more complaining. read more

Wellness is very important in this hotel. The hotel lies between Cisano and Bardolino. Wonderful road from the hotel to Bardolino, the way leads at the water front past. The location is for many businesses excellent hikes in the surrounding Vineyards, cycling and, last but not least, all possibilities to do water sports on the Lake Garda. read more

The hotel is located outside from Bardolino in Cisano. What very pleasant is, as the withdrawal from the hustle and bustle of Bardolino has.
