This was our fourth visit to this hotel, we could not fault anything. There was an excellent variety of hot and cold food at all meals to suit all .Room was spotless linen changed frequently and towels daily. All staff excellent and we were acknowledged as return guests wich was a nice touch considering the amount of guests the hotel copes with. Location excellent. We will be returning early next year and possibly later this year. read more

This Hotel Best is one of the few hotels that I would consider going back to time and again when returning to Las Americas, the staff,food and Hotel are the best I have come across,excellent value for money. read more

Excellent hotel with a small flaws. The animation is to 99% in english. Not everyone can the language always good understand. Apart from that no complaints. I shall also in 2014 there again my 'winter holiday' spend. read more

We were there at the beginning of january 2013 to guest and have a great vacation had; if some of the, few drawbacks time it's expense. From the outside makes the hotel a very good impression. Inside but it is already quite worn and could be a renovation stand. As in other reviews before we can the dripping ceiling in the entrance area confirm. The pool area was big enough enough, but the water was colder than in the sea and that is why we are also preferred bathe gone. Mainly all-inclusive was offered.     Our room was large, the furniture already very worn and old. The bathroom was also very big and already somewhat worn. The only what really bothered me was the lack of toilet brush. On tv there were three german programs, but we weren't there to watch tv here!

    There is a large and noisy restaurant. The guests for lunch and dinner too, which was very good, since it a table that way saved. It also has during dinner then your drinks very quickly (annoying was the constant bon sign for the beverages even if all-inclusive). The buffet was relatively large but not exceptional. The food is definitely not lan- destypisch, however rather the british standards oriented. Definitely poor is the temperature of the warm meals, if one at all from warm can speak. Mostly, they were only lukewarm and the, although we always at the beginning of the meal times there were. Unbeatable at the buffet was the area of dessert,, so the children always full. The breakfast buffet, as well as the dinner repeated very often, always the same and hardly any variation. The hospitality at the individual bars was very good and quite quickly.

    The service was alright, since one on english inform itself could. With german it went also, but you're abroad. The staff's hospitality was alright and the cleaning of the rooms was also the best.

    The pool we only twice, since we were mostly out on the way were. Apart from the too cold water was everything ok as everywhere were the loungers also here from 6:00 o'clock with hand-towels reserved. The evening entertainment was very varied for small children only a bit late. The entertainment team made a huge effort and it has with the same events (crazy games) with the british much more fun than with the german retirees. Parrot show and adler-& eulenshow are unfortunately the purest tierquälernummern, since it just photos with the guests went, where the animals every time flashed were.

    The hotel is in an optimal location, in 8 minutes you are on the best beach – Playa de las Vistas or in the middle of downtown. For excursions one of the most important objectives buses directly in front of the door.

    The room was tiny as it was a corner room. There must be only a few of these in the hotel and we were unlucky enough to have one. We had high window on the balcony which was not ours. The window was open and although a curtain was drawn to bloke out anybody looking through it, it did seem an invasion of privacy as there were people in the room from where the window was. Hearing that people were pleased with their normal sized room; surely these rooms should not be available to customers.

    Food was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were hot and varied. Don't know why you have to pay for a hot dog by the pool bar when you can get it for free in the restaurant though.

    First impressions last. I asked to change room only to be rudely told there was no chance as the hotel was full. I explained that our room was small and had a window from another room over looking our balcony invading our privacy; only to be told by the rude receptionist that we'd have to deal with it. Poor customer service after we'd paid good money to stay. The cleaners as always did an excellent job.

In january 2013 we were to guest and altogether we have a nice holiday experienced with some, few downsides. Initially the positive thing, the rooms and the pool were clean, the food good and In the beds you could sleep very well. The beach is only a few minutes away, as well as many shops. If you wanted a trip undertake or in the nearby located siam-park, so were the buses right on the doorstep. Now the a bit unpleasant things. In the entrance hall have stayed several times in the 14 days a small area locked, as it from ... the ceiling dripped. At the balcony crumbled the concrete and a toilet brush was not available. The island is beautiful. We went on an excursion (flipper-uno ) undertake, the was worth it. We were greeted with a bus fetched, it went on a pirate ship, where we hosted were. We have dolphin and see whales and in the bay of masca you got the possibility, from the ship to go and to swim. Also a visit in the siam-park is worthwhile in any case. Who rent a car wants, should this right in the Hotel Best Tenerife (eingangbereich) do. We had for fourteen days a Seat Ibiza rented (150,00 Euro inclusive insurance) petrol of course extra. A trip to the beach Playa de las Teresitas in Santa Cruz is worthwhile definitely. read more

