The size of the room was okay, in the bathroom sadly some mold.

The variety of the meals repeated itself after a short time (3-4 days)

We had a standard room and were absolutely satisfied. It was on the 2. floor, so that the absolutely beautiful sunset from there could enjoy. The room was very spacious and had several possibilities, clothes and other storage (cabinet, several drawers). There was a free safe. The room was always very clean and was twice cleaned daily. Towels were on request always changed, just the towels in the bathtub put. The furniture is simple and functional. There is a table, several chest of drawers, a large, comfortable double bed. In addition there is a large tv, a balcony, a good controlled air conditioning, and a minibar in the fridge. In addition there was a closet with a kettle, and instant -coffee and tea, which one can use for free. The bathroom is with movable room screens separated from the rest of the room. It is very spacious and consists of two sinks, a shower with two shower heads, a separate toilet and a free-standing bathtub, from on the sea can see. Very nice!

In total there are 4 restaurants and a snack bar by the quarter deck. 1. buffet: here there was in the morning, afternoons and evenings almost around the clock a changing buffet. Overall everything was very clean, partly dirty tablecloths were immediately from alone replaced. The atmosphere was great and quiet, no melonensoldaten the loud eating and drinking. In the evening one should a shirt wearing, it but also lots of guests in the evening, t-shirts, without the someone complained could have been. The hotel is in a very well maintained and beautiful park is home to. The number of rooms needs estimated at 180-250 beach chairs. The drive from the airport plaisance is about depending on the traffic hour. The hotel is located quasi directly at the beach, of of the lobby it is a walk through an appropriate way of 2-3 minutes. Free towels with 3 different handtuchstationen to be fetched. The hotel is located in the beautiful ' turle bay', so 'turtle bay'. We stayed in a suite, an amazing room. Everything very clean, great beds, great mattresses. Room service and housekeeping was very good. A nic-nacs there was, mini bar every day filled, wonderful

In our opinion it was very indian style. Many things with curry and so on. The main restaurant we didn't like it too much, besides the breakfast and the lots of different fruits, it was fantastic. The a la carte restaurants were very good. There was the beach restaurant, the pool restaurant, the asian restaurant and a German beer garden. For al you get 750 Rupees well written and the remainder must then you are charged. If you are in the beach restaurant for breakfast costs extra 300 Rupees, is not in the normal all inclusive, only in a al with gold edge.

Great service, all of the staff very friendly and if you have any problems were immediately taken care of. Only on the day of departure we had a problem: we ordered 1 hour before departure someone for our luggage, the but unfortunately not showed up. Despite repeated calls to the front desk with the statement 'it is already on the way' is this not turn up and we had to our luggage yourself at the lobby bring, since our taxi was waiting and we had to check out. This was not a good service, otherwise we were very satisfied. With english and french one can definitely get further, german not really.

The beach is very beautiful, clean water, every morning the sand is cleaned. The loungers are from wood with thick cushions, a umbrella. The only we want to critize, that if you are seated at the beach to be would like, you the loungers early in the morning (the best before 7 o'clock) already reserve must, since otherwise, despite sign no way fair play, the loungers all are reserved. Even from the beachboys these reserved, as these from the guests tip and so not early in the morning to wake up.

We were in the context of our honeymoon in this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Very nice hotel with great rooms, a huge complex, very luxurious.

The airport is about an hour away. There are shops in the more immediate vicinity not really, but the taxis on site are very cheap, you just had to bargain.

The rooms are very spacious and pleasantly furnished. We got an upgrade into the next higher room type. The furnishing is a dream. There is a small walk-in closet, bath with a big shower, separate toilet, double sinks, freestanding bath tub, a huge bed, desk, mini bar, safe, telephone, tv, coffee-/ tea making facilities, a sofa in the bedroom and a on the balcony, a armchair with stools to relax and a table with two chairs also on the balcony. The separating wall from bathroom to bedroom can be opened. So the room was larger. Ceiling fan, as well as an airco are mandatory. The staff came three times a day into the room. In the morning around the room to clean, at the mini bar and evenings is the room once refurbished, the bed is schlaffertig addressed, a glass with a small attention, time there were chocolates, times pastry or fruit.

The hotel has altogether 4 places. Belle vue is the buffet restaurant. There, there are breakfast, lunch, dinner and in the afternoon a burger and wrap corner. The food is very good and varied. Evenings there were theme evenings. Times there are chinese, indian, british and so on to the buffet also has a sushi corner. The chateau mon désir is a gourmet restaurant, nearby the ruins of balaclava. We had our wedding dinner with a selected menu in the restaurant. The service, the food, as well as the atmosphere are absolute top class.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. No matter what any queries you had, everything is done in order to satisfy the guest. The employees, directly in contact with the guests is possible, speak french and English. Some also spoke German. With English you could get around the very good hotel clear. The offered services laundry, child care, room -service we didn't use. Reason for complaints we had no. Once however forget towels in the bathroom to hang. For us that was not a doom. We habeneinfach gesagt, and a half hour later was the' problem' from the world managed. All together is the service top class and leaves nothing to the imagination.

The hotel lies in a very nicely laid out 25 acres complex surrounded by greenery, a river, water fall a small zoo with horseback riding, giant turtles and many more in general is the entire area very tidy and clean. No matter where you are in the hotels respectively the hotel spend, you feel very comfortable. The rooms are set back slightly, so that the 'hustle and bustle' of the bar, restaurants and the beach not much respectively nothing easier. To the room there are in our opinion nothing to complain about. It was in any case clean, became several times on the day by the waiters visited around towels to change, the mini bar refill, flat screen available however not used. The 'small' thirst could the mini bar delete, however not all drinks free ( drinks menu helps) size and furnishing of the room privilege was for us (number 318) optimal. 2 restaurants with good atmosphere: Belle vue, the buffet restaurant with daily theme nights. All inclusive is very recommendable, surely in the Apron of the journey more expensive, that we however at the latest in the hotel Enjoys, not least, since it is in the immediate environment of the hotel no Shops ( supermaärkte ) will take place. Distance to the beach excellent. Vacation for the mind and soul. Who peace Wanted found this without any problems. In small shops in the hotel could you that for sale you for the daily will probably forgot. However not cheap. Transfer with the Bus from the airport to the hotel about 1 hour we had a private taxi Felt nevertheless in the bus, the picked us up, in good hands.