The location of the hotel could not be better-in 2 minutes one is at the beach or in the middle of the attractive city center. Food and the quality the offered dishes were way too good - we are now only times on a diet. It could be a real comfortable hotel to be, if it is not all-inclusive offer would. This is when the mainly english guests all activities in the hotel instead of. Therefore nothing for ruheuhe -seekers, the volume floodwaters moves in the not more acceptable area, exactly like the cleanliness around the pool bar. Unfortunately, the ... all from the staff tolerated. read more

This hotel it as soon as possible be renovated, as otherwise there in the entrance area soon the whole ceiling down will come. (but through the darkness in the foyer you don't see much ) when we were there, it dripped only as including. After a couple of days the wet simply smeared up. What also bothered us is, that you for the safe have to pay (per day 2,50 Euro) and 10,00 Euro deposit. It is also a shame for the towels also per piece 10,00 Euro deposit to ask and change specially still time 2 ...,50 Euro. The food was at lunch and in the evening not exhilarating. From warm one was miles away. The best at the buffet was the area of dessert As a german you didn't feel really welcome. Because of german the conduct not sunday Also really annoying, for everything you ordered (whether in the restaurant or at the bar) one has to give the room number and signature even if you all-inclusive. Otherwise the island a nice sandy beach, and the mile inviting to go on a stroll. read more

This was our second time to stay at The Best Hotel Tenerife, on many occasions we have stayed in hotels adjacent to the Best. From check-in at reception we were made very welcome. All staff we had contact with were most friendly and helpful, any small problems or queries were dealt with in a very professional and prompt manner. Standard and variety of food was excellent. Cleanliness of public areas of hotel and our accommodation was first class. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our friends. We were now for the 2. time in this hotel and were, except for the pool area, not disappointed. The swimming pool is rather small and for this reason was probably the whole something amended and: in the middle of in the pool there was a bar 'rotonda bar' -way rationalized, on the suspension bridge going there was a bar ' vitaminas bar' -there is now the miniclub and where the mini club was, there is now more beach chairs, beach chair on beach chair so idyllic. There is now only one main bar by the pool. Unfortunate the other ... both were just lovely with great feeling! So it was the only, where we were disappointed and so we also not a single day by the pool anyway. If you however not differently knows, it is certainly not a large role. Apart from that, the hotel is really recommendable. The location is simply top, everything is close by. An all-inclusive offer, it is absolutely amazing! No matter wether the food is or with the drinks. It was only in about to list the framework here explode! We have stayed in many countries with all-inclusive but as we had never! I don't know as since some people could complain about, is an absolute mystery? All in all a very nice hotel in a great location with very good food! A small tip, between hotel and beach there was a great mini golf course in a tropical garden. Only to see is well worth it! read more

Overall lovely. Central to all our needs. Service couldn't be better. About gastronomy, full every day. Put on too much on weight. Entertainment lovely, great for kids and adults. Best room in the hotel. Will hope to get some one again. read more

For this hotel is the pool way too small. Looks in brochure significantly larger from. We didn't use, because it at the sea, the only 5 minutes away from the hotel simply great was. Our room was so far ok, only the cleaning women we were not satisfied. Everywhere hair and also otherwise we know other cleanliness. Which I German tourist would recommend, not to the hotel, because almost only English russians and dutch were there. read more

    The rooms could have been a new coat of paint, but by the size it was ok. Only the cleanliness I know we didn't. Perhaps it would have been better every day a few Euro to lay down, we only twice.

    What we really have to praise the dishes in the restaurant. It was very good seasoned and in the 16 days we were there it was hardly repeated itself. However it is not too understand the in the evening most men in shorts or even swimming shorts in the restaurant arrived. There was even a instruction at the entrance the dining room and one by a waiter brought to the table, but there was nothing said. For a four-star hotel this is a absolute no-go. On the behavior many tourist in this hotel we were shocked.

    The staff's hospitality was ok. Especially in the dining room and at the piano bar. What from of the pool bar not at all went, was queue as bad times in the row gradually and there could one of friendliness far and wide notice anything. And the unnecessary sign no matter what you got. For a signature, although all inclusive there must the hotel management solution.

    On the day we were at the sea, and the evening entertainment was for 4 stars completely really bad. For deutscheurlauber was nothing, since everything was only in English was. Also there one should itself let which break in.

    The location was top, only a few minutes then one was at the beach and in the main shopping area. Airport 30 minutes away, but no noise listen. There were enough excursions, but we didn't used, because we had already stayed in 2 years in the north and we were the island by car seeing.
